Miranda was very helpful when I was looking for a new swimsuit recently. She also helped me find a new bra on my last visit. Miranda was friendly to her other customers too - even though the store was busy. Keep up the great work!

Went to the KP location. I misunderstood what the cashier had said re the loyalty card which added $10 to my purchase when I asked about it she explained and rudely added “well too bad”. All I needed was a simple explanation her hostility was totally unnecessary. I will now assume that La Senza does not value their customers.

Store 0053 Employee 231723- believe her name was Claire She hands done was amazing. I'm not comfortable with bra shopping, I'm very shy, I never had the females in my life to help in that area so it's always been a guessing game when it came to bars. But today my experience was great, she made me feel comfortable and didnt give odd looks (if she did the mask she was wearing really helped) I learnt how to wear a bra and what bras did and give. I only picked up two bras today. But will go back. I was a la senza shopper.

The girl who was working would not help me at the cash register. She stood behind the desk not making eye contact with me, didn't acknowledge me or anything while I was clearly standing there waiting to pay... Last time I buy anything from the La Senza KP

Seems like they have good selection. I was here with my wife who was trying on a bathing suit. Without really thinking, I followed her to the general area of th changing rooms and was standing in the entrance. The sales associate told me very rudely to please leave the general area as there are other woman Changing. I was so terribly embarrassed. I know I made a mistake, but theres always a kind way to inform me.

I love this La Senza! Ususally they have better options then St Vital Centre does! It's very well organized even though customers mix stuff around. They sometimes have panties that other stores don't have for the same price as other La Senza store sales.

The girl helping me find bras was very sweet and helpful. however the cashier was not nice, she was not friendly and she didnt ask if I was a club member and therefore when I asked if I could give her my phone number she just rudely said it was too late as she had charged me already. not going back to La senza at Kildonan place

Had the BEST bra shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life. Claire made it so easy for me to find my size, was super open and helpful. Absolutely zero body shaming here and it's FANTASTIC. I will absolutely be back.

So I payed full price for the bra I got it was 49.95 when it was 40% off n plus I had a ten percent off card it was still the same damn price! the girl was so messed up n could not count, I don't think she should work there at all! I love la senza but now yu owe me money I am not happy cuz I will never get it back so I'm never going back to that place again.

Great place for pyjamas, bathing suits etc. I find some staff a little too pushy. Getting asked “are you still ok?” 2 minutes after hearing the run down of all the promotions when I just want to browse in peace, for example. Overall great place to shop and really helpful staff

WORST SERVICE EVER. They are not even trying to find you something that you like and fits. Their only goal is to make a sale. No knowledge whatsoever on bra fittings. The clerk wanted me to try on a bra that was several sizes too small and tried to persuade me that looking like a sausage chain meant that the bra was a good fit. Then she ignored what I told her I was looking for. NEVER GOING BACK.
