Floating like that was quite relaxing. My only recommendation for those trying it for the first time would be to get a 60 minute session first to be sure it's for you. I felt like my 90 minute session was just a bit long is all.

My review is from July 2016. If they have made any changes, I apologize. I thought the staff was very nice when I went. My main issue was the chlorine smell. It was so strong that I could not stay for the entire time. If you are claustrophobic (which I am not) or don't like the dark, this is definitely the place for you. You aren't confined into a small pod. An added bonus is you can listen to your own music. If they fix the intense smell of chlorine I would be happy to go back and try again. Until then, this is not a place for me. It will fit into the "ok" category.

First time I floated and it was amazing! I found it to have an inviting atmosphere and I was provided with a lot of information. It was clean, relaxing and restorative. I will be going back!

The float therapy was a new concept to me, so I tried this place and a few other locations in the city. Fluid Float was definitely the cleanest and most comfortable. Having cabins instead of pods is a more comfortable experience, and better accessible for elderly people. The information provided before the session was more helpful than some other locations. The level of hygiene was definitely higher than other locations I experienced. Despite of being in Down Town Winnipeg, I didn't find parking much of an issue as there are 2 parking lots close by.

The first time I did a float I was very uncomfortable only because I moved around so much. The second time I did it, I was more familiar and much more relaxed that I actually fell asleep! Best reward for myself after a stressful day!

Great float experience.....really liked the cabin style float unit as well as the temperature. Have floated at another place where I felt claustrophobic in the pod. If you like to float or want to try it this is great place to go.....highly recommend!

Great and very helpful staff to ensure the best experience possible, seriously so wonderful! Very clean and so relaxing. Went in with a sore neck and shoulder and came out pain-free after an hour. We both agree a return trip is necessary or even once a week to help beat winters wear and tear on the body.

Amazing experience! This was my first time floating and I went with a 90 minute session. I was a bit worried I would find it too long, but was I wrong! I loved every second of it. The place is super clean, friendly, and well organized. I am not a huge fan of the location (the mall it is in is kind of out of the way and super under utilized, but that's not their fault at all) but I would recommend this to everyone. I did the full 90 minutes in full dark and silence - it is an experience that everyone should try. Thanks for exceeding all my expectations, I will be back!

I came to Fluid Float to treat a concussion from a week ago. After a 60 minute float session, my headache (which I've had for a week) was gone. This is by far the best I've felt since my injury! I loved how flexible my options were, being able to customize my session in the way that most met my needs and preferences. The staff were also incredibly personable and informative. Will be returning for sure!
