I’ve been there a couple of times, I usually tell them to keep my eyebrows thick, as they tend to go very thin. I told them this when I went yesterday. While the lady was threading my eyebrows, the pain was worse than usual. She asked me twice if I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded before, as she didn’t like how I was holding my eyelids for her... I told her yes, I come here all the time. When I looked in the mirror I was horrified to see my eyebrows were VERY thin, I had long hairs that weren’t cut properly and my eyebrows had very little shape. I’m not one to complain, so I paid and left. It’s the next day and my eyebrows are still VERY sore, and still red!!! I tried calling to let them know the situation, and as I was in the middle of talking, I was cut off and told they had another customer and they will phone me back later. I won’t be returning there.

I love getting my eyebrows threaded, sometimes I just have to remind her not too thin, and that's fine. But honestly I wish they had basic manners and were at least polite. Every time I get them done at this location I feel like a nuisance or like they hate their jobs. ???? One time when I was at this location in the middle of getting them done, a potential customer started asking the lady about pricing but the lady doing my brows just completely ignored her as if she didn't exist. . then the lady left after being ignored for minutes, the threader starts telling me how people don't understand that she's busy working....while I understand both sides of the situation, she couldve easily handled that situation differently. Not a good look for her business.

What a bad experience!!! My eyebrows looks different from each other. The manager told me that if I want them looking the same I should ask for and said congrats to the girl who made me look like a clown. BAD! BAD!BAD! DON'T GO THERE!!!!

Sabana at Kildonan Place Shopping Mall ALWAYS does an amazing job when she threads my eyebrows. In fact, I won’t let anyone else thread them. Sabana is pleasant and kind and NEVER disappoints. She is brilliant at her craft.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I usually go to twins hair salon in the maples for years for 5$ but decided to try this new place. Huge mistake!! I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 15 years and this was the most painful I've ever experienced because she goes so slow she takes out one strand of eyebrow hair at a time to the point where my eyes were just watering. My eyebrows always were pretty thick and had a nice shape to it and she passed me the mirror and I died. There is zero shape, and rail thin in one straight line. I was mortified and wish I would of read reviews first. The last time my eyebrows looked like this is when I was 17 and addicted to plucking them myself. Please if you love your eyebrows dont ever ever go here!!!!

If I could give a zero, I would. I just asked for a tint (Which was $18. , that's incredibly expensive.) When she removed the tint, it was uneven and there was blotchy patches... I said, I'm not happy with this and I asked her to retint the spots that were not tinted. She just blew me off and filled it in with some eyeshadow... And said, it's not her fault it looked bad. I've been getting my eyebrows tinted for over 10 years, And this was the worst experience I ever had! Save your money ladies !! Plus the people working there are Beyond rude !!

I used to really like this place. Now every time I try to go, an employee will tell me to come back later because they are on break. So I haven’t been able to go in a long time since they are always “on break”. Time to stop trying and find someplace new.

If I could give a zero I would. Such a horrible place! My eyebrows look like trash, the lady there left them so think and uneven. I will regret it for every second until they grow back. I would not recommend for people to go here. Please spend more or find another place. The lady didn’t even care that I kindly asked to just clean it up and to leave it thick. When shyly and kindly mentioned I wasn’t satisfied I was just told I owed $15...

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since fashion brows opened and keep coming back. I'd like to mention that I've been seeing Sabana recently she really does an awesome job. If you are nervous or worried don't be, ask for Sabana. You won't be disappointed.
