Had a shellac manicure booked today, was my second time there. The place looks and feels really clean. The girls are always nice. Stefania worked on my nails today and I am really happy with them. She paid a lot of attention to details and was highly skilled and gentle with all of the manicure tools. My nails have a really clean finish, no scuffs or smudges! Will definitely book with her again.

I have been visiting Almond Nail bar since March of this year. This is by far the best nail salon I have used. It is clean, everyone is extremely friendly and Jeannette is wonderful. She is so friendly and she is excellent at what she does. I love that I can book and manage my appointments on line and that I am always guaranteed to see Jeannette for my appointments. I was here the other day and had a wonderful manicure done by Haylee! She was great and I loved my nails! Unfortunately two days later I broke two of my nails opening a bag of chips, but I called the salon and they were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day! Jessica was able to fix my two broken nails and you can’t even tell they were broken! Absolutely love this place and these girls are awesome, A+ customer service!

Jessica was my nail tech and she did an amazing job with my Almond Press, she was informative worked with great detail and precision, made sure I was comfortable at all times. I had trouble picking a colour but Jessica's nails were beautifully done and her style inspired me to try something out of my usual comfort zone, and I'm glad I did! Me and my family got the exact styles we were looking for for our nails. Plus they had a healthier alternative to acrylic which I very much appreciate! My nails could have had a tad more precision on the sides at some spots, but I'm also pretty nit picky so overall really good.

I went and had gel nails put on by Jessica. She did a great job listened to my requests and they looked gorgeous. However, inless than 2 weeks, 3 nails had broken off. Then 2 more nails came off the next day. So 5 nails gone in 2 weeks. I called the front desk and they said that’s normal and expected and refused to do anything to compensate me. I had gels put on at other places that lasted over 4 weeks however they refused to help me. Will not go back

I’ve been here multiple times. It depends on who you get but sometimes they can be good and sometimes not so good. Jeanette was awesome. She was so sweet and took her time doing them and making sure I was okay with how every thing looked. I would ask for her if I went again. The other times I went three of them broke in a week and when I went to get them fixed they didn’t let them dry properly and kind of messed up the design. They also have a rewards app though which I think is cool. They offer free water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate which is nice. Pretty good place. I recommend asking for Jeanette if you want a good job done. :)

I hadn’t been to a nail salon to get gel nails in probably 10 years, I made the choice to choose the Almond Nail bar based off reviews and location and I can say with out a doubt it was the right choice. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism that was clear through out the whole business and staff. I haven’t had the best experience in the past with getting gel nails or nails I like due to having very small nails. But my nail tech Stefania was a dream, she was easy going with great suggestions which made me very comfortable. My nails are perfect and exactly what we agreed on after she help decided on what I wanted as I was very unsure. I will 100% be back to get a fill and more.

This was my first visit to Almond KP, I usually go to the Tuxedo location. My friend and I got the Spa Pedicure. My technician was very friendly and professional. There were issues with the quality of my pedicure and it seemed like they were in a rush. Definately not one of the best pedicures, but the experience was still pleasant.

Im from out of town and was really looking forward to getting my nails done at this location. This place definitely exceeded my expectations. Great staff, very friendly, place very clean and lots of colour variation. The nail artist did an amazing job on my nails, plus the end massage on my hands was great. She took her time since the start to make sure they all turned out great and followed through with the same caution to the end. Would definitely go to this location again and definitely recommend.

This was my second time at Almond Nails, My first time was at Grant; this time at Regent. Both are nice clean shops. I perfer Grant over Regent for the fact that they had very little shellac nail polish to choose from @ Regent. I picked 2 different pinks and they didn't have either. So Chau just grabbed whatever pink they had and went with that. Half way through my service I was told there is a fee of taking off the old shellac which is fine but it was 10$ extra.. Other nail places Ive gone to charged 4$ max, so I wasn't impressed with that. I honestly dont think I will be returning to Almond Nails again. It has been 4 days and my nails look streaky and they are cut all different lengths. It was not worth 60$

Michelle did so gooood! Wow! She took her time and explained what she was doing. Highly impressed with her skill set as well as how personable she is. Any questions I had regarding the different types of nails/polishes and just general questions she answered thoroughly. The salon itself was really nice. They use brand new tools for each client which ensures a high level of cleanliness. I got the almond dip which is a healthier alternative for anyone wanting longer nails and it looks fabulous. You can really tell how much the employees love what do- overall great experience :)

Got my nails done for the first time here on December 28th, called yesterday because one of my gel nails broke off. Went in today and had excellent service. They matched the nail perfectly to my other nails so it didn’t look “off” and when I went to pay, they told me it was on the house! (Was too early to get a fill or else I wouls have done that). I have been a customer of Almond at various locations every 3 weeks for approx. 2 yrs. This is my first visit rating of the KP location (as requested)...immediately upon walking into the doorway you see customers receiving services. At the other franchise locations there is a dividing wall to avoid this. I was very disappointed that this location uses a different company’s products for acrylic, etc nail colours. No longer do I have access to my favourite colours and found their ‘new’ colour selection to be ’underwhelming’. As well, the Grant location had a new dip nail product in stock with great colours, etc. I was looking forward to trying them but.... not available at this location. They also do not have Starbucks hot chocolate and I missed Marjorie kindly delivering me one upon my arrival. Overall the atmosphere feels a bit dark and dismal. There was an unfinished floor in the bathroom that I used. No music playing no laughter. Just... what I would describe as a ‘tense’ atmosphere.On the plus side the salon is very clean and they have a loyalty program. I already miss the Grant location but like my hair dresser I will remain loyal to my esthetician. This is the 3rd location I have followed her to and expect there will be more moves for her in the future. Having said that... I must caution you about purchasing promotions/gift certificates. They are only usable at the location you purchase them.

The customer service was fantastic, they all made sure we were comfortable and felt welcomed. To say that i had a disappointing experience would be an understatement! I had called to ask if they accept walk ins, and was told that it would be better to make an appointment which I did for 12:15! I get there to be told to check in, which I did. 12:15 comes around and am still waiting for my appointment to start. 12:30 still waiting.... then was told someone would be right with me, where I then waited another 15-20 minutes to finally get started on my nails. However, as i was waiting for my appointment to start, about a dozen other women walked in and were seated right away and got their nails done as I was waiting!!! Two hours later I am still there and not happy at all with how my nails turned out!! And now have to make an appointment at a different location, to get them fixed! I asked for Almond shaped and they look like round points!! Needless to say I will not be ever visiting Almond ever again and will never recommend it to anyone!!

I got my nails done on Thursday for my engagement party that was on Saturday, I noticed on Friday that the nail colour changed from white to a reddish/pinkish tint, because of Good Friday the shop was closed so I had no choice but to go back on Saturday. When I got into the shop the girls at the front were very rude, I explained to them that it was the day of my engagement party and my nails changed colour. They refused to redo my nails, or even give me a solution to my problem, they said they were fully booked and I should go to a diff location. They said they had no idea what went wrong but I should come back on Monday, they are fully booked. I had to go get my nails done at a different salon, they refused to give me my money back or simply fix my nails, I did not even mind paying extra.

so bummed they aren't doing dip nails anymore, really liked the atmosphere and service there but I don't like fake nails and now all they do is something called almond press which is putting on a fake nail, I preferred how natural the powder was and made my nails stronger.

Went there today for the first time with my friend and we were both blown away. We were greeted as soon as we entered, had our coats hung up for us, and offered a drink. The whole environment was really upscale, and the staff were amazing! Hanh did my nail and they cane out EXACTLY like I wanted! She did such an amazing job and it hasn’t even been a day, but I’ve gotteb so many compliments! I will definitely be back!!

I went to Almond the first time to treat myself to a gel full set. The facility is very nice, clean, and the ladies there were very friendly. I loved the way my nails looked. However, one of my nails started falling off two days after my appointment. They fixed the nail without cost, which I really appreciated, but then more started falling off/lifting one by one. I'm disappointed to have spent $60 on nails that did not even last a week. The nails look good and feel better on than acrylic, but if you are looking for longevity, they are not it.

I am not amused changed my 5 star to one. First time we went awesome experience! Today I am more then upset!!! I called well over a week ago made a apt for my daughter and her babysitter for mani and pedi!!. Made it clear what their names were!!!!I even called reconfirmed. Today they went in said sorry we only had one booked was rude about it but after they were told I booked it well in advance they took them in entire time calling our babysitter my name ???? even after the girl was corrected. The nail job was horrible. My 9 year old could have done a better job. I will never go back. My 9 year old said they pushed her skin down too much on her toe it’s now red and sore.

I went for a pedicure here and they filed my toenails right down to the skin and then asked me if that's a good length!? Well it's not like you can fix that after its been done unfortunately. She then cut the side in so much that the bright red skin that your nails cover were exposed. I was unable to wear my high heels for a Christmas party because my toes hurt from being cut so very short. Two days later and my toes are still in pain. The bench and foot bath set up is not good if you are short it's incredibly hard to keep yourself in a comfortable position. After my nail polish was put on, she tells me I can put on my socks and shoes in 10 minutes? Doesn't come back to check that they are indeed dry enough for me to put my socks on. I have had pedicures before and they always check the polish after. I sat there for 25 minutes just to be safe on the drying and she never came to check. I would not recommend this place for pedicures. Sorry.

One the lady who I saw didn’t double check if all the nails were the same length. I have one finger nail that is crooked. Booking the appointments was convenient since they have online booking, the salon was clean and stylish, and everyone I came in contact with was polite and professional. I really wanted to give this place a good review since the customer service seemed great and the salon was very clean with beautiful decor. Unfortunately my manicure did not turn out well at all. I got a dark red colour and the tech put it on so very thin that it came out very streaky when fully dried. All the ends of the nail polish chipped by the next day. Very disappointing. The chips looked so bad with the streaks that I had to remove the polish. Which had badly stained my nails because of the buffing job the tech did on them left visible marks all over my nails which was impossible the remove all the polish out of. It looked so bad I had to re-paint them myself 2 days later. So disappointed by this mani.

Hanh at Almond Nail bar did an amazing dip manicure for me at a very reasonable price. My last dip manicure was done in Ontario, and the manicure that Hahn did was in a whole other league. She carefully and meticulously applied the layers and sanded them down in such a way to make the nails look very natural. She was professional and very attentive to provide me with the exact look I was going for. I wish I could give her 10 stars! Great experience! In the past, I had my nails done by someone else at this studio, and they were not great. Broke within 12 hours, rude, very angry etc However! I’ve seen Juliana 3 times now and she is absolutely fabulous! It always takes a while to get used to talking to someone, and she’s been great to say the least. This is my first trip to Almond Nail Bar. I went for a Mani/Pedi. My service took over 3 hours. Although the girls were pleasant, The quality of the service was unsatisfactory. First she did not trim my nails short enough, then she filed them crooked. She hardly trimmed my cuticles, and when I asked her to take more of the cuticle off she said she could not. The paint job she gave me was atrocious They brought out another girl , who re-shaped my toenails, re-trimmed my cuticles and repainted my nails.. The bottoms of my feet were sore again within 4 days. When it was all said and done the manager met me at the front desk, and asked me how everything was. I explained to her my experience, sadly she had not much to say regarding this matter. All she was concerned with was collecting payment. Overall I am left underwhelmed with my experience. I am absolutely unsatisfied with having to pay for the lack of professional service . To be honest I could have done it myself equally as good if not better at home . -Trish

Quality of my nails are really great and I really liked my nail tech. However, I went with a friend and her nail techs seemed really organized. They started fairly late, and made her wait 30 minutes between her manicure and her pedicure. When inquiring about the wait they indicated that her manicure tech was supposed to perform her pedicure however she had started already on someone else’s manicures all in all, it took two hours from the start of our appointment for her nails to be completed.

Had a full gel set done and less than 2 weeks 3 nails had come off. Sent an email. No response. Next day, lost another one. Sent another email. Still no response. Been a week and a half and still no response. Had my nails done at the new Almond Bar location on Plessis prior to the lockdown in May and those lasted 7 weeks. Then i had my fill done at Regent and lost 4 nails. Won't go back.

The colour selection is fantastic! The hostess then asked what I would like to drink and I was able to select a cafe mocha! I was taken to my nail station that was immaculate and was introduced to Hannah who did my nails. Hannah did a fantastic job on my manicure and was warm and friendly, will see her again! Overall I highly recommend the Almond Bar Spa for nails! All of the tools she used were in packages

The pedicure was fine but nothing spectacular. I was charged over 70$ for a pedicure. I didn’t make a fuss when i saw the price because i’m just not that type of person especially because i didn’t ask the price before getting it done. They then charged my friend 50$ for the exact same pedicure. Not really sure the mistake that went on there but my friend ended up phoning back later to ask why the charge was so off and they gave us a “credit” for the next time we come in. 70$ for a mediocre pedicure seems absolutely ridiculous to me lol

I went here for my bridal nails for my wedding, at first I was disappointed in my service as all I wanted was shaping and polish (i have naturally long nails) she starts and it wasnt being shaped correctly and polish was very streaky. The consultant then would take it off file more and retry , this happened twice so I just asked her to take it off and id pay for it and leave. I was a little upset and had my first bridezilla moment lol cried and went outside to cool off while I waited for my bridal party to finish. Then chrissy came out with her receptionist and asked to make it right and offered to have her do my nails instead. After some convincing I went in and she did and amazing job shaping and did a shellac instead of polish. They were so great to me and I didnt feel judge for having a bit of a meltdown, and at the end of it all they did it complentery on the house! Chrissy is amazing and so is this salon !!

Relaxing foot scrub and massage, she paid attention to detail and took her time while ensuring I was comfortable and enjoying myself. A huge plus was their cleanliness. All tools she used were opened from new sterilized peel pouches and also used all disposable nail files and toe separators. My toes look great. I will definitely be back. Thanks Juliana!

I had a great experience here! I appreciate the option to book online and that it was a simple process. The salon was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. I felt very safe coming for my pedicure here: they have the social distancing floor markings, masks and handwashing are required of everyone when you enter and all nail stations are equipped with clear barriers between clients and aestheticians, etc. Sadly, I cannot recall the name of my aesthetician, but she did excellent work, including being careful not to cause any pain. She was also very informative and helpful when I had questions about my callouses. I will definitely be back!

I went in for a pedicure, which ended up not only being expensive, but Very poorly done! My feet had not been attended too since last year, and l had a lot of callous build up. I asked the nail technician several times if she take a razor blade to my feet to remove some of this build up. The tech.had been using a mental emery board prior, which had hardly made a dent in removing the callouses! After several requests, the comment l received was,” well l don’t really do this for customers but since you really are wanting it l will do it!” A very poor attempt was made and by that evening, my feet had returned to being dry, cracked, and the callouses were still present! Which also brings me to another point! My daughter had the same services done too, and by the next day, her feet looked as if they had never been touched! They were still cracked and many callouses appeared to be hardly touched! The final disappointment came at the end when l never received any lotion to my feet and legs at the end. I felt as if l was be rushed out! I asked my daughter if she had received this treatment and she said she did, along with a massage! We were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this place, and will be telling our friends to save their money and NOT to go here!!!!

The only complaint I have is that you really need to make an appointment. I'm used to just walking into a place with a few friends and all being able to get serviced at the same time without a reservation. You can not do that at Almond. I went in for a powder dip today, while choosing colors I made it very clear i wanted an opaque color. The girl helping me said it would be. An hour and a half later I now have a clear manicure that i'm about to paint over - I explained to her I immediately did not like it and that it looked nothing like the swatch - she said there was nothing she could do and that I could ask to get them re-done in the next two weeks, but it would be up to me to ask for it. Don't EVER get a light color unless you want a $60 clear manicure like I just got.

I decided to try Almond Nail Bar because I was looking for a salon that used an autoclave to clean their tools. Too many places don’t do this! The staff is always friendly and helpful. On once occasion, they even called me to let me know that they were running about 15 minutes behind. I thought this was so courteous of them. As well, I’ve noticed that staff are constantly cleaning. They even wipe down the chairs. I don’t think I’ve ever seen another salon do this between clients. Today when I was there, someone was dusting and another was sweeping. You rarely see that kind of attention to cleanliness anywhere, and it’s something that I truly value. When it comes to finding an esthetician, I hit the jackpot with Jeannette. She is cheerful and her work is meticulous! She is always willing to take the time to do whatever I want. I have been happy with my experience every single time. Booked to have gel overlay done. This was to be a 60 minute appointment and was told that they would not be able to do french tip as I did not book for this service. I have had French done previously without having to book this in advance, it was my opinion that it would not have made any difference when it came to polish type, that they would have said sorry no time, I ended up leaving with no polish, not having that beautiful feeling, especially as it cost $57.00 with tax.

At one point the lady who did my pedicure even took her gloves off when she handled my feet without asking me if I was okay with it, especially since were in the midst of a pandemic. Overall it was not very precise and just not what we had expected. We would not consider going back for that reason.

The pedicurist at first was rude and had an attitude. The colour selection is lack lustre nothing bright and fun for summer or spring. The water was boiling hot, almost scalded my feed. The chairs are a bench, not an individual chair, its pitch was weird made you lean forward. No attendant when we first arrived, I had to get the attention of someone to check in. No foot massage, pedicure ended abruptly. Then the manicure was sub par for a high end place like this. My fingers were not soaked, no lotion was applied prior to my cuticles being pushed back. So they’ll that was painful to begin with. Then the cuticles were cut too short and I now have blood at the bed of two of my nails. For the cost definitely NOT worth it and I and my mother in law will for sure not be back. Thanks but no thanks.

Now it doesn't matter whether or not you have an appointment you have to wait and the quality of work has gone downhill. The more I express my preference the worse the service gets. Awful. Very disappointed in the quality of the pedicure I received a few weeks ago. The nail technician who performed the service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, but the quality of work is more than disappointing. Some of my toenails were shaped into an uneven shape, some look like they weren't shaped at all. She did not use a buffer to even out the surface of the toenails, nor did she push back the skin/cuticles from the nails AT ALL. She did not clean out the corners from under the big toenails where there is usually stuff gets stuck there. Cuticle work - AWFUL- I feel like it looked better before she touched it. Calluses??? Oh gosh, like nothing was done. Very messy how she applied the nail polish - no margins, did not seal the tips of the toenails. Seeing how bad of a quality this service turned out to be is also frustrating as I am 7 months pregnant and can not bend to do my toes myself. I have contacted their salon via email, attached many photos and explained my concern but have not received a response. Not recommending this salon nor ever going back!

I used to love this location and come here often, on my visit this time, there was minimal selection of shellac. I could not find any colours I liked. I was told there were no other options but the one tray, then to see another staff provide us many more options later and for my friend it was too late. There were no glitter options, again until I literally could not find anything I liked, a gold glitter was suddenly produced. The staff are lovely and really personable and nice, but the quality of the shellac and the selection was not good. And strangely I’ve been here a few times, never had a problem but I don’t think I will be coming back to this location.

As it was my first time booking online I was unaware you had to book extra time to do nail art, she explained this to me as well as telling me she may not have time to do . I had Oxana for a manicure today and she did a great job! She was very gentle and friendly and helped me pick some colours. Last visit I had Chao and the magic polish lasted for 3 weeks with minimal chipping! That's a first for me, I usually have chips after 5 days. There was also a complaint from another client at the front desk when I entered and the employee at the front handled it very well and stayed calm. My nail artist Marija always goes above and beyond not only with the fabulous nails but just being very personable and a good listener. She is not just the girl who does my nails she is a friend for life. Working in the health care industry I appreciate that instruments are being sterilized ( test strips available for once a week testing available for proper sterilization ) and tables and chairs are being wiped down. Good job ladies! I would like to see more gems and jewelry pieces available I thought that there would be more to pick from . I now bring my own case of which I have collected a selection of many gems etc. Overall these ladies all work hard and should be given praise for making people feel beautiful inside and out!????

I liked the pedicure except they insisted on using shellac nail polish or as they call it magic polish. I told the gal a few times I don't want shellac nail polish finally she got another book but then another person came and said its close to the same price. I felt really pressured to use the shellac polish. Which I did and now of course I cant get it off. They did say something about I could go back and get it taken off for nothing. Even though I liked the experience and the place is very clean I don't think I would return because of that.

I got my nails done Friday September 3rd. When I called I asked for a fill. I came for my appointment and was told I needed to take all nails off and get a whole new set, when I said no I just got this set out on not even 2 weeks ago (literally was only getting them done for size as I am having a baby any day and didn’t want them as long) the girl tried to convince me, and I said no. She seemed frustrated. Then I got my nails done, first she shaved them down in a few spots so much I was cut on the nail bed and then she put the gel overtop. It actually burned. Secondly she put the gel on really lumpy. I really didn’t want to make a complaint but after paying 60 with a tip I’m just not happy with them at all and everyday I look at them it makes me upset. She also didn’t put polish right to stop there was a few that have areas missing. I have pictures from Friday. Just can’t add here.

Normally Almond Nail Bar is fantastic, however my most recent experience was not. I got a shellac manicure and my esthetician was very slow which meant my appointment took over 1.5 hours. When she realized how long she had taken, I'm not sure if she was late for something but she asked one of the front desk girls to finish cleaning up my nails (the top coat was already on), and then just left. I don't believe it was the front desk girls job and she was lovely but she wasn't sure how to finish them off so my nails were very sticky. She asked her manager what to do as I could not leave in that state without getting nail polish all over my clothes, and then was able to use the correct oil to solidify my nails. They offered me 20% off and to get my nails repaired in the next 2 weeks for free, which I will be taking them up on. This is not my typical experience at Almond Nail Bar, so I am not sure what happened.

I have now gone more than once and I am still so impressed! Oxsana is seriously exceptional! I chose the wrong nail shape and Oxsana re-did A WHOLE HAND, without any complaints! She made me feel good and put me at ease about not knowing what I was talking about (the nail shape I thought I wanted, but was so wrong!) LOL. As a first time customer, I am so impressed with my experience as a whole! I had a set of acrylic on one hand, which they had to remove. My girl, was so patient, kind and gentle with removing the acrylic, which made my nailbeds very sensitive. She continued to be mindful of my sensitivity as she started putting on the new nails. I had a shellac manicure schedule for 4:45. The actual service did not start until almost 5:00. The manicure felt very rushed and ended up only being 30 minutes instead of 45. The last part of a manicure usually includes a hand and arm massage and this was virtually non existent. I can only assume that the staff member was running behind and chose to shorten my appointment. Not happy with service and will probably book next appt at different location, even though this location is closest for me.

First time there. Pretty decor, friendly staff. Convinced to try their magic polish. Appointment was at 5pm. Came home and noticed bubbling in a few nails; not happy but no big deal. After a shower at 10pm all of the nail polish peeled off in a single piece. Magic polish reminds me of kids peel-off polish. Extremely pricy. Not worth it.

Disappointing experience. I have been to the Grant location a couple of times and quite enjoyed it. The KP location was disappointing all around. At the Grant location when booked a shellac manicure, both times I received a lovely manicure followed by a shellac polish. My visit to the KP location, my cuticles were cut and ground down with some sort of grinder. There was a hand massage but no soaking of the hands. When my nails were painted, it was not the colour I picked (it was the one next to the one I picked), which not a big deal, it's just nail polish. The girl doing my shellac started paying extra attention to my left ring finger, I asked if it got bumped and she said no it's okay. I then went for a brow wax. I asked for just a clean up. Anywhere else that means just clean up the stray hairs around the edges. I looked in the mirror when I was done they looked okay a little light maybe but I did not have my glasses on. Driving home I look down at my hand and notice my ring finger is bleeding, took about an hour to stop bleeding. Clearly it was bleeding before but failed to mention it to me. I also notice that many of the nails are completely different lengths. I get home and look in the mirror and notice that my eyebrows are half gone and in some weird shape. The whole thing was a waste of time and money. I won't be back and I will be telling people to avoid KP Almond Bar.

The store front is clean and welcoming. I tried the dip nails, I am very happy with how they turned out. This was a great experience and I will be back.

No massage chairs but besides that it was fantastic, one of the best pedicures i have ever had. The ladys were nice and my feet still feel good 2 hours lady. I would highly recommend them.

Stefania did a great job on my pedicure but unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had this service lately and both times the polish chipped on one big toe after 3 days. Don’t know what’s going on, but expected better wear from my pedicure. Manicure was great and is still going strong after 6 days. Update: Almond was gracious enough to correct the chipped pedi and repaired it today. Great service!

Marija gave me the cleanest, detailed set of white shellac nails I have ever received. She also gave me the nail file and buffer to take home, not to mention filled a nail with a crack in it for no extra charge. Almond really takes care of you and is extremely professional and precise!

I gave 4 stars because. I had a great manicure. But as soon as I had a pedicure I felt I did more talkthan the girl. She wasn't very friendly I felt and the pedicure I found sloppy . I did go back a few days later and they did fix it for me. But going back is a bit of a pain

Terrible experience. The girl that did my nails complained the whole time about how she hated working there. The one who did my toes was pleasant but did a terrible job. They looked like my 5 year old niece did it. It was the first and last time I will go there.

I love almond nail bar! It is such a clean environment the staff sanitize after each guest new tools are used after each use. It is not a chop shop, pedicure was excellent a nice orange smellling scrub and neutral smelling lotion with a hot towel. Cant express enough how much I enjoyed my experience

Great attention to detail and she always asked to make sure that the colour, shape, etc. was to my liking throughout the appointment. Definitely going to be returning to her! To be fair, I have been to this location twice. The first time was quite good and Chau Thi did an amazing job. I recommend her services. Just went back for a second time last night and it was a disaster. The person did a total hack job on my cuticles (to the point where multiple of them were bleeding) and visibly smudged my nails... very unimpressed since I mentioned that I was getting them done for an event where people would be looking at my hands.
