I never make reviews but this is long overdue and deserves praise! I received THE BEST microblading service provided by Tracey R. My confidence & self esteem has never been so high after receving Traceys expert skills. Her attention to detail and passion for perfection is immaculate, professionalism & recommendations of shape and pigment blends are above any other, the cozy comfortable private room makes you feel like a million dollar woman. From the Swarovski crystal encrusted Everything, to the sheep skin bed liner, the sanitation practices, and 5 star customer service shown from not only herself, but from the entire establishment!! Being myself in the Beauty Industry, I recommend Tracey to everyone that is curious, has doubts about where to go, or asks where mine were done. Pass Up the providers who have discounted services (they're new and this is your FACE) and go for excellence. Price was on point and easily the best money spent. Tracey you provide top shelf service & I thank you!! A year later my brows haven't faded, needed touching up and i can walk around with no makeup on feeling like a Queen!!!

I booked an appointment for a full set of lashes and was hoping that they would be able to squeeze me in on Friday. When I arrived they said that they only had enough time for the regular full set. I explained that I thought I booked the volume set as I was getting married. So the lady had called in an extra person to help, and two people tag teamed my lashes at the same time to ensure that I got the lashes that I wanted in the time frame that was booked. That extra lady wasn’t even scheduled for work! Excellent service ????

Not especially impressed by this Salon. Went for a pedicure, the tech cut way too deep, and what started as ingrown toenails on both big toes turned into a full infection requiring medical treatment within the week. Upon calling the salon I was told it was probably from the "shoes for the wedding" - the wedding hasn't happened yet and I have worn no unusual shoes. I would post pictures but I think you can imagine the pain, swelling and pus involved, for a pedicure I paid nearly $100 for. UPDATE: The owner called and refunded me the pedicure and additionally indicated she is having a safety meeting with her staff related to this incident. I'm glad to see that the business will take responsibility for its actions.

We had an amazing experience getting gel nails and gel polish manicure with Emily and Taylor. The salon is beautiful and airy, very comfortable, they offered us coffee or tea upon arrival, we felt so relaxed and welcomed. The technician/ estheticians are so professional and nice. We're extremely happy with what we got done. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend this salon !

I've come to this salon a few times now to have a manicure and I never leave disappointed. My appointments have never been rushed and the time they put in shows, as my gel polished lasted over a month with no chips or cracks. I went to several other nail salons in Kelowna and often left with clear coat all over my fingers, messy polish and chipping within a week. The staff are very personable and easy to talk to and I would recommend this salon to anybody! ????

I was referred to Xccessorize Me for micro-blading. They are significantly more expensive (30-40%) than anyone else I talked to, however, I was told Tracey is the best. After a consult, I booked my appointment feeling excited. My first set of brows were a huge disappointment; they were very close together and not symmetrical… I felt like a character from the muppets and received A LOT of negative feedback. Also, they faded to a peachy-orange color about a month later. I went back for my follow-up appointment and Tracey complete re-did my brows, adjusting the shape and color. After they healed, they looked amazing! BUT, they lasted about only 2.5-3 months before they faded out to a bright orange color again with no recognizable hair strokes –they look like I smudged some color over that general area. They look terrible without penciling over top to hide the micro-blading. I reached out to a few other technicians to ask their opinion. None could really identify what the issue was, however they all stated that my brows looked terrible and that I paid a ridiculous amount of money for them. They all also stated that they always offer money-back guarantees should their clients not be happy with the results. Knowing this, I reached out to Xccessorize Me with photos of how bad my brows have worked out and asked for a refund. I have been ignored.

That lady here was extremely knowledgeable about the situation and super kind!! We had a great conversation AND my eyelashes look gorgeous and natural and best of ALL....no pain!

This salon is a stunner!! There's nothing like it in town...it is absolutely beautiful and sparkles- literally. For lashes- I've had mine straight for 5.5 years by Tracey and never been unhappy. I still get compliments daily and when asked where to go this is the only place I'd send you! These lashes make you feel like one beautiful momma 24-7 and way less time to get ready in the morning as no makeup is needed! Full volume experience:) when I need an extra boost I get her to do my brows and a quick spray tan and I'm good to go for any occasion!

The nail tech available to do gel nails is not skilled at shaping. my nails ended up being really bumpy and when i expressed dissatisfaction, she told me to wait till the end which i did, then she ran out of time and started getting flustered. i had to return the next day to get them fixed and still they were not up to par. i gave her a picture to copy at the beginning and asked her if she could achieve that exact shape and design and she said yes, that is why i was upset. save yourself the time honestly

After getting my nails done at Xccessorize Me for a while now I can say the nail tech Chelsea has stopped putting effort into my nails. In the beginning she did amazing work and I never had any complaints. After realizing I was going to keep returning she has gradually put less and less effort into my nails each time. The tips and sides will be left unpainted. She will end my appointment 10 minutes before it is done just to start another client earlier. Xccessorize Me will not accept me being late by any more than 5 minutes or they will not take my business although I've had to wait 45 minutes to get one nail fixed because the client before me kept changing her mind on a nail colour. As for my eyelash extensions; every time Tracey applies a new set or a fill I am never disappointed. Even after 3 weeks when they should be ready for a fill they still look as good as they did when I left. I have switched to getting my lashes done by Ashley who is also an advanced lash tech but I find her to be very unprofessional. If I am unhappy with the work she has done not only her but the business will somewhat try and blame it on me to the point where I feel uncomfortable telling them I am not happy with my eyelashes, nails etc. A few times I have had the business blame their poor work on me. I've also listened to lash techs talk about how they give their liked customers pink brushes and less liked customers black brushes... Another lash tech I tried out a while back coughed all over me while I was getting a lash fill and got me sick.. she also stopped to check her phone often and I could hear her nails tapping on the screen so I knew she was doing something. I find this business to be very unprofessional and will not be returning.

Not the best experience in my opinion, first of all I booked a new hybrid set of extensions with an advanced tech, she ended up telling me she had only been working there for a week.... weird as I had to pay more for her experience. I asked for long thick lashes and ended up walking out with the shortest, thinnest set of extensions I have ever had, you couldn’t even tell I had extensions on and I ended up paying $200 dollars for them, exteamly disappointing and definitely will not be returning.

Very disheartened and disappointed. I brought my friend here for a pedi as she is visiting. Her nails are jagged after a very unprofessional filing job. Her heels are completely cracked still - it doesn't look like she had a pedicure at all. I called to speak to the manager and she offered another pedicure. We requested a refund for my friend and she said they do not do any refunds. Not sure what kind of business policy this is.. My friend is heading back home soon, and lost $80+. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Went here for a pedicure. Although the girls were very sweet, I came back extremely disappointed. Nails were not smooth or straight. Heels look like they’re not even done. For such an expensive pedicure ($80+), sure doesn’t look like I had anything done. I would never recommend this place. Called the manager after and even offered to show her pictures. She simply said “we have a no refund policy” and that I should come back for another pedicure. No thanks.

I was experiencing pretty bad discomfort after my eyelash extension application from xcessorize me.. When I talked to my friend who is experienced in receiving eye lashes, she informed me this shouldn't be happening. I then went to an advanced eyelash tech at a different salon.. this is when she informed me of why of I was in such pain. Some of the extensions were attached to 3-5 natural lashes (Which she showed in a mirror). The new tech (from a different salon) then removed all of my set because she wasn't able to repair them, without causing further damage. My lashes are pretty well non existent now because of the lack of care for my lash health. The new tech recommend not getting new extensions for a while till my lashes healed. Would definitely not recommend if you want to keep your natural lashes.

Absolutely the best mani/pedi experience I've had in Kelowna. Sheokfa and Chenoa were professional, warm, and very talented. I adore my nails. Chenoa was even able to get my little, nearly non-existent pinky toenails with absolute perfection (and in black)!
