They try hard. Without a receptionist, the hand off between appointments is awkward. Note they are not RMTs. One massage was perfect. The other practitioner over extended my knee and pulled a muscle in my calf. I am limping and will need ice.

This was the worst massage and "spa" experience I have ever had. I hadn't had a massage in years and booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage for my birthday on November 30. When I got there, the receptionist looked like a hot mess. Very unprofessional, like she partied hard the night before. She asked me if I wanted to use the restroom before settling into the room. I went and was disgusted by the amount of dirt, dust and eyelash extensions on the floor. I was the only client there.. I am sure there would have been time to clean but looked as if it hadn't be done in weeks. When we got to the massage room it was cold and dark. The receptionist said "I'll turn this on, its cold in here", I assumed she was turning on a heater... something that should have been done and prepped before I got there. Turns out the receptionist was my masseuse. After getting into a cold bed with old and very piled sheets.. she came in and began. She spent much time on my back using LOTS of oil. I could hear the telephone ringing at the reception desk during my massage. She also had to leave part way through to answer a delivery person whom was banging at the door for a few minutes. She carried on with the massage. It seemed as if she had never received a professional massage and did not know what she was doing. She didn't know how to professionally and adequately tuck the blanket when preparing to massage my legs. She barley spent any time on my legs or feet or arms or hands. When I turned around for her to do my shoulder area, she was nearly dry massaging them with little to no oil, and by this time my nose was an ice cube because I was so cold. I could hear everything she was doing when getting supplies, she was not careful or graceful. I spent most of the massage wishing it was over. The massage was 75 minutes and at the end of it she announced "that's the end of your Swedish relaxation massage". I had booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. If you look at the website, then walk into the establishment, you will realize very quickly that it is FALSE ADVERTISING. It also states on the website that clients have access to the steam shower, hot tubs and a mineral pool. I was offered no such thing! All I saw was a dirty and very small establishment and the cold room in which I had my horrendous massage. A waste of time and money and a very disappointing "birthday treat" for a hard working single parent.

Nancy & Jordan were incredible. My husband and I went for our first wedding anniversary and got The Romance Package. The massages were fantastic and the facials were other worldly. We left feeling totally pampered. We will absolutely return!

Not worth 120 for 90 minutes went for couples massage seemed like one girl didn't know what she was doin and just followed the other girl which started the massage amazing but seem to tired out quick and just got lazy when it came to do top half of body we came in cause we had sore neck and shoulders and left with sore legs do not recommend this place

First appointment was for a massage. I showed up 20 min. early as per required. My massage did not start until 20min after the booked appointment time. The massage therapist lost track of time so only my back got massaged, my face received a 5 min lotion application on top of my makeup. Management was kind and handled this very professionally. Second appointment was for two 45min. facials for my husband and I. The appointment started on time, however we laid there for 1.5hrs. I'm not sure if they thought they were doing us a favour by doubling our appointment time, but it was extremely uncomfortable laying there for so long, which makes the appointment unenjoyable. It also made us both late for our next appointments. This is unnecessary. We both would have enjoyed the appointment had taken the 45min it should have. We were very disappointed.

I am not one to add reviews however I have not been more disappointed in a spa service than I have at this spa. I'm not sure if the aesthetician was new or green or not feeling it, but there was a lot lacking. I normally get massages once a month and a facial once a year but decided to treat myself while on vacation to a massage and facial. I received a 60 min massage which was very mediocre. It almost seemed like she only new how to massage on certain areas of the back and was not comfortable with massages knots or around the neck which is where I told her I have most my tension. After the massage, the aesthetician proceeded with the facial. There was no description on the products that were being used or what steps she was taking in the product application. After I left the appointment I actually had to put cream on my face because it was so dry. What is the point in getting a facial and paying for it if it have to to it myself after? This has never happened to me before. After my facial was complete, I walked up to the front and the aesthetician was very impersonal and I felt like she just wanted me to pay so she could leave for the day. The part that frustrated me is my girlfriend went to another spa for similar services and had nothing but a wonderful experience. I read the reviews prior to booking my appointments feeling confident in my decision but I was very wrong. My review rating is for 2 stars as the facility itself was very clean, had a nice aroma, and a good location. The staff is what I think makes or breaks an experience. In my case it soured my full experience

Not only did the owner Go Far and Beyond to make my mother's experience a good one she send me her pamphlet and just said have a nice day. She didn't try to out sell us anything she just plain and simple asked what we were looking for... then she later phone back so let us know that she had an opening and she be more than willing to help my mom now that all said and done I thought she was an amazing person very kind but what she did next just blew me away we were golfing in Kelowna West I think I'm not from the area but we were golfing me and my father and my mom's appointment finished before we did so my mom thought she would just call a cab when the owner came downstairs and saw my mom still waiting she drove her to the hotel herself. Professional level 5/5 as a human being... 10/5.. I would be sick a better person with 10 % of her kindness... Great time.... will return. And I never got to tell you this .... THANK YOU.

Not RMT's, so you can't use your benefits, and this is not communicated to you prior to your appointment. The pool, steam showers and hot tub are in a different area outside of the spa, so you need to get dressed and walk outside to the hotel lobby, past all the guests and ask someone to unlock the pool area doors. We did not have access to steam showers. EDIT: in response to the below from the Spa- My contact number was clearly not local, and I said we were coming from out of Province. You allowed a couples massage in a very small room, so please don't blame COVID for the fact that you didn't communicate not having RMT's in the spa until after we had all paid for our service, and the pool/steam room/ hot tub being outside of the actual spa.

This is my first review ever. For me to take the time to do so, it means that my experience was that bad. This place is a disaster. Not professional at all, but they still charge you the big bucks. Is this a learning school or what? I got a 1-hour massage and the girl did not apply any pressure at all. I asked her twice to apply more pressure and she couldn't keep it for more than a minute. The touch was so irritating, that it made me feel angry more than anything. I took the time to fill up a form before my appointment and wrote down, as well as told, the girl verbally that I cannot have perfumed lotion or oil on me because of allergies. Do you think she remembered that? No. She did used an unscented oil for the main part but switched to a very perfumed lotion for my face. And yes, I did get a reaction 2 hours after the massage even though I showered as soon as I got home. This was, foolishly, my second time there. My first time, I got a manicure. It was actually laughable. It looked like my 10-year old did it. But I figured that it was one bad experience and should be fine with a massage. How bad could it be. Well, it was that bad that I'm writing about it now. Those people are not professional. Don't waste you money there. If you are looking for an experience, a good one, this is not the place. Response to the owner: Yes, this is the Wellness Spa in the Best Western Hotel I'm talking about. You don't have me under this last name because this is my maiden name. The staff were Ashley and Jordan(?).

Amanda did an absolutely fantastic job on my eyebrows, and the 90 minute massage was well worth every penny! She has such a gentle but soothing touch. Will definitely be back ????
