This place has changed hands !! Do NOT go there. My husband and I booked a pedicure before our trip away. I am sure the one girl who worked in my husbands feet was not even licensed beauty worker. She started filing his toe nails instead of clipping and the whole experience was horrible! Mine was not much better and the polish wore off in 5 days. Just don’t go!!!

They never answer the phone or return messages. I've called them I'd say ten times or so over the past year and never not once have they answered. And I've left three messages in that time asking to get back to me and they never return the message. It takes three months in advance to book an appointment. Just an overall horrible horrible experience. No customer service what so ever.

I have been on there FB Page and left msgs for them to call me back regarding rescheduling my appointment. I have called and left several messages on their machine which they NEVER answer the phone. No one has yet to call me back! - Probably going to loose my appointment because I cant get ahold of them. Customer Service :Poor/Terrible Update: Finally got through to them was able to change my date 3 months from now.

It was a nice place and the room was nice but the massage is probably the worst massage that I have ever had. My wife and I had couples massages and she enjoyed hers. Even after telling the practitioner multiple time to reduce the pressure, he continued using lots of pressure and was rather aggressive with his massage techniques. If my wife wouldn’t have been beside me enjoying herself then I would have ended the massage early. To top it off, I booked us a 60 minute body massage followed by a 60 minute foot massage and they ended it after 1 hr and 40 minutes. It is now the next day and my traps are still extremely sore from his aggressive massage. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

My husband and I had a couples massage there today and it was amazing! Beautiful spa like environment very calming and relaxing and the staff there is very professional. We definitely will be returning for another one soon. We have had several massages all around the world while we vacation and this by far is one of the best we have had.

Worst experience I have ever had for a massage. Within the first 15 minutes I was debating asking them to stop and leaving. It was not relaxing in the least and it felt like someone without any training was giving me a massage. And not to mention they didn’t massage for the full hour either. Won’t be going back. Wouldn’t recommend.

My wife and I used to go to this place for couples massage under the old ownership. Last week, we went there and found out that the place had switched hands. The new owners are very friendly and patient with our questions. I had Peter for the massage; he helped me to diagnose the cause of my sore back and he is spot on! My wife and I had the most amazing massage session that day; she even booked both manicure and pedicure with them; she is super looking forward to it. We will definitely be back for more massages!

The massage....just ok. If I could zero stars I would! The service was absolutely horrible!!! How they have managed to stay in business this long is beyond me! Several phone calls never returned, cancelled my appointment twice & once the day of with only 1.5 notice. Then it took them 2 weeks to reschedule and didn't even bother to call me to tell me! I had to call them & ask! On top of that they short changed my service!! So angry that I just gave up fighting for it!!! I'll never go back & I hope you heed my advice & never go at all!!!

I have been to this spa many times myself and with my daughter. Vivian always does such a beautiful job on our nails and takes the time to make them perfect. The salon is so clean and bright, lovely, warm and inviting. I would recommend the lovely manicures and pedicures as well as health benefitting foot massages.

Wonderful staff and amazing service. My friend and I went in for a quick Mani Pedi and the girls that helped us we're very nice, helpful and did a beautiful job. The only small complaint I would have is while we were talking we would occasionally get shooshed by other employees as they had people in for massages in the next room. That is understandable and we accommodated as much as we could however if you have a large group of girls looking to get their nails done together , it may get a little annoying having to reduce the volume of your voice each time you get excited or begin to laugh. Great place though. Will go there again for sure.

I haven't had such a great massage since living in Beijing, Peter was great... We loved the couples massage and my wife thought Vivian was great as well! Prices are very reasonable, clean and professional environment...worth the drive from Vernon!

Best massage i've ever had here in B.C.! Well worth traveling for. Not in downtown kelowna but just 20 minutes drive to the outskirts but it was well worth it! The owners run and operates the place. Very nice people, nice ambience, and well worth your money! If you need a massage and really wanna get rid of your stressed muscles, i suggest you go to this place! They know what they are doing. Their description of their massage on their website is exactly what you're gonna get. I will definitely visit this place again whenever we stop here in kelowna!

Had a relaxing facial from Jessica. The products were amazing and my face, which is usually dry and rough, was soft for days afterwards. Jessica was fantastic and I really recommend going to visit her. The spa is quiet and calm and next door to a coffee shop!

Initially, I went to New You only because it's close to my house. But, I keep going back because it's a fabulous place. The service is great, the atmosphere is unfailingly cheerful and the prices are great. Sera does my waxing and she's fantastic. Penny, the owner, is always fun to talk to. The environment and the technique in this store is fantastic! Love the feet massage the most which served by the high level massagist Peter. Also lots of people would like to go for couple massage and only ask for Peter to serve them due to his efficient and unique massage technique. Definitely a wonderful store that worth to go!

My wife and I have attended the New You Day Spa several times now for the purpose of having a couple's massage and have very much enjoyed every visit. The Spa is located in the Kettle Valley area of Kelowna in a very quaint community mall. The Spa offers a variety of esthetician services in addition to their body massages. The facility is meticulously clean and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and competent. Although those providing the massages are not certified massage therapists, their skill set is not that far off and their pricing is also more affordable than that of a typical certified massage therapist. We find the massage service at New You to be very relaxing. They offer comfortable surroundings with an excellent ambience of soothing sounds and soft, enticing smells. We would highly recommend this Spa for a nice relaxing massage or any one of their other services to refresh one's body.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and calm upon arrival, the staff were all very friendly and inviting, and the massage service exceeded my expectations. I wasn't rushed out the door after my massage and instead was asked it I wanted to sit and enjoy a tea, coffee, or water. I look forward to going back soon!.

As a gift for me, my daughter booked a spa package for me. I was warmly greeted by the spa owner and once the requisite paperwork was filled out I was taken into a dimly lit room with soft music and flowers waiting for me on the massage table ,Amber a RMT gave me an excellent relaxing massage, once the massage was complete Jess performed my facial , and then led me into another area where I was pampered with a pedicure with paraffin , talk about luxury , all of this was enjoyed by my daughters mother in law and I with a glass of wine and strawberries, just an extra little touch my daughter and taken care of , I would highly recommend this spa , the staff is amazing and very open to adding any extra little details to your experience, I will definitely go back, well worth the trip from Ottawa

It was my first time at the spa and I found it to be warm and inviting right from the moment I stepped in the door. Greeted right away with a smile and taken to waiting area where you can feel yourself begin to relax and unwind with the calming atmosphere and music. Next to the dimly lit wonderful smelling treatment room where I had a fantastic relaxing massage and facial given by Jessica as well as manicure and pedicure. Totally enjoyed the spa and can't say enough about Jessica who made the experience even better. I recommend the spa!
