As a guy, it could feel weird going to a "spa" to get a haircut. But I get my hair cut by Mary, and she's just the best. I can say the head massages are awesome, the cut is top quality, and the conversation inspiring. Mary is a must if you need someone to cut your hair.

I am so sad to have to share such a horrendous experience. My first appointment here was fine staff was very friendly. My stylist was again very friendly but work was subpar. I wish I could add photos here but will instead include them in Google photos. My first appointment I was supposed to be getting balayage, instead I recieved fine weaved out foils. It was barley noticable and it only was visible from the front. She was so kind I paid and just had my hair done somewhere else. I liked the salon a lot so decided to try it again. I explained I had a photo shoot. I booked days in advance to ensure things would work well as I was looking for quite a change. When I booked I also sent photos in advance of my current hair and the desired colour. I also strongly suggested I could be booked with anyone else other then the last stylist, which was clearly not recieved as I was again booked with the same stylist. Then my stylist called in sick, life happens, and they scheduled me in for the same day as the shoot. I think this is quite risky and as a stylist of almost 15 years myself I would ensure I was clarifying anything I was unsure about. I again recieved weaved thin foils. My hair looked terrible and nothing like what I had asked for and still had roots! The stylist then asked me how to fix my own hair!! I have never hated my hair so much. They did offer to have her fix it but after two disappointing appointments my confidence in Kay was gone. I was in tears and had a photo shoot. They did not charge me, which I think is exactly what should be expected. However, I asked to have my cost covered at another salon as now it's not just a colour but a color correction which can cost more then double what I would have paid. They refused to pay as the thought that non payment at orah was sufficient. Which I would have agreed if it was not costing me double to have this mess fixed. Not only that I could not get back my deposit for my photos as I had to cancel not being able to get my hair fixed. So not only am I left with terrible hair, I am out my cost of the deposit of the photos as well as the difference of a color correction. In the end it cost me a fortune to have a hair disaster. As I said I will upload the photos of what I was left with and what I was looking to have done. I would highly recommend looking at other places before considering orah. I am so disappointed as thinking just not charging me for wrecking my hair and my photo shoot and causing me to need a color correction was enough on their end. It was really to bad. After reading the response I want to be clear I am being truthful and am adding a direct quote from the said email. "As you did not pay for your service, rightfully so, I feel there is nothing more to offer at this point and we wish you all the best."

Beautiful atmosphere with friendly staff. I can't give a complete review as I only received a lash tint. I found that my last tint wasn't as dark and didn't last as long as I had before at different salons. With that being said, I would definitely return and try different services.

The staff are warm and the salon decor is very welcoming. Krista does a great job on my short hair (and not everyone can cut short hair!) Great parking in the parkade (which can be a huge problem in this neighbourhood,) and super walkable if you live in Pandosy Village. Highly recommended!

I have had several pedicures all over the world, and I have to say my pedicure with Rachel was one of the best pedicures I have ever received. She had me on my birthday, and took her time with my cuticles, handled my heavy legs with elegance and scrubbed my size 15 feet with pure confidence. I tend to be self conscious about the she of my feet but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I will most certainly be returning, probably regularly. Thank you so much Rachel!

Devon is a brow wizard!!! I've been looking around for awhile to find someone who does brow waxing and tinting. She is SO good and has such attention to detail. On top of everything it was relaxing. I recently had the most amazing Spa/Salon day at this location, I had the pleasure of experiencing the 20 minute add on massage, the luxury pedicure, manicure, makeup and hair styling. Over the week leading up to my appointment I was in communication with multiple people from this location trying to organise a package that would ensure I was receiving all of the services I wanted. I couldn't thank the ladies enough for making this such an unforgettable experience. The Spa and Salon are very well decorated and such a fantastic atmosphere. All of the staff at Orah Spa + Salon are absolutely amazing, they made me feel like royalty and I would recommend this Salon to anyone looking to get the A list experience. I will be returning again without a doubt!!!!
