Really disappointed with this spa. I had 14 laser hair removal treatments here with only minimal results. Not only did they not fully cover the areas each time but had the machine set lower or different every time. They said certain areas hurt more so they avoided them?? They would miss many areas each time and I would have to keep reminding them or ask to go over an area again. I was here for results not for a relaxing facial. Waste of money!

I Just had another great treatment with Kelly at Neos! Kelly is welcoming and puts in the extra effort to help me feel comfy, cozy, and relaxed. She already has a wealth of knowledge but continues to expand it and come up with creative ideas. Today, I was treated with a numbing technique that worked like a charm, quiet relaxation time and a wonderful cooling mask at the end. She took the time to review and explain my progress and then we refined my treatment to achieve even better results. I feel like my experience and results are just as important to her as they are to me.
