I got the clear skin facial. The appointment was very relaxing and included scalp and hand massage. However, when I got home I realized I didn't get any extractions and all of my black heads are still there. I had rash on my face because, I was probably allergic to some of the ingredients. I did mention in the forms they gave me that I have food allergies but they didn't ask me what kind of food to avoid this. Overall this is falsely advertised on their website and it is not a true facial appointment. The appointment focused on face for 15min and the rest was a soft massage of hands and scalp.I paid 150$ with tax and tip. Really unhappy. I don't think if I would ever go back and I do not recommend it to anyone for facial.

I have had many injuries so have gotten massages at least once a month for the last 25 years. Not to mention that I travel a lot and have had the privilege to go to some of the best rated spas in the world for pampering.. With that being said I have never had a more loved and wonderful hot stone massage and facial than Kim provides. She’s super compassionate and kind and is extremely gifted in what she does. I 100% recommend booking in with her and love the Namaste experience.

I saw Rebecca for a 90-min relaxation massage. Wow. Not only was the massage incredible but the greeting and kindness from the front staff was very much appreciated. Their COVID safety protocols are on point. The spa was clean, the massage table was cozy warm (yes heated blanket), the products used were gentle and not overbearing, and Rebecca really knows her stuff! Thank you for a wonderful start to my weekend. I will certainly be back....is 2 weeks too soon!?!

i was not happy with the new therapist that they assigned to me without even telling me that the one i booked is on medical leave. they gave me 15% discount witht the poor service and informed me that i can keep the original receipt. after awhile, they called me to go back to return the receipt. what an inconveniet experience! i spoke to Jasmine, she is so disrepectful and she makes me so mad. i am at home, she will insist to return the receipt! they did not even compensate me with the poor service properly!

I had been given a gift certificate and booked on my Saturday off. Unfortunately my coworker phoned me early in the morning as she was sick and couldn’t go into work so I had to cover for her. I both called and emailed Namaste Day Spa right away and fully explained the situation and that I wanted to reschedule. What I got was a sales receipt for the session as they say ‘I didn’t provide 24 hour notice’. This was completely unprofessional to not honour my gc and the situation that I was handed. I will never go back, nor will I ever suggest this spa to anyone.

I went to Namaste for a back wax today, as I do on a regular basis. There is no way of making waxing a pain-free experience, but this was about as good as it gets. The owner herself did the waxing and her skill was evident at the outset. I've been other places to get waxed and if you get someone who doesn't know what they are doing it is very painful. Definitely recommend.

What an experience. This place is sparkling clean. I spent half a day there and I would not want to be anywhere else but at Namaste day spa. My shiatsu/accupressure massage was an absolute bliss. It was followed by extremely relaxing facial and pedicure. Kim is so knowledgeable and just extremely easy to talk to. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back.

Received a GC for a mani and pedi, went for the mani and it was ok. They only use glass files which is like nails on a chalkboard, with no alternative available... Less than relaxing. French manicure was so so. No assistance offered with my winter boots, and had to ask for help with my keys. Wouldn't go back for a manicure again, considering how much they charge. Edit - this indeed was at Namaste Day Spa, even though they cannot seem to find the record

A tranquil experience, from reception and choosing your tea, to the main event itself. My usual is the Pedicure Plus. It ends with the shea butter massage with hot stones and a parrafin wax treatment. Fantastic. The atmosphere is soothing and the staff take great care of you.

Namaste is a perfect little gem in Kelowna. The space is cozy and inviting and the staff are all warm and marvelous. Kim is the lovely owner who truly believes and stands behind the organic skin care line Eminence. She is so knowledgeable about their products and doesn't try to load you up on unnecessary items. She is generous and encourages taking samples home to try before you commit to buying. I love this spa!

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is so nice inside and even more so since the recent renovations. The big armchairs that you sit in for the Pedicure Plus have an automated massaging function that I love. The teas that they offer are great, and can be purchased for enjoying home use. My favourite is "100 Mysteries". The accomplished staff are professional and friendly. I have had the Pedicure Plus many times, as well as great massages. I've already booked another Pd+ for December with a Reflexology afterwards. The website lists all the services and packages. The rewards program is also very good. So highly recommended.

Dermaplaning is the best with Kim, with the hand picked Eminence products, facial and massage. She knows what products to use based on your skin, does extractions if you’d like. She's super validating and makes you feel good about your skin. Namaste uses Eminence products, which are organic, natural and exceptional. I truly believe this is the best spa in the Okanagan area and look forward to my next visit.

What an amazing couple of hours I just had. Kim was so lovely and my experience was so peaceful. My skin is glowing. I had a spa taster facial and it was perfect. I’d say a 50:50 mix of facial and massage so great when you can’t decide which you’re wanting more. I really can’t understand why anyone would give less than a 5* review here. I’ve had facials all over the world in some very high end places and this ranks up there with the best. I can’t wait to return.

Where does one begin...I had the distinct pleasure of celebrating my daughter's 21st Birthday at Namaste Spa! She had the option of Las Vegas, however, opted to remain close to home. She is definitely the smart one. We were pampered beyond all means and treated like Royalty. Raymond, the spa owner is a wonderful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable owner. He chose his staff carefully, and his art of personal care is unsurpassed. I have been to many spas all over the world, and have to rate this one as one of the best. What an amazing day we had. I cannot recommend you enough, it was truly a day to remember forever. THANK YOU SO MUCH, a more than satisfied client!!!!

Front desk staff always gives me a warm greeting and I'm always treated with kindness. The spa has a relaxing atmosphere and is very clean. The samples of Eminence products is a wonderful bonus! They offer a wide variety of products with the knowledge to back up any skin care concerns you may have. I can't recommend Namaste enough!
