Me and my sister got a manicure done here, and both of our nail polishes just completely peeled off the same day.. Staff was friendly, but my sister was excited to have new nails for going back to school the next day and she only has 4 fingers left with polish.

This place was a experience for sure. Yes It was worth it. This is the best message place in town I think. If you need pampering then this is the place to go. Reservations recommended but not necessary. It's never been busy when I've gone. Not exactly cheap though. It's high end all the way. Worth the cost? Yes !

Good Afternoon, Today and on September 29, 2020, my husband and I were at Beyond Wrapture Day Spa for a 90min Couples Massage. What an incredible way to self indulge! We have been attending this Spa every 4-6 weeks for the past 3 years. We would like to commend the team there on their professionalism and ability to administer an incredibly firm massage targeting those tense muscle groups. We are always so impressed by their techniques that quickly aid us in regaining some increased flexibility. COVID Times altered our opportunity to attend Beyond Wrapture regularly. However, the Kelowna establishment has adapted with the provincial guidelines as many other businesses have, to ensure the safety of their staff as well as their patrons. When booking with them, they telephone screen and prepare you for your unique Spa experience. Upon arrival, staff have you complete a quick questionnaire to ensure no risk of COVID is present. Patrons are encouraged to perform hand hygiene as well as to wear a mask. In the event that you did not come prepared, the Spa offers a lovely assortment of masks. The attending staff wear masks or they position themselves behind plexiglass to ensure provincial policy compliance around social distancing. During our treatment (massage)in the prone position, we are not required to wear a mask. However, once turned to supine, the masks are donned again. Safety precautions are evident with every task that is performed at Beyond Wrapture. On behalf of my husband and I, we would like to thank Richard, Nayelli and Nerissa for their utmost professionalism and concern for everyone’s safety. We cannot wait to return once again. After a recent trip to Las Vegas, I decided the best thing to recover would be a trip to a spa for some relaxation and a massage. Upon my arrival at beyond wrapture, I was informed that the spa had been impacted by a flood approximately a month prior. The gal greeting me was surprised that I hadn’t been informed of this when I booked the appointment. Not concerned about it at this point, I was led into the back to change and get ready for my spa service. Due to the extensive renovations that were happening, the spa was quite cold, there was cardboard taped on the floors for trades walking back-and-forth and plastic hung over many of the walls. The bathroom had the lower foot of drywall Cut out, I assume due to water damage, and while no one could see me, I could definitely hear everyone on the other side and vice versa. The spa was barely at a level of functioning condition. It’s not to say that I wouldn’t have booked a service with them, however, I feel that with the spot in the state a significant discount should’ve been given on services. My sports massage was over $120 and since it wasn’t with an RMT, that was completely out of pocket and not through insurance. The reason that I am giving Beyond Wrapture a rating of two is that Narisa, My massage practitioner, gave a great deep tissue massage. Well it wasn’t relaxing, she did have very strong hands and pressure which is what I was looking for in a massage. I’m pretty sure the massage table had been set up in the shower area which again lead to the whole experience not being particularly relaxing. I also want to acknowledge the fact that the spa was accommodating as my flight back ended up getting canceled and they were very helpful trying to help me organize a new time. Also, the infrared sauna that I was in for 15 minutes before massage helped to keep me warm for the duration of the time that I was there. Unfortunately, from this experience, I don’t think that this is a place that I will go back to and won’t recommend it to others.

Today I went for my first ever massage. (I know I’m crazy)..... It was very pleasant from the very beginning. I was greeted with a friendly hello when I walked in. The staff was very very friendly. Covid proceeders were being followed for staff and customer safety. Place was very clean ????. My practitioner Nayelli Chavez Plasencia Was awesome and made my massage worth going back The massage was perfect. Just amount of pressure in each area she worked on, Very friendly and polite. I left feeling like a million dollars. Thank you once again.

I wish I had a better review of this place. The staff are nice and competent, but it really isn't a "day spa" as the name suggests. There are no amenities to enjoy or to justify the added cost over a more clinical massage setting. The "sauna" is very, very small and not a true sauna. Not even a glass of water was offered before or after my massage, and when I asked for one, they said they didn't have any! The change room was very dark and, again, offered little more than a shower and someone else's leftover shampoo and body wash. I don't want to be too harsh - the place is fine, but disappointing for someone expecting a nice, relaxing afternoon.

Super Bored

My girlfriend and I went here for a couples massage. Some of the inner workings are under construction due to water damage, but the actual massage room was completely relaxing, oriental relaxation music playing, and aroma therapy as well. Richard was exceptionally informative, pleasant, and let us know everything regarding the construction prior to coming in. He had no trouble accommodating a booking with very little notice and gave was extremely pleasant to deal with. The two masseuses were very professional as well, very kind, we personally did not speak during our massages, they did not speak to one another and just allowed us to relax, they would only occasionally talk and it was only to us on an individual level and whispering closely so as not to disturb one another or surprise us with a sudden noise while being relaxed. If you're petty and care more about the esthetic of a hallway than the quality of service you'll receive, then I guess this might be a let down. If you want a good massage, want to relax, and feel rejuvenated when you leave, then this is worth the money spent! Side note: they have lockers to keep your belongings in with keys that you bring with you. Anyways thanks ladies and thanks Richard! About to call you to hopefully get a booking for today (forgot to write the review after the previous session, sort of felt so relaxed I just went home and passed out! :P). Ciao.

Beyond Wrapture - Coast Capri My appointment with Lily was amazing. She was delightful to talk to to and I totally relaxed and felt great after my sea salt loofah massage. If I could make one suggestion it would be to make it 1 1/2hrs...that's how good it is!

A very disappointing experience. Bad customer service from the owner Debra. Terrible service from the masseuses. One even said "not that I'm hitting on you". Really, you shouldn't need to say it. There are better places to go I'm sorry to say.
