We came here as part of a stop on our trip to Kelowna and were expecting a relaxing 60 minute massage. The staff was very kind but the quality of the table, linens and towels (we were covered with towels instead of linens) was subpar. The massage felt rushed and it was not relaxing. My masseuse was also the receptionist and had to leave mid-massage to answer the door. The experience as a whole was disappointing.

I started going for a acupuncture once a month to reduce my migraines as well as deal with soreness caused by scoliosis. It's made a world of difference and I wish I had started sooner. I've seen many different practitioners from this place and all of them are great. Definitely would recommend.

Maybe 3.5 stars. I got the full body massage. I tried them because it cheap and you can book in pretty last minute. The massage reminded me of the ones I'd get on the beach in Mexico. A decent armature massage. The lady who massaged me was kind and had some great techniques but didn't seam to have real deep knowledge of the body like my regular person does. Today, the day after, my body pretty much feels the same as yesterday before going, no real lasting effect. Nice facilities, cheap feeling tables but it seamed to be heated which was great. I'll probably go back when I need last minute massages but after tax and tip it only saved me $10 so the lower seaming cost wasn't really worth much.

First time here, definitely worst massage I've ever had, and the service was not a good experience either. My partner and I both got massages. Long read ahead: 1. Foremost, as mentioned by other reviews, they're very misleading/sketchy about whether they are RMT's or not. After asking multiple times, and getting only the debit machine receipt at first, they finally printed out a proper invoice with the date, name, and NHPC#. At home, when I tried to claim through insurance - the NHPC# wasn't valid, the name doesn't come up in search, and the address comes up with a different organization. Also, my SO and I apparently had the same "therapist" at the exact same time because it was the same name and # on both our invoices. If they are not registered, they should explicitly say so, not provide an invalid NHPC#. 2. Not only are they not properly registered, it's pretty clear my "therapist" was not trained and didn't know how to properly treat. At one point he literally started fist thumping my back like in the movies - not something you'd ever see a trained therapist do. He also incorrectly raised and dangled my leg over the edge straining my knee joint and causing pain in my calf. 3. We showed up for my appointment at least 15 minutes early, like you would at a normal place. They didn't even come ask us about our appointment until 4 minutes PAST the appointment time. And only then, to ask us to come TO COME BACK IN AN HOUR. Are you kidding me? 4. My SO requested a female as she's uncomfortable with a male (especially a non-trained non-registered therapist!) and she ended up getting a male. So that's a joke... All in all, a HUGE waste of our $150 and time, and absolutely questionable practice. Would not recommend.

I booked 1 hour deep tissue massage due to very high levels of tension in my neck and shoulders. The location is very clean and has a friendly, relaxing atmosphere with a comfortable massage table and calming music. The masseuse was very knowledgeable and skillfully loosened up the tension in my neck, and I felt great when it was over!

They both did an amazing job. We have not one complaint. We will definitely be booking in the future. The place was very clean and we left feeling great.

We had hot stone massages, the stones clunked around so much in the crock pots, were too hot, banged together all the time during the “massage” and one was dropped on the floor. Super noisy and distracting. At one point the male masseuse wiped off excess oil with a paper towel. Music stopped half way through. No blankets, just rough towels. I thought this place had great reviews so we tried it. Looking back, some reviews are probably fake. Sadly, would not recommend at all. Really awkward and uncomfortable experience.

Not sure what to think. Was told they were accredited RMT. When I arrived I asked again and was told no they aren't registered massage therapists .Then was told that my receipt would not be honored by my provider. Sketchy at best. Thier webpage is misleading. I was booked for a 90 min pain relief massage at about 140$. I dont trust my health with someone who isn't trained let alone not being able to use my insurance (even though I pay and then get reimbursed). These reviews must be fake update mar 3: as soon as i left this review, i got calls from the owner with offers of free massage to remove the review...fishy. I declined the offer then started reading these reviews. Most of them are people who made only 1 review, others have reviews all over the country and one review that is clearly fake is someone who claims to be a doctor! and only has the one review. No doctor under that name found during google searches...google "buying reviews" this seems to be what happened here

I have had over a years woth of dental work with a failed oral surgery. The imbalance in my jaw had caused my whole body to react crooked. Cindy has helped my days In-between the lengthy process of getting my teeth fixed. Sleep and being able to get up and around comfortably as well. Being able to walk in is nice especially in my case where my speech and vision have been effected making texts and talking difficult. They have always been accommodating and understanding.
