I get pedicures and recently a fancy manicure for a wedding. These ladies go above and beyond to accomodate schedules and preferences. I love that they are artistic and can give suggestions and work to make the final product beautiful. The site is relaxing and I always feel welcomed by every tech there, not just the one I am booked with. I love that it doesn't feel pretentious, instead it is soothing and down to earth. The prices are very fair and I wouldn't spend my 'me time' anywhere else!

First experience, I bought a groupon and they started out with an hour long wait, then buffed off my old nail polish and took part of the nail with it to the point that they were very sensitive for days and weeks after and are still not even. Then because I had another groupon left to use, I left 3 voice mails to book an appointment over 2 weeks and no one got back to me. Also their online booking system broke so phone was the only way to book an appointment.

I purchased a promotional coupon that allowed for me to get three different services for the small price I paid for the coupon. One of the services was a 30 min massage with options for upgrades and add-ons. So I upgraded to an hour massage for $45.00 and added an hour facial for another $45.00. I was booked in for a two hour appointment. When I arrived, I was told they would do them together so it would be about an hour and a half instead of two hours. I was ok with that. Instead it turned out to be a 30min massage and 30 min facial. So a grand total of an hour appointment. When it came time to pay, I pointed out that the 2 hours was only an hour. After a discussion with the person who did my appointment, they only charged me $45 plus tax. However I still paid for an hour facial when all I got was 30mins. And my hour upgrade obviously didnt happen, but at least I got the 30 mins promised in my coupon. It was a great facial and massage but I was looking forward to 2 hours of relaxation.

I went there multiple times and never once was I asked if I would like a beverage, even though it stated that a drink is complementary. I went there for a brow tinting and specifically told the lady to leave them bushy. Basically, to not really wax too much, more just to shape them. She never even told me when she was putting the wax on. It surprised me b/c it was very hot. I looked in the mirror and she waxed soooo much off. Just how she would like it but not me. Was very disappointed about that. I also went in for a massage. It was nice but the bed was squeeking the whole time. I was also never asked how much pressure I would prefer. Overall it was an Ok experience but there are definitely better spas in Kelowna.

My experience with Aphrodite In Me Spa has been truly amazing! I scheduled an appointment with Dawn for an hour massage with a 30 min reiki session and it was incredible! I highly recommend this place with 10 stars!!!
