I love that the front entrance is a coffee shop! The beans are locally roasted which makes for a great brew. The staff here are so friendly and the space is SO CLEAN. Looking forward to the lockdown lifting so I can go back. Special shout-out to Michelle.

The women here are amazing! So happy to have a quality service with great products. I have always struggled to find a good place up north and Jess definitely has it going on! And my husband can get a great coffee while he waits for me to finish. Great touch!

The Spa had a different feel this time. Usually I’m offered a coffee but not this time. Not a big thing and I could have asked but didn’t feel right doing so. The music wasn’t relaxing spa music. I think the young girls had picked the music they liked. I’m planning on trying a different place next time.

I contacted the spa via social media to inquire about laser hair removal, I wanted to ensure they could accommodate my busy schedule before proceeding. The owner, Jessica, confirmed they worked 2 days a week until 7pm and could accommodate some Saturdays, I told her I would contact her once I came up with the funds. A few weeks later I called the spa a couple of times and left messages for the owner to call me back, since she is the only one that does laser removal at the spa, not one message ever got returned. After a few weeks I was starting to get frustrated, I once again reached out on Facebook and this time I was getting answers but not in a timely manner. The owner was extremely rude at this point and said she could no longer accommodate after 5pm OR on weekends and that she is extremely busy with her businesses and her family of 6. If I had known this from the beginning I would not have wasted so much time trying to become a client. My Google review gets a faster response than my inquiries to the spa and on social media. It feels awful when you have a handful of cash and no one calls you back, more than once. The poor customer service, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism made it easy to find a different spa. I found a spa in lindsay that is more welcoming, friendly, and provides much better customer service than Silhouette Spa. I would not recommend Silhouette Spa for laser hair removal.

My favourite spa! I always look forward to every appointment. So lucky to have such a beautiful place right here in Fenelon! The atmosphere is perfect, the colours, the decor, all the plants, and especially all the girls that work there. They are just the sweetest! If you haven’t been, you need to go check it out!

Out of all of the medi spas i have been too ( quiet a few.. locally, out of region and even out of province )i have to honestly say my best experience has been at Silspa... Jess is incredibly professional and ive loved my results and overall experience anytime i have booked something with her. Shes very knowledgable and makes any procedure or service incredibly pleasant. After seeing the differences of what i could achieve with certain services, i simply cant compare to other places. I’ll continue being a customer ! All of the staff have always been friendly and very welcoming anytime ive had something booked, both while booking the appointment prior and during the day scheduled. The spa is clean, welcoming and ... beautiful! The new location is stunning and its obvious the staff take pride in their services and general ambiance of the spa... not to mention you also have the benefit of ordering some delicious treats from Sip right next to it! The Fenelon falls and surrounding community are lucky to have such a business! Their skill and knowledge within their services speak for themselves!
