It took me many years to finally trust someone enough to do my eyebrows. Alex and her team do amazing work which you can clearly see from their Instagram page so I had my brows powdered by Alex. She took her time explaining the process, and designing my new shape. The colour and shape are perfect and I couldn’t be happier about my new face!

I’ve had my eyebrows done by Alex, for a few years now. She is truly a master of her craft. I’ve sent family and friends to see her, they all love what she has done! All the staff at each Reveal local (Lindsay and Peterborough) are professional and kind. They offer main services, whatever you’re looking for.. They probably have it! Online booking is available on their website, which made it easy with a busy work schedule.

I am new to Lindsay and the reviews for Reveal Medi Spa prompted me to make an appt. Though my first appointment did not go well, Reveal Medi Spa was quick to rectify my experience. We started again fresh today and I had a much better visit - in line with what I expected. My pedicure was nicely done. The staff are very polite and professional in their approach to their customers. I will go back to try Reveal’s other services too.

Reveal Medi Spa was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The store owner was rude and demeaning to not only her staff but to customers as well. She does not listen to the requests of her customers and has a very bad attitude. I would not recommend this spa to anyone and avoid at all costs. I feel terrible for her poor staff that have to deal with this type of owner.

Normally I get really bad irritation at the back of my neck at all barbers after a fade. Since getting fades with Jess I no longer have this problem. Regardless if it's her technique or my change in shower routine, the place is very bright and vibrant as well as reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend booking with Jess to my friends.

Alex was over an hour late for our appointment. She didn't really ask any questions on what I wanted, just did her own thing. I tried to tell her the brows were way too thick and dark, but she kept insisting they would fade. It took over a year to like them. I wouldn't recommend and I wouldn't go back.

Jessani was absolutely amazing- everyone working there was so great! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and offered coffee and water! My sister and I took our mom to get a facial here for her birthday. Jessani allowed us to all sit in the room while we each had our treatments done and answered all of our questions with so much knowledge and care. They made us all feel amazing- I can't wait to return!

I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I've had micro-pigmentation done on my scalp, a beauty mark rejuvenated and combo brows done and let me tell you, I am beyond thrilled with the results! Alex is perfection!!

So I had booked an appointment and waited several months for it. When I get there Dana tells me that it has been canceled and she was doing someone else’s hair. When I try to message her about it later so reads and doesn’t reply to my messages. I messaged the coworker I had booked with and she said that it must just be a “glitch” in the system and tells me to book with someone else who’s name didn’t even appear on the booking site. Do not book with Dana!! I just can’t believe places like this are still in buisness when they treat their clients like this. I will be taking my money and my business somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They do not care at all about their clients and completely disregard previous appointments made, Blame it on a glitch and do NOTHING to correct the situation.
