I am sad to have to make this review. I have used the spa previously and was able to get in quickly and had great service. Unfortunatley how situsation are handle can really effect ones desire to come back. I recently booked an appointment march 11 the earliest i could get was the 24th. I was so excited and desperately needed a massage so saved up so i could enjoy a lovely relaxing evening like i had had in the past. When I arrived i was told that I was not booked in for anything. I showed them my email confirmation to show i had been told i was booked in. I do not blame the front desk girl however I was told there was nothing she could do but that she would send images of my email confirmation to her boss and that they would touch base with me the next day. I understand human error but thats not my fault or problem. I was told there is nothing that can be done for me but they could book me in again another 2 weeks out and that i could have a free starbucks. Starbucks doesnt make up for not getting a massage in my opinion. I am incredibly dissapointed in the customer service this time around and will be considering very carefully before or if I return.

My spouse and I have been to Spa Euphoria many times over the years. It has always been a luxurious and positive experience. I’m leaving five stars for two reasons. 1) Past experiences there have been, almost always, exceptional in every way. 2) My most recent experience there had an issue or two - nothing major at all - and yet the owner herself took the time and reached out to me about what happened. We’re all human and acknowledging and fixing the odd mishap is all we can do, especially these days. I have in the past recommended Spa Euphoria to friends and family. I continue to do so without hesitation and look forward to my next visit. A top quality destination for spa services in the Peterborough area. —— Google won’t let me review twice such that I can tell. So, I’ll add on here. Partner and her friend got facials on my bill. They couldn’t have been happier. Great time for everyone. They are at the Cafe prior. Hi marks. Shout out to Ariel and Greta for great service on the phone when booking.

I've been getting my hair cut here regularly and I'm so happy with the results. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere overall is so relaxing...plus my hair looks great! The stylists are top notch and really work with me to help me get the look I want.

The salon in Euphoria was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had! I had gone in for an all over color with some red in the bangs and a cut. I had to call and go back in the next day because I had blotches of my natural color all throughout my hair, the cut was very blunt at the ends and not textured at all, and you couldn't even see the red in the bangs. I had it redone and spent ANOTHER 2 hours or so only to still have blotches of my natural brown through the black and the "red" was more orange than anything. I called yet again to complain about this and I was told to come in so they could see. Not only was I banned for THEIR mistakes and being incompetent as a hairstylist, I was told that it wasnt the stylist, it was my hair and the brand of color they use. What a rip off! Paid close to $200 to have a "senior" stylist screw up my hair and get banned for it. DO NOT GO THERE unless you want to pay for their mistakes. Also, while there they had the audacity to talk badly about the other hair salons in town, one of which I go to and LOVE. This place is a joke!

hmmm my experience. $22 for eyebrow waxing (this is maintenance, it costs more if you have never been), which is overpriced in the first place but you think, hey... its a five star this will be fantastic and my brows will be fierce. In and out in 2 minutes and the brow "specialist" completely RUINED my eyebrows. One is WAY shorter than the other, a completely different shape, and there are miscellaneous hairs all over the place.

I got a package for mothers day. Relaxing massage, facial and hair wash and blow out. I added eye brow waxing and a pedicure to make it a fantastic afternoon. Started with the massage, I have had much better massages, the girl didn`t seem like she had much training it felt mediocre at best. The facial was alright, but she used a ton of oil on my face, almost a week later my skin is still greasy, I looked at the products on the counter before leaving the room and the oil was the green bottle of baby oil. For the price and hype around this supreme facial I would expect better products then this. My pedicure was fantastic but certain nail polish is better because it dries quicker and it is an upcharge. They get the add on by telling you the regular polish take 45min to dry. That is a little ridiculous. They do have drops that help dry the polish quicker, only found this out because someone had to come back and have toes touched up, even after waiting an hour her toes still smudged when she got in her car. After this I went to get my hair done, I decided I wanted a bit of a trim or if my stylist could offer a better style I would take it. Dana had no imagination and offered me almost the exact same as the style I previously had that I told her about. After explaining what I wanted she proceeded to cut my hair shorter and shorter. Shortly after she started I showed her again the length I wanted at the front because I didn`;t feel right. About half way through it became apparent she didn`t know what she was doing and didn`t listen to me at all. I stopped it and the manager had to come help. 2 hours later and with hair above my shoulders now I am not happy. Every time I look in the mirror I feel like I have a 10yr olds hair cut. I was compensated but now I get to feel like a fool until my hair grows out. VERY OVER RATED.

The staff were very rude. They are trying for the Toronto vibe but the service is really not even close to Toronto service. After sharing my experience with others it has become clear that my experience wasn't far off. Do not waste your money here.

As a family trip of 3 generations of women we all enjoyed spending time together while having pedicures. Unfortunately, my feet were equally dirty after the appointment as they were going in. I was very disappointed so I contacted the spa who took no responsibility for it and instead of offering my money back they referred to my time-stamped photos as "peculiar" and suggested that I got dirty after. I am appalled by their lack of customer service. They say that they are a five star spa but their services do not match the quality in actions. This is sad because because we are a family that has always supported Spa Euphoria :(

Went to This Spa today recommended by my friend for a facial. I loved my experience from the time i walked in till the check out. The place is very clean and welcoming. The tech that did my facial asked very good questions and made recommendations based on my skin needs. I loved the facial session and felt rejuvenated afterwards. I will try and make it a monthly habit to go there as I love how they took great care of my skin. 10/10

I have been coming to spa euphoria for a few years and have been to both the old and new locations. I always brought friends with me to the old location because I was impressed by how professional and serene they made the experience feel. Although my massage was good - the steam room was not ready or warm at all when I got there, the staff turned the sauna on for me but there were no instructions on how to use the steam room and after pushing a few buttons there was very little steam and was just a warm damp room. The staff member who greeted me was very pleasant - but the young girl who cashed me out was not very professional, didn't exchange niceties and acted like I was inconveniencing her, and this is not the first time I have had this kind of experience. I have been there when only young girls were working together and they were talking about how drunk they had been the night before and the parties they were going to go to that evening, and nothing ruins a relaxing massage more than hearing about how "trashed" someone is looking forward to getting. I don't want to paint all the staff with one brush because I have had some lovely encounters, but a brush up on etiquette and appropriate work talk when you're on the floor could be useful. I don't like complaining like this, but as a fellow young person and working in customer service for over a decade I understand how far a pleasant attitude and a smile can go.

I had a fantastic time at Euphoria Wellness Spa. Perfect location to relax alone or go with some friends. I had a massage with Gerry and honestly it was amazing! I would highly recommend booking with him. A friend I was with had a facial and was very impressed with her service as well. The environment is clean and professional here. The sauna and steam rooms are a treat. There a lots of place to relax in between services and with the option of Starbucks, it’s an extra treat. We also had a hair treatment before leaving for the day and the staff in the salon was very friendly and talented. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Great experience today at Spa Euphoria new location! My sisters and I had manicures and the ladies that did them were so friendly and did an amazing job. Very knowledge and welcoming! The new location is so much better then the old location, atmosphere was so calming and relaxing. Thank you to Spa Euphoria and the 3 lovely ladies that made our sister time amazing!!! My one suggestion would be to tell clients that they have to pay extra for coffee(Starbucks) as we weren't aware and the coffee wasn't the greatest. Just a small thing but definitely didn't take away from our fabulous experience :)

It was a decent experience. The place is very clean and quiet, and they have a Starbucks right inside the spa. I got a spray tan, unfortunately it came out kind of blotchy? Especially on my chest area and there were a few places that were missed completely. I would probably come back to check out other services but I don't think I would get another spray tan here.

I got laser here for the first time and it was the most easy, seamless experience I could have imagined! I started out my course of laser treatments with Jessica, who is an angel on earth. I regularly drive two hours (from Toronto->Ptbo) both ways in order to return for appointments and it absolutely worth it. Jessica is phenomenal at her job and ensures you get results, plus she should get a raise because she also gives amazing advice and helps you to feel beautiful not only physically, but also helps you to feel empowered in your life through her advice and words of wisdom. The front desk staff here are very kind and professional. The entire facility is clean and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!

I went here to get an all over colour with caramel and platinum highlights cut wash and style. These ladies now how to treat a girl! My hair was awesome no complaints. The staff was very attentive to my specific requirements. I'm told I can be a little anal when it comes to my hair. Honestly who isn't. I love my hair so much I decided to get a pedi as well. Very clean amazing products. I was so relaxed I didn't want to leave. I don't understand how can people can give Spa Euporia a bad review, guess it depends on your mood before you go in. I found the staff to be very friendly with a professionalism that is very rare these days. I personally appreciated their knowledge of products. I have an allergy to grapeseed extract and they were very cautious not to use any products containing it. I go everytime I'm vacationing in Pterborough. Money well spent! ????

Technicians weren't ready to start when we arrived for our appointments. Left us waiting for at least 15 minutes. Then halfway through the unspecified body treatment ( informed on the phone that no body treatments advertised on their website actually exist) I'm told to go to a public area to shower before the second part of the treatment. When asked about the shower in the room the technician replied 'oh that's never worked'. Nice upkeep on a brand new reno. Left to wait for another 15 - 20 minutes before technicians were ready for our facials - I did book this a couple of weeks in advance - it was not a surprise that we were there for these services. Facials were good but nothing special. Then the $35 wash and blow dry - my grandson who's 9 can make my hair look better for free. Not a fan

ANYTHING BUT EUPHORIC Katie, a technician whom I booked enough time with in order to start treatment in the same appointment along with my consultation which took a whole 5 min!..was incredibly rude with me by telling me "Oh, we don't have time for that" when I had told her I'm just going to quickly ensure I shaved completely ???? She wasn't being necessarily mean but very unscrupulous how she carried herself. Vague is another word that I left feeling! I asked her a simple query about the technicalities with the machine and I was told it's IRRELEVANT! I have since found an incredible spa that Dr. Boulous runs in Newmarket with genuinely beautiful staff and exceeded my expectations!!! THANK YOU EUPHORIA

Not impressed with this spa at all. I was bought a pedicure from my husband feb 2018. My pedicure was 30 minutes late while my friends was half way done by the time the esthetician came. Then shorted me about 30 minutes. Not to mention. We waited the allotted time that they told us to, and our toe nails still smudged. Recently went back as they finally agreed to give me on for free. Pedicure was great. Told me to wait 10-15 minutes. To be safe I waited 20 minutes. Felt my nails, they felt ok. They smudged again. I emailed the manager, and she told me it happens in the winter that they didn’t have enough time to cure. I explained I waited longer then they said. How am I to know when they are “cured”. The manager wouldn’t email me back. Super unimpressed. Will never use this spa again. And will spread the word to others to steer clear. Unprofessional to stop responding to emails. And to tel me it’s my fault when I waited LONGER. If I could rate it a 0 star, I would.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Spent $700 on underarm laser hair removal. Not only did it not work (after a year of going for 12 treatments!), but they also managed to burn me severely with the laser. Top that off, my 12 treatments were given by 4 different people (even after requesting my appts with one person which is recommended), so none of them had any idea of my progress/treatment history. But wait, Theres more! Although my file says that I have a severe latex allergy, I wear a medic alert AND told each technician every appointment, one of them chose to ignore all of this. She wore latex gloves, and sent me to the hospital due my anaphylactic allergy! Don't waste your time here, don't hurt yourself and save your money... My hair ALL grew back too. Ha! Worst experience ever.

I give their manicures a 1/5. For the hefty price that I paid I could have done a better job doing my own nails at home. The reason I booked a manicure was because I have a hard time making my cuticles look nice and they did not look any better by the time I left. I opted to pay extra for shellac polish and the esthetician made my polish look lumpy and it also leaked onto my skin on the side of my nails (it was not done well). Overall my esthetician was 20 minutes late for my appointment and I would not pay to get my nails done again at euphoria for their price. I have seen them in the past for other services and they were great.

Front desk staff are always welcoming. Messages are ALWAYS excellent and I ALWAYS leave feeling great and satisfied. Although it is difficult to go every month because it is pricey, the experience so worth it. I do try to go every few months fora nice treat and to help with tension build up.

I’ve always had the most wonderful experiences at Euphoria, and this evening was no exception! I moved over an hour away a few months ago and still make the drive back to Peterborough to go here. The staff were able to accommodate me last minute, and the service was fabulous, as usual!

I received the Supreme Facial and it was nice and relaxing, for the most part... The whole thing however was overpriced and felt like a big sales pitch to get me to buy all of the products used during the facial (which are of course $400+). It was extremely annoying. On top of that, I had to pay for parking in their parking lot, left feeling greasy and smelling like sunscreen.. I don't think I'll be going back.

For my birthday I was surprised with a day at the spa by my husband! I was treated to a relaxation massage, pedicure, and wash cut and style. Honestly? I have nothing but INCREDIBLE things to say. The staff were warm and welcoming. I showed up an hour early to take advantage of the eucalyptus steam room which was to DIE for. The sauna was just as nice and had a woodsy rustic charm, even the change room was stunning. My masseuse was wonderful, I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. I was checked on regularly between services to see if I needed something to drink, or eat. Tiffany the concierge director took note that it was my birthday even and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was smooth sailing. Im a bigger girl and I was never made to feel uncomfortable or less than which tends to happen in other places I've been to. They really celebrated the idea of a "well world" and every body is beautiful. Love this place. Will definitely be back.

Gerry is the best RMT for deep tissue. Gets right into all the areas that need attention. Usually tender the next day, but it is a good tender :) The steam rooms & sauna's make it worth the price. Since I don't have benefits I don't get as many massages as I would like/need. Only negative would be the cost. But overall, Gerry makes it worth the cost :)

I was in Peterborough visiting family. Thought a great way to spend time with my mom would be to treat her to a spa day. What an amazing experience! The spa has some incredibly soothing amenities, great location and friendly/helpful staff. The woman at the front desk, Tiffany, was so cheery and helpful in helping us choose the best service for our needs. Thereby matching us with a great technician. Coming from a big city I didn't have high expectations but was blown out of the water by Euphoria! Definitely will be going back again & again! Ps. If you want a great mani/pedi just ask for Tiffany! Love her!

Visiting Euphoria has always been an exceptional experience for me. As soon as you enter the building you can expect a warm welcome from the concierge. Expect a delightful ambience with a fusion of aromas from the Canoe Cafe and the spa itself. Exceptional massage packages and highly skilled registered therapists. I have mostly been treated by Emma and she's miraculous. It's a beautiful spa inside. In the summer there's access to an amazing patio which allows you a 180* panoramic view of the city as well as green space. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a holistic experience. It is euphoric indeed.

Definitely not the best place I have been to. I was given a gift card to the spa 7 that is the only reason I have gone. The pedicure I had was just like any other only over priced. $65 for a pedicure is outrageous when it really doesn't differ from anything else I have ever had. The polish job was poorly done & there was no way I was paying extra for any design. Won't go back for a pedicure.

Hidden jewel. Rustic panels on the outside to hide what is an abundant oasis on the inside. They have a waterfall on both floors and a stream room in their bathroom. It was so relaxing. I won a massage for there and the woman (a young Indian looking woman) was great at massaging some of the knots out of my back. Would go here once a week if I made $50/hr. Even so, being someone who is not of wealth, I do like to get the best where it counts. Aesthetic paradise.

I have been having laser treatments here for the past 5 months. Unfortunately, I had treatments done somewhere else prior. They were painful and I had no results. After my displeasure, I decided to book a consult at Euphoria. I met with Kate. She exuded a passion that put me completely at ease. She is professional, honest, and extremely, knowledgeable!! She answered all of my questions above and beyond. I am so happy with my results and my treatments are totally comfortable!! Do not start laser treatments anywhere else, before you talk to her!!

I was so excited to get my Hair done. I showed the girl excatly what I wanted when I sat down, showed a few options and chose the most realistic one. She told me is was very doable and would look great. At the end she styled my hair and it looked like there was nothing done to my hair what so ever. I explained to her that I didn’t like it , it wasn’t what I asked for and looked like there was nothing done to it. 200 dollars later I’m unimpressed and now have to find a new salon to colour my hair CORRECTLY . I’m out money and now have to pay another hair stylist to fix what wasn’t done in the first place.

I have been coming to euphoria wellness spa for years now and I LOVE your new location! It's such a relaxing atmosphere with a waterfall feature on every floor. And the new manicure table, WOW, it is absolutely gorgeous! Your staff is still as friendly as ever and they always provide amazing service. The new additions like the fitness studio and Starbucks are such a treat. I would recommended any of the fitness classes! The instructors are so wonderful to talk to and the classes are such a great work out and a blast to do. If you haven't visited euphoria wellness spa's new location I highly recommend it! I've gone back to this spa many times, each time hoping that I will have a better experience than the last time. But sadly, every time I've been I have left more disappointed. The massages are very poor quality. If you are looking for a therapeutic massage don't bother going here. They seem to hire new massage grads and there also seems to be a high turn-over which makes me wonder if the staff are not treated well. Normally I would not focus on something like this, but I find the front desk staff to be very artificial and 'phoney' to the point that I dread dealing with them when I go in for products or to buy gifts for my friends and family. I know this seems to be common in the retail industry, but I really wish these girls would realize that authenticity goes a very long way. I know they are on commission and are just trying to make a sale, but they are quite overt about it. I still go to the spa every once in a while only because there is no other full spa (with steam room and sauna) around here. I think if the spa conducted a customer survey they would find there are many areas in which they could improve upon.

I have been going to this spa for a few years and have always enjoyed my experience. I have recently been taking my mother in law for her pedicure appointments. She is now in a wheelchair and I can’t emphasize how accommodating and supportive the staff at the spa are. They are always perpared for her appointment and go out of their way to make sure she is comfortable and has a smooth and enjoyable experience. My mother in laws gets her pedicures every few months and is extatic when she goes. The staff greet her and treat her so well and make a true effort to interact with her by using her name and what might not seem like a big deal but I have noticed that the staff are sure to speak to my mother in law at her eye level!! I have so much appreciation for the staff members and they brighten my mother in laws day every time and that means the world to me. I do and always will recommend this spa to anyone. Some might have negative experiences but that’s their way of seeing it. This is a wonderful place and I will continue my services there always!

I went to Euphoria for the first time with my mom for my pre-wedding mani pedis. Tiffany was so accommodating as I was worried about someone touching my mom’s feet (she’s diabetic). She made sure my mom had a very competent medical aesthetician and we were both very happy with our nails! Tiffany followed up afterwards just to be sure that we were satisfied. Where can i begin regarding the experience I just had. I came in for a Brazilian wax. My first time in a while. I told the girl it had been quite a while since I shaved/wax. She immediately got to business without mentioning anything. Halfway through my VERY painful wax she mentioned that perhaps I should have trimmed. Many times she mispulled. When she finally finished she told me I could use the baby oil to clean any extra “bits” of wax off. She left the room, and I looked down at myself. My vagina is destroyed. I had a baby last year and straight up I would rather another episiotomy than return to this place for another wax. My vagina and ass hole are covered in wax. Covered. Currently my butt cheeks are stuck together as the oil she suggested didn’t remove it. I left the room and walked down to reception where I was told my terrible wax (which is already swollen and left me covered in red bumps) came in at a shocking $85. Eighty. Five. Dollars. Plus I had to pay for my own parking. Super. I’m going home to Ice my box. In a few days I’ll go somewhere else to have another esthetician remove all the hair she left behind.

Terrible! I go an hour early before a massage to relax in sauna and steam room. I even checked when I booked my apt that the facility was working since I heard from friends there were renovations going on. I was told everything works. I get there to find out that the steam room is broken. Girl at front desk acted as if this just happened but a regular that goes there said it's been broken for almost a month! They see no reason to fix this because they are moving to a new location....? After my massage I go to have a shower and the shower head doesn't work! I now have to kneel down in the shower to rinse my hair from the wall/body spouts. When I mentioned this at front desk they stated they knew this and made a joke that at least the wall spouts worked since they were recently broken! Terrible facility and if a new location is being built then maybe offer your clients a discount and be honest on the phone. I wouldn't have booked an appointment if I knew the building isn't being kept up anymore. Very disappointing and sad because it was my go to for a relaxing experience and massage. Will not be returning.

Not impressed. I asked for a design on my nails when I got a pedicure and I was charged an extra $15 (per nail) for stamp!! Overpriced as I could have gotten this done at any nail salon...a disappointment for sure, especially since I treated my sister to a spa day and I got ripped off....

Beautiful facility. The receptionist Tiffany is very condescending. The services are decent but over priced. They will not go out of their way one step for their clients. There is no individualized treatment, no matter how often you go. If you complain, it’s all your fault as the client. Better spas out there. Also I’ve seen several 5 star reviews from staff that work there....pretty suspect. Also very high turn over rate, probably due to mistreatment of staff. There are 2 good hair stylists that have been there awhile but everyone else is brand new each time.

SEROUSLY discusted! I'll never go back again & tell everyone I know not to go there! I went to get my hair done a balayage which is $150 as was quoted on website & what I was told by receptionist, I didn't know about all other fees I was also told the cut was included with the color! My hair didn't even turn out that great and the total came to $385!!!! I only budgeted for $200 maybe $230 max!! I almost dropped to my knees when they gave me that total!! I refused to pay that amount of course and paid around $200+tip. PLZ do not go here there are way better places,I had a gift card thank god to put towards it that was the ONLY reason I went there.
