Went for a 55 minute massage and pedicure. Both were amazing and I felt totally refreshed. Safety procedures were followed to a T without disrupting the feeling of the salon. The girls who did my massage and pedicures were all so amazing and kind and just all around fantastic. Will definitely be returning, as I already have my next pedicure booked. ???? Love love love!

As the awkward male going into a spa, i was treated amazingly. Both times, with either Tauhnis or Megan, had the best esthetic services that i have received from any spa in my past 20 years of waxing. Pricing was perfect, spa was well kept and the estheticians were personable and professional.

So as far as the massage goes it was great it should be a 4 or 5 star review, unfortunately the front end service needs some work. My fiance bought us a couples massage GC for Christmas and was asked when purchasing if it was for 1 or 2 people anf she said 2 so she was charged and walked out, we go to pay with this GC after our massage today and we get informed that they only charged her for one person plus tax and not for 2 people that she asked for. And to top it off there solution to the problem THEY caused was to give me a 5 or 10$ discount which is almost an insult. So unfortunately the massage and the girls were great but I would still not recommend for people to go here, poor customer service!

Just had a wonderful experience at Your Escape Day Spa! My husband and I came in for a couples massage followed by a pedicure for my birthday. The massage was amazing, exactly what I’ve been needing and honestly one of the best massages I’ve had. The room was super relaxing, and the technicians were really friendly. Review based on 2 "pampering pedicures". A lot of other reviews talk about "great pricing", and maybe it is for this area, but I'm used to paying the same price for a full mani/pedi combo in my hometown. I was baffled by the requirement to give a credit card to hold my appointment and the 48 hour cancellation policy...for a pedicure. If you require all that, it might be a nice courtesy to call and confirm the appointments with your clients 24-48hrs before. When booking the appointment, the receptionist wasn't exactly rude, but she wasn't really friendly or accommodating either, which isn't a great first impression for a spa. The ladies who did the pedicures were lovely and I very much enjoyed their company! However, I did not feel that the overall treatments were worth the money I paid. Treatments included a soak, quick foot massage, brief file, nail/cuticle clean up, and basic polish (no scrub or leg massage as advertised). The polish turned out beautifully for one of the pedicures, but the other was rushed and a bit sloppy, then I was rushed out the door with very wet toenails in the middle of winter. Honestly, these may have been the most mediocre pedicures I've ever purchased, and for considerably more than I'm used to paying. I might try them again for a different service, but will pass on the nail services.

I will sadly not be going back to the escape spa after my most recent experience. I booked an appointment to have a sculpted gel set and pedicure done for my wedding. When I drove an hour and a half in for my 9 am appointment I was told that my appointment was actually booked for the day before. When I made the appointment I confirmed it was for Thursday and 9 am and was told yes. Yet they booked me in for Wednesday. The receptionist informed me that they tried to reach me yet I did not have any missed calls or voicemails. The receptionist was rude and did not offer any compassion or even a solution to try and fit me in for another time so I could still have my nails done in time for my wedding day.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at this Spa! She was looking for a new location to have her nails done and some of her friends recommended Your Escape Day Spa to us. We booked in advance with Laura. Laura was extremely friendly, talkative, and funny. I even sat WITH them because she made such excellent conversation. Their prices are fair and well deserved because you really do get a quality result. We will be coming back here to get her nails maintained and are considering booking some massages. Highly recommended, especially if you want to get your nails done, book with Laura!

Great gift for mother's day and daughter's birthday???? we had full body massage with facial and pedicure. It was clean Covid protocols in place and staff wear mask at all times and face shield for facials since clients need mask off for that. My toes look purdy;) and felt very relaxed. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment booked. One of their staff was not coming in (they knew a month in advance). They had reached out to change the time (this was a fathers day gift). Why they couldn't adjust their time or staff is unknown. It was a double appointment. I had said the early time would work. Somehow that got crossed with i don't want the appointment. They phone up and advise our appointments have been filled and that's that!! wife phoned and their employee said i swore at them which was a complete lie! They may be good at nails but their professionalism and communications sucks!. The manager phoned us back telling us we were liars..wow.. Theres a hint. The employee is always right.. Must be a new moto I'm unaware of in the sales and customer service business..

Not very clean. The floors were dirty. It’s very much in need of a makeover. Moss green isn’t a colour for a spa. I had a pedicure which didn’t include a soak. It wasn’t much more than a polish change and for $51. Over priced for sure.

Okaaayyyyyy! So apparently there is a waxing queen in town, well if that's the case, then Kyra is the waxing GODDESS and she has mercy on your pocket book which is nice. Shes pleasant, really easy to talk and is actually unreal at her craft. I have been to many places to get waxed in my day and she is easily in the top 3. Thanks again Kyra, I am now a regular ????

The service is really good of the specialist. Had a nice relaxing time,they are really humble and soft with your body, but the receptionist doesnt know proper customer service. She is the most rudest person i came across in the entire facility. She will not give any proper information a client is suppose to know to choose their options before taking the service. She literary said its not my job to give you directions and attend phone calls when a guest is trying to reach on time excuse given too many clients wherein there were barely 2 customers in the spa none at desk too. . When time comes to make a payment for the service then she says oh you will have to pay more for not taking the package services together not to forget i was ready to do so that but she didnt allow me due to getting lost finding the place neither did she inform prior to part of my services taken today excuse given none. She really needs to learn what customer service is about. She dropped the rating big time by me. Rest all is perfect till now.I met the owner in the next visit of mine. Shes amazing. Treated me with so much respect. She was like practically waiting to talk me for the previous bad experience and not to forget the girls are really good with their work. I almost fell asleep during the massage. If anybody wants to go try MEGAN. She will be very soft with your body and get you all relaxed. I guess it was worth giving it a 2nd chance to make things right.

Talk about five star treatment. This was the best massage I have ever had. I had Kesiena (I hope I spelled it correctly) as my esthetician, she went above and beyond, she was a great listener when it came to the kind of pressure I needed, she was polite, very professional and quiet. The bed was nice and warm, the music was very calming and the lit candles was a very nice touch. The ambiance was peaceful and perfect. If you need a nice soothing and therapeutic massage you should try her 10/10 Nice Spa, I’ll be back
