We purchased our echo spa in August. Arrived in the time span we we quoted. Lyndsay was so helpful in choosing the right one for us. The 2 lads that delivered the tub to our property were so professional. They stayed till the hot tub was filled the took time to tutor us in the use of the chemicals. All round the service was an excellent experience for us. Kudos to the team at Premium pool and Spas. Will be sure to recommend to friends and family.

Jeff - most helpful and professional when it came to buying our EcoSpa. We got a great deal, and no 'slimy sales' :) . The delivery and setup people - courteous and efficient with the whole 'setup and get going' experience. Kamloops store on Laval - awesome and very helpful staff. All in all , a great experience buying (and using) our EcoSpa so far. One small thing though - the rubber ducks DON'T FLOAT UPRIGHT!!!. They turn arse over tea kettle and take a nose-dive. Need better ducks: please mail us some ASAP.

The delivery was right on time - they did a great job getting the hot tub set up in a slightly tricky spot, without any damage done to trees or gardens, or cleanup needed. The hot tub is running beautifully! The waterfall feature adds lovely, de-stressing background water sounds and the back massage jets are great.

I have purchased hot tubs from many different dealerships over the years. Almost every transaction has been terrible! Once you make the purchase it goes straight down hill. Delivery, set up and repair tends to be a bunch of broken promises. Should you require warranty there's always something in the contract that exempts the repair. We have been dealing with premium pool now for a few years for both our hot tub and pool. nothing but excellent, professional service, every time. Thats why you buy Jacuzzi!

I purchased a hot tub from Lyndsay, she was helpful and friendly. The tub was supposed to arrive earlier than expected, so we excitedly hooked up all of our electrical. The day before delivery Jeremy (the owner) called to change the time on a Saturday. We paid extra to the electrician to accommodate as he threatened to cancel my order if we didn't. The tub did not arrive. Their staff crashed a truck on the way here. There is no accommodation, discount or assistance and I can't get another tub until March. They will mail a cheque that won't arrive until after the holidays. I was swore at by the manager and hung up on afterwards. Merry Christmas! The service here is great unless something doesn't go their way and then they forget who the customer is and threaten you.

We have owned our Jacuzzi hot tub since May 2015. The product has been outstanding, Jeremy has provide great service and knowledge for any questions that we have regarding water chemistry and regular preventative maintenance.

We love our Jacuzzi tub. I did a lot of research on hot tubs and went to 4 different hot tub dealers. During my research Jacuzzi was rated best hot tub to own. We looking for low maintenance and quality . We did not want to sit in a lot of chemicals neither. We checked out Salt Water systems and found the salt eventually turns into Chlorine along with the fact that the salt corrodes and makes for very expensive repairs every couple of years. Jacuzzi uses a small amount of Chlorine and Clear Ray UV bulb technology for cleaning and if Clear Ray UV is good enough for hospitals and clinics it is good enough for us. We bought ours for massage therapy and we have only had it for 1 week but we already feel so much better. Cannot say enough about the hot tub and the service we have received, we highly recommend Jacuzzi to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Our spa arrived on Dec 17/20. Jeremy arranged the crane service which arrived right on time at 8am,as well as the tub and the Premium Pool and Spa crew Norm and Kevin. This was not an easy install but these guys got it all done with no drama. We were impressed by their professional attitude. We thank Jeremey and his crew for making this a problem free delivery and install. We heard about your crew having an accident because of black ice on their way to deliver another hot tub. Thank God that they are ok. Hot tubs can be replaced but peoples lives can not be. And yes, our hot tub is awesome! Thanks Vic and Sue

The delivery arrangements were smooth, and when there was a hiccup with the installation (some dipswitches on the control panel had been flipped the wrong way), their head tech Chris interrupted his weekend to walk me through the solution by phone. I would totally reccomened this store before any other store! Also the refer a friend program rocks I referred my friend she got 100 bucks and so did I. Our 25 year old hot tub died. We went shopping for a replacement. Premium Pool & Spa was the first place we went to. Lindsay helped us pick out a tub that fit our needs and budget. No need for us to shop all over town. The delivery crew showed up 2 weeks later. They did a great job removing the old tub and installing the new one. Filled the tub and balanced the water. It came with a complete supply of chemicals and test strips. Overall it was a good experience dealing with Premium.

Premium Pool and Spa was wonderful from the moment we stepped in to the store all the way to delivery and set-up at our house. Lyndsay offered my two kids rubber ducks once we walked in and let us climb in to test out a jacuzzi. She was accommodating to questions about specs and requirements. When the jacuzzi was delivered, the staff helped get it all set up and walked us through what we'll need to know moving forward. Lyndsay even followed up a few days later to see how it was going. It has been made clear that we can turn to them at any point for help and support. Such an unexpectedly supportive organization and the jacuzzi is amazing. Great Christmas gift!
