What a great little spa! I had a wonderful time with this place from start to finish. I am new to town, so although I didn't know anybody here, their professional website made me feel at ease making an appointment, and my experience only got better from there. As soon as I walked into the spa, I was greeted by incredibly friendly staff who brought me coffee, and set me up with my technician, Shawna. Shawna was so friendly and fun and she did an EXCELLENT job with my nails. I am over-the-moon pleased with them and already can't wait to go back - I look forward to booking other services with Shawna as well. Their location is conveniently located downtown, and the aesthetic of the interior is cozy, modern and inviting!

Brandy Coull's "Pink With Envy Nails and Esthetics" is an excellent choice in Kamloops for a certified, clean, friendly, professional, quality salon experience. It is wonderful to have good estheticians work on you, and I like that they are willing to take the time to set you up with a good home care routine. An added bonus is that while products may be recommended, there is no pressure to purchase. The research that Pink With Envy has done to remain current and knowledgable with the products they use and the services they provide is comforting, as is the fact that the staff all use the products and look amazing! Appointments are easily booked by phone or online, and friendly reminders via a phone call and email ensure you don't miss your special time. My favourite services are the Gel Overlay with Nail Art and the Signature Pink Pedi with Gel Polish (they even have a "Medi Pedi" for diabetic or elderly clientele), and there are many more, but you should experience them yourself! I have been a fan of Ms. Coull's since she started in the business, for good reason - she is the best at what she does and I have never had a bad experience. This is the best nail salon in Kamloops and I've tried several. Mandy and her staff or all very professional and they stay no turnover of staff like other nail salons in town. Everyone is friendly and you don't have to wade through mounds of clothes to get to what you came there for. They are a nail and pedi and brow salon and that's what they do. I love going there are being treated royally and the cleanliness there reminds me of the professionals salon I went to back in Sask. Pink with Envy is the best salon if you want nail art or a more serene environment. The nail techs are awesome and can totally reproduce the art you see on Pinterest or Google images. I just showed Stephanie a photo and she duplicated it completely and with my permission, added a tiny addition which made it even prettier! The salon is large, open and quiet. Most of the other nail salons are small, crowded, loud environments that play crappy day time television talk shows on a flat screen. At Pink Envy all I heard was the soft sounds of mellow music and felt as though I was the only one there ...floating on a cloud of serenity. I also like how professional the staff are whilst doing their jobs. Often at other places, staff are busy watching television, chatting with their coworkers etc. This does not occur at Pink with Envy. This salon is has a spa atmosphere. They also use organic products which are luxurious and smell divine. I highly recommend this salon.

After a week of having my gel polish done , I notied one peeled off (not chipped but peeled complete off). I emailed the salon and described the situation and asked if there was anything they could do. They called me back almost right away, apoligzed for that (even though it may not have been anyones fault) and got me in asap to fix the gel. When I got there 2 days later multiple nails peeled away, so they removed the all the remaining polish and completely reapplied the gel polish which I really appreciated.They were also all friendly and the site is nice and clean! Thanks Pink with Envy for amazing customer service and taking pride in your work!

I got a sculpted set done on mar 6 and within a week most of them were lifting and getting caught in my hair because of it. today, almost 2 weeks after getting the new set done, one nail has completely popped off. I think they charge to do fixes after 7 days have gone by so I’m not even sure I wanna go back. They were nice for those first few days, but too costly for the quality I got. Most likely not coming back.

First time getting Gel done, won’t get it ever again. Paid 80$ with tip for them around 6 broke in half within a week of getting them done. took the rest off not even 10days after i got them done they’re all gone. Messaged my artist who did them never heard back from her. I wasn’t even asking for them to be redone just wanted to let her know so that she knows for other people to make them thicker. Won’t go back.

This is a lovely salon with highly professional individuals! I was incredibly happy with how friendly all of the staff was and how beautiful my nails looked after! 100% going back to see Carrie who did an amazing job on my nails! *Update* ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five more stars!! Some of my gel nails started to lift off and (like so many) I was upset with the amount of money spent for the amount of time they lasted. Called the salon and let them know. Since it had only been a few days I was able to get them fixed for no cost by the lovely Nicole, who did an impeccable job matching the other work that was previously done by Carrie. So happy! Thank you so much !

Had my nails done here while in town on a vacation my sister booked a set of nails for me and i loved them so much i had a girl named shauna and she did a bomb job only sucks that i dont live in kamloops but I will have them done here again and my sister had a pedicure and she said they look perfect still and its been 5 weeks thanks you i will be back for sure

I was in from out of town my girlfriend thought it would be fun to get our nails down she is a regular customer and said how great you were. She gets Nicole the tall lady. I got Nicole the shorter one I hadn't had nails down in 30 years. At first she was pleasant and when it got to quiting time and was rushing to get off. After leaving notice my thumbs were not fitting right and my pointer nail was crooked I was upset so my friend called was told to come back on Friday. Nicole was not to please and rushes through fixing them to find out nails are now thicker then others rough edges. She told me she only had time to fix. She has another client coming in 10 minutes. Would not recommend going to her I will have to got back home and pay again to get them fixef

This is my first experience of having gel nails sculpted over mine instead of tips, and I love it, as they are much stronger and don’t break off as tipped nails do. Was a very good experience! First time to get my eyebrows waxed like this and was very enjoyable. The girl who helped me with my mother in law's eyebrows and mine made sure they were done the way we each of us wanted without making them look unnatural or taking off to much! The girl who did my nails did an amazing job and even did a quick form of nail art even though I forgot to schedule that in. It also looks incredible inside! Definitely recommend going here for a great and relaxing time with a friendly environment and wonderful results!

Most of the staff is very friendly, especially Jennifer the front desk girl! But watch out if you have any issues with your appt... the owner is miserable, confrontational and treats her staff poorly from the looks of it. So glad I never have to come back here.

went to cancel my appt & was told I would be charged a full fee since I couldn't stay there long due to prior engagements & so I opted for a quick gel polish instead. The lady made my cuticle bleed, filed them all a weird, uneven shape, and they've begun to grow out & chip even though I went yesterday. Not to mention, when I paid without giving more than a $2 tip, the desk lady & nail tech gossiped about me. Terrible service.

My regular girl left and they made the transition to a new person flawless. I continue to be happy with the quality because of their consistency and professionalism.

I got my nails done on November 24th, had two of them completely lift and fall off within a week, but went in 10 days after because I had to work, so had to pay for the fix because it was over 7 days. And got the two replaced, within 3-4 days those exact same 2 fell off again.. I would never go to this salon. They don’t know how to prep nails so that they stay on. Just looking to take your money because you have to get them filled/fixed so often.
