I attended this school in 2003 .I was a student the advanced classes, and teachers were so amazing that I was able to build a full clientele within 6mths.With all my advanced skills .I reccomend taking all the extra advanced classes the school offers.

I got my nails done and they looked amazing. I got a full body wax it was also good. Until they got to my brows. One of the students waxed off a lot of my brows and I didn't notice until I had to fill them in. Don't come here to get your brows waxed.

I love the people that work here, and though it may take longer than it would at other salons, or not be perfect (nail polish, etc.) I love the eagerness to learn, and I love being a part of that learning process for the students. Great prices and great monthly specials!!

I live in Victoria and while visiting my family in Kamloops decided to go to Interior Academy for a European facial and massage that I bought from Groupon. I had the greatest facial and massage ever! Hayley W. is absolutely wonderful. She is amazing at what she does and very sweet. She knows what's she doing. If you are looking for a great, relaxing spa experience go see Hayley W. at Interior Academy.

The students were very friendly and professional, the environment was very relaxing. I had a mani and pedi and they were fantastic. Prepare to stay at least twice as long as you would in a professional spa, the students are learning so it takes longer... but since I was being pampered the extra time was welcome. My gel polish lasted over 2 weeks on my hands without any issue or chips or wear... the gel polish on my toes is still beautiful 3 weeks later.

Our second time at the Interior Academy and we were treated great! Very clean salon area, friendly instructors and students. Our haircuts were exactly as we had requested. They offer great deals each month too, which can be found on their Facebook page. We are looking forward to our next appointment there.

Firstly they told us an hour wait..then after an hour asked us to wait another twenty minutes. The pedicure took 1hr and 45mins. Yes this is a school but my feet were not smooth on the bottoms, errors in the nail polish application making it look messy and the flip flops I purchased to talk home broke before I got to the car. Spend the extra 5 bucks and get it done right somewhere else.

The staff is always friendly amd very helpful in recommending what will work best for your specific request(s) regarding hair or any other services. This place is awesome! had an amazing facial that put me to sleep and a great back massage. Pedicure was awesome too. Prices are great I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a day at the spa :).

STOP DELETING BAD REVIEWS RAMMY it makes you look awfully guilty... This is comical, how the "owner/director" of the school only starts making comments after she gets a really negative one!!!!!!!!! Your a joke rammy and so is the school!!!!! All you care about is money, and threatening to kick you students out if they don't pay RIGHT NOW! This whole school is a rip off and I would never recommend this school for students or clients. I have sat down with 3 previous students and spoken to them regarding this school. They all say the same thing, it's a complete and utter joke. Your instructors even can't stand being there. They treat students like they are nothing, and I agree with the previous review. No one go to this place for services or to school!!!! think about what your doing before this. You treat your students like garbage and speak down to them like your something better... check into reality, you are pathetic Also, stop having your friends review your business saying you offer fantastic services to your clients, you don't take clients, you sit in an office... so pathetic

Months ago I had my roots bleached and my hair toned. OVER HALF OF MY HAIR FELL OUT! During the process of watching my hair fall out and onto the floor, the instructor who was supervising my whole treatment, would leave and whisper to my hair stylist while staring at me worriedly. It was very disconcerning. Afterwards my hair was limp and thin with pieces 2 inches long sticking up all over my head. Not to mention the toner was patchy (grey spots throughout my hair). It was sad. I had cut off what little was left of my hair and now it's 2 inches long. I was promised a refund but after calling them 6 times and emailing them once, I gave up. It was all very stressful and a big change to go through having short hair when it's not your choice. I would have felt better if I could have at least gotten my refund.

Bought my fiancee a spa package for her birthday. I was happy with the price, she was happy with the service. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right package.

The students are great as are the instructors. The receptionist ( paid employee, not a student) makes a lot of mistakes, is defensive, rude. She is a huge liability to this business.
