Took my car for a spin on the Coquihalla, as a result my car desperately needed a wash. Express was the perfect stop. Car looked great after the wash and polished. No residue left from the products after the wash and drying was great so no streaks. Will definitely stop on the way into town.

The car was is pretty good. Membership is worth the value. There can be a major issue with traffic when the line into the wash is long. It can back up onto Hugh Allan snarling the intersection at Pacific Way. There needs to be a better system to prevent the lineup from impacting road traffic. They’ve been closed a lot lately, presumably due to the cold weather. It would be nice if they put updates on their website or maybe a Facebook page regarding weather related closure so that you don’t make a trip there to find out they are closed due to weather. I have gone once when they were closed due to mechanical issues and they provided a voucher for a premium wash which is great customer service. However, when you have a voucher, you have to honk your horn to bring the attendant over to input a code, you can’t do it yourself. This slows the line and I’m sure is frustrating for the attendants.

I went and washed my car end the front end under the license plate was still dirty I called they gave me a free wash and when I got home I looked again and with still dirty in the same spot right under the license plate that's pretty sad for paying that much money and it doesn't do a full wash

This is the second time I have been to this car wash. Both times, staff have been fantastic, helpful, friendly and professional. However, both times I have left very unsatisfied with the 'washing' portion of my experience. First time, I tried out the basic $8 bronze wash, car got wet thats about it. Second time, just a couple days ago, I purchased the $13 silver option. My car was not overly dirty, but there were a few bug splatters and hoppers on the grill. Expected this wash to actually 'clean' the car, but I yet again was left disappointed and with my grill still full of grasshoppers. It didn't even touch the dirt under the wheel wells and left water stains everywhere. 3rd time lucky they say...not sure if I will be back. *Photo attached is AFTER the carwash. Update: 29 Sep: Thank you to the Express AutoSpa team and to Kyle who made my latest experience (today) a reason to return. Thank you very much for responding to my review and offering a complementary wash, this was very much appreciated. As always, fabulous service. I will be back.

Took my car in for a wash and it chipped my paint all over my hood and side doors. I should have reversed out after I saw the car in front of me leave with his bumper falling off! I’ve used touch less washes before with no damage. I WILL NEVER come back and warn everyone I know to avoid!

Good service. Average wash for this type of facility. No tire care option like some other other less expensive full service washes. They secured the rear window wiper and gas flap, on my Q5, with painters tape, so those areas didn't get washed. Also, they didn't advise me of this or offer to let me go without tape at my own peril. As I was unaware it was there, the tape was still on the vehicle after I drove away.

Love it! I only tried the basic $8 wash, but it does the trick. It is so convenient and fast and gets most of the dirt off. It did get my sedan more clean than the station wagon, there is always a little dirt left running down the rear window. But all in all very satisfied.

Took my 3500 dodge through the wash and it came out with the entire tailgate completely dirty. Jack. Turns out you need to take your hitch off for the system to clean the tailgate properly. Was given a free rewash, no questions asked and it came out sparkling like a diamond in a goats butt. Thanks Marco!

Good people but I would prefer touch less car wash. My car paint got damaged during car wash. When I went to my Toyota dealership they said that they had two to three clients who came with the same issue from the same place. The car wash just cost me over $300..

The team brings a positive and enthusiastic attitude with very good hours of service which provides a refreshing experience that is hard to find in Kamloops. I believe it says something when the ownership/management is willing step in any of the various duties, from running the business to being a wash attendant. This place offers monthly rates which pay for itself in about 3 washes. The speed is pretty good even during busier time, and if you use this to maintain your vehicle, it does a good job. Don't rely on any automatic car wash for a deep clean, it just can't compete with a hand wash.

My car was alright the first time going to Express Autospa with still some bugs on the front and the windshield. But realistically if the bugs are left on your car for sometime with this kamloops heat it will be hard to remove. So I went back a few weeks later purchased the monthly ultimate wash to keep up with my car washes. My car sparkles everytime I use it. Bug free now . I have the most beautiful sparkling clean car. To sum up my experience the staff are super helpful and exceptional quality service. So all I can say is don't complain if there are bugs left on your car, you may need to regularly wash your car

Probably the best attraction in kamloops. Always busy which is nice to see community supporting a new business. Many car wash options with easy to used digital menu and well organized staff prepping your car before entering the automatic car wash. My car has not always come up sparkling clean. Sometimes soap streaks and still dirt on despite paying $20 with many extra. The very basic wash was also tried and your car goes through a speed of light with barely any brush touching it. Still better than esso car wash or mobile 1 for a bit cheaper or same. By default, will continue to go

Gets vehicle clean-ish. I've tried the low end option and the highest end option and they both seem to do the same to the vehicle. There are usually still spots left needing a wipe down regardless. Make sure that you are ok with them touching your mirrors to fold them in and adding masking tape to anything that "looks like it might be loose". They do have a re-wash if not clean policy but I shouldn't have to go through more than once to get my car clean. Still good for a quick cheap spray down if you aren't worried about your paint (and a fun experience for the kids).

Used the self-service vacuum. The suction of the vacuum isn't really good on one side other side was ok. Nice to have a compressed air option there but the hose isn't long enough to go to the back or the far side of the van.

Took my brand new truck after 3 weeks of owning it. Got a scratch up the middle of my hood. Pictures where taken by staff and a report was made. I have still not received a reply nearly 3 weeks after the incidence.

Came through thanksgiving weekend 2020 asked the attendant if my trucks winter tires would fit was told it would be fine about half way through the wash malfunctioned and my f250 was picked up and thrown around inside the wash ripping my front plate bracket lights inside my bumpers pulled my exhaust off aswell damaged one of my rims. Was told to be patient and it would be taken care of emailed back and fourth. Well it’s been 14 months nothings been done from the car wash or the owner supported the business in our family’s cars a few times a week since it opened and now just out of pocket . Shouldn’t have to feel like the bad guy when you pay for a service you should get the service not a damaged vehicle still covered in soap with no resolution to date

Got our car washed here today. Very efficient. Clean facility. Staff was clean, friendly and attentive. Easy to use walks you through the order and payment of your car wash. Dryer works well. The only thing I would say is the front grill didn't get buffed very well in the cleaning process and we had to pull over and wipe down the front and rear of the car to get it clean better. Rates as low as $8 for a basic wash....$13.95 for next level wash....Two more levels that I didn't catch the price of. Otherwise happy with the service. Will go again!

Great place to treat your baby to a bath. Quick, friendly service. The basic wash is reasonably priced, but I find it doesn’t really do enough There are however many pricer options and the urge to buy the next tier can be overwhelming. It is your baby after all. Can get busy at times, especially since they sell unlimited passes. Access in and out can be somewhat difficult at busy times.

Honestly pretty quick and painless. Overall I give it an 8/10. Price is fair on all accounts. Waiting in a line up during busy times takes about 20 minutes so be sure to have patience with everyone around you. When it's not busy, like late at night, it's a harmless 5 minute wash, long and lengthly process and results are impressive. Only odd things I find are that they put a plastic bag over the rear wiper blade most times but sometimes they just leave it. Not sure what the overall reason for it but... Next down side is the entrance, the only access to the entrance is if you are heading to Costco, that's it, you cannot take a left into the entrance from Dairy Queen side. Cool prices on memberships, definitely check those out, approximately 4-6 washes a month would pay for a month membership of unlimited car washes.

I went here for a car wash, the first time I went the brushes pulled mirror back (that the staff had asked me to pull in). With that said over all it washed ok so I gave it a 2nd chance. On my second time it pulled my back wiper down and broke the arm. The company didn't do anything so I had to get it fixed on my own. Also my husband tried to get his truck cleaned and as it has a tidy tank in the back he was told to leave (not in a very nice manner). If you like your vehicle I do not recommend this place.

I paid 28 bucks for a wash on my truck didn't even get rid of the bugs from my windshield front grille and bumper.! Worst 28 dollar car wash I have ever been to. The guys didn't even degrease the front or windshield like they do when i spend 16 bucks. Guess when you pay extra money thinking you will have an extra clean truck you get ripped more !

Am so satisfied, I purchased the monthly top wash, which is a fanstastic value, especially when the roads start getting mucked up. It even cleans my tires and rims.

got a platinum wash. it did a great job on my truck, but I wish the undercarriage spray and rust inhibitor was a bit more powerful. I actually went back for a rewash because I wasn't convinced that the platinum package has the rust inhibitor, so the guy ran me through gold. same situation though, so I guess it's just not a very intense undercarriage spray, and I don't know what rust inhibitor is sprayed but more should be used. car is clean, though, so there is that!

I’ve tried going here for the last time. I’ve taken my wife’s suv and my work truck here and been disappointed both times. This is the only car wash that doesn’t spray soap on the vehicle before entering the car wash. The first time I went with basically a clean car other then the bugs on the front and was put through twice and the vehicle was still dirty in the same spots. ($18 wasted). The second time was this morning with my once again basically clean work truck that had a bit of dust and bugs, once again the vehicle came out the same way it went in. (12.95 wasted). It’s to bad that this car wash isn’t providing a car wash that cleans the vehicles like it’s supposed to and good old Cozy clean is way better value. I would have definitely got a monthly membership if this place had done a good job.

First time. Feels weird when you can't see anything but still moving. Its like going through the jungle. Elephants spraying water at you. Then it feels like your plowing through the dense jungle. Branches rubbing against you. Bam right in to a soapy marsh. Then the octopus tentacles come out of nowhere. Blast through the waterfall, and the lions roars at you. And your done. As my daughter described it. Lol. Cars clean. Check it out. Bring your kids.

They’ve finally out garbage cans at the exit for the tape and plastic bags they put on your car before it goes through. I wish they had someone to push your mirrors out after, or at least a place to stop to get out and do it yourself.

Definitely the worst customer service on the planet. I went to this car wash with my partner one evening, never having been to an Express Wash before (only washworld and the like). There were no staff so after we paid we drove through (there was no signage indicating that we should wait for staff). After the wash completed, a staff member appeared and began berating us for “using the car wash wrong.” Apparently we were supposed to have known she “was in the bathroom,” and that we should feel awful “because we could have broken something.” Not only was she not there (and the process of paying and figuring out the car wash track took about 7-10 minutes, it’s not like we zoomed through), not only did she not offer us another car wash that would have been done correctly, she berated us (I’m not trying to be dramatic, it’s truly the only word as she thankfully didn’t raise her voice). I’ve worked in customer service all my life, retail and hospitality—I’ve never received abuse like this even from a retail customer on Boxing Day. I of course have no issue with her using the bathroom, but she should have a left sign indicating to wait for her, and she shouldn’t have spoken to us like that at all. I’m really appalled.

Very nice and new automatic car wash. This place has all new and modern features including multiple methods of payment. There is always an attendant on duty to assist and ensure your vehicle goes into the car wash safetly. The monthly plan is a steal for those that need a car spotless all the time. Definitely worth the time to check out.

Did not remove any of the bugs from my windshield, left grease on the door of my truck that wasn't even there before, mirrors still dirty due to the fact that they fold them in, and ripped on the rubber roof rack protector on the top of my 2020 Tacoma. Save money, go to a touchless wash next time for sure. Terrible experience.

Purchased the second highest package for the auto wash. Attendants were very helpful in explaining the wash options and doing a pre vehicle check ( folding in mirrors, looking for possible things that could interfere with wash etc) However, we were not informed that they had taped down our rear windshield wiper prior to running through the wash, and had found it too late on a 30 degree day - so now have to deal with getting the glue off my window. For $20, I was not very satisfied with the wash job. I have been to other auto washes and seems the washes have taken longer than this establishment. Spots on the car were missed , windshield wasn’t clean, tire shine application was spotty. Won’t be returning to this establishment.

The car wash does a good job but they always want to fold mirrors in so they don't get washed. Also, they want to put a weird rear wiper condom on the rear wiper for "liability purposes". I always have to tell them not to do that. I go there to get the entire vehicle washed, not just certain parts. Overall, they do a good job.
