The rooms are clean and the staff is very accommodating. The buffet breakfast is very good with a variety of different food choices.

Stayed in their Junior Suite, the rooms were clean and the cookies were really good. Too bad the pool was temporarily closed for the season.

Hotel is a bit dated in communal areas. No cookie on check in. Didn't have any body wash and the staff didn't seem to know what it was. The spa and pool were closed for the season only reason we picked this hotel. Not with the standards of a normal double tree I've stayed in previously.

1/5 I arrived early and the room was not ready which is fair enough. After waiting until check-in time I was told to wait a little longer.. OK after waiting longer we were checked in only to find cleaners in our room just getting started. I asked the manager for a refund and was told I had to call Expedia for a refund as I booked there. I called Expedia who had to call the manager to approve the refund. I watch the manager intentionally not pick up the phone for several minutes as Expedia tried to call for approval. I had to pay for another room at another hotel but was eventually given a refund from this hotel

Awesome place..staff is great

Driving through BC and stayed at DT Hilton in August 2021. Glad we did: clean, comfortable rooms (amazing pillows). Welcoming staff. Good wifi. Great breakfast. Free parking. Nice swimming pool. All in all a great value. Would have given 5-stars but: shower pressure could have been better (more consistent), AC could have been colder and bathroom door had a minor issue (that meant it had to be completely open or completely closed or it would thump on itself). Also strange access to pool only through the stairwell. 4/5 and recommend it!

You can tell this is a franchise as they fall short of the Hilton standard. It's difficult to get a "hello" out of the staff, and the pool/hot tub were closed/drained "for the season" despite it being 25 degrees Celsius outside! On the plus side parking is free and the rooms have been recently renovated (although they are incredibly hot with a poor AC system).

Very good: room was clean, service was excellent, TV was big, and location was close to a Dollarama (to replace forgotten cell phone charger)! Not giving 5 stars since the room want extravagant (no jacuzzi tub or anything crazy). Would stay again!

Pro: staffs were friendly, room was clean, adequate and sufficient. Good location, close proximity to other places we wanted to visit. Con: parking was very limited but we were ok to park at the lot on the opposite side of the street for $4 per day (arranged by the hotel) We had a pleasant stay at the hotel.
