I ordered a hair brush from their online store and very shortly after I received an email from COBIA saying that there was a promotion for the brush I ordered and that they would send me another one for free if I wanted. I was so impressed by the quick email and the kindness from the company! Then, my order came to me very very quickly. All of the packaging was eco friendly and they threw in a free sample+some candy. All in all I was so impressed by the service and my order. I would definitely order from this company again. Thank you! :)

Beautiful Hair treatment and attentive staff! My appointment was on time and I was treated to coffee or my choice of tea, water or sparking water. Covid protocols observed and practiced. Juanita was easy to talk to and attentive to my choices so that I was very happy with the outcome. I went for a long hair colour and cut the before and after is posted. The button for bubbles calls an attendant to bring more coffee or drink of choice.

Absolutely 10/10 all around. This was my first time booking at COBIA from a friends referral, I saw Hannah and she was amazing! The salon atmosphere is fun and inviting, they have a wonderful waiting lounge upstairs with coffee, tea, and kombucha! They had dairy-free creamer for the coffee too, gold starts for that. The whole experience was A+, front staff were so fun to talk to… makes me eager to come back for hair maintenance services! Highly recc to book!

Order my favourite Joico hair colour online and I am so impressed with the service. First, I received a very personalized thank you email, and not the typical "Thank you for your order". She has great product knowledge and gives great advice on how to use the products at home. The service was very enjoyable and the results were fabulous! Went in for a men’s cut and had no idea what I wanted. My hairdresser Casey worked with me to figure out a low maintenance style that suits my style and I even got a bubly water to sip on while I got my hair done. The studio was very clean and they even took my coat for me when I arrived which felt boujie. Highly recommend Casey to anyone that needs a reliable and professional hair dresser.

When someone has very long hair consider the time it took to grow before just hacking away length. I was in a while ago to get my hair cut and treated with Naomi. During the beginning of my appt we went over how much I was okay with taking off I showed and expressed 3”. To my surprise she cut before shampooing and then again after this resulted in her removing more then 6”. I was so upset. After the appt the salon text to see if I was sooo “happy” with my service. I replied back to this text on two separate occasions with absolutely no response. Was this a fake attempt to show you care about your clients experience? To say the least I am really very not happy with my experience at cobia. Every day I still wake up and hate my hair. Who knows maybe I’ll actually get a response this time

Ordered a product online, and it arrived quickly to the prairies. I was also surprised that they also packed a freebie and some candies ???? To top it off, their packaging is biodegradable down to the packing peanuts (dissolves in water). They also have an info card that contains seeds to grow wildflowers!
