I felt totally pampered and have had several pedicures there. Staff take time not only to make my feet look pretty but help issues I have with arthritis. So glad we have a great nail place in our area that doesn't charge high end prices but does high end quality work. Totally love them!

Love my nails! Great service and they last long! I cook everyday and they all still stay on! I mean cook means actually cook! Not just boiling noodles and frying eggs.. lol.. they open on Sundays too! I would recommend it to everyone! <3

I got these acrylic nails done by Victor from Chateau de nails. I went into the shop with a photo which I wasn't sure they would be able to do or not. He was very gentle and professional when talking to me about my nails. He cleaned them and shaped them exactly how I wanted, while asking if it was okay several times throughout my appointment. I was a bit hesitant when he started to do the faces for my nail art...since it was a tiny canvas. He had to start from scratch with the faces a couple times, but he kept trying until I was 100% happy with the result. He was very polite when I asked him to change something about my nails. I got my nails done last Thursday (Jan. 28th 2021) and it is now Tuesday (Feb. 2 2021) Since then I have been on my computer typing non-stop and doing my everyday activities. I haven't had any issues with my nails at all, and they have stayed on better than any other acrylic nail set I've had done at different salons in the past. I will defiantly be returning to Chateau de nails, and will continue to recommend it to anyone!!!

First time at this salon, called in the morning to see if they could fit me in for a nail fill. They got me in that afternoon, my appointment was delayed because the appointment ahead of me had ended up requesting extra nail art. The staff were amazing and apologetic, offered me coffee, tea or water while I waited. I didn't mind waiting because I could see that the nail technician was taking extra care to ensure the client ahead of me recieved the amazing Art she was looking for. My nails themselves turned out fantastic I'm so happy with them. I always struggle trying to describe what I'm looking for and they got them perfect. I will definitely be back Thanks to the whole team for the amazing care and service I would recommend this salon to anyone!

The nail art was done so well that I didn't mind spending the $75+ tip for a nail fill BUT two of my nails broke within a week and the rest of the nails felt weak and on the verge of breaking off. When I called to explain they did not offer anything to fix the situation. Wouldn't recommend unless you're willing to get your nails done once a week....

*update - 8 days later and I had 2 nails pop off. I'm extremely disappointed as I thought I finally found the tech for me (friendly but not super talkative). I've never had acrylics fall off before. Because 2 fell off, I of course starting picking at my nails and they all popped off really easily. This morning I got a new set of acrylics and lashes from Victor and I'm in love! I had such a relaxing morning and couldn't be happier with the results. He was very professional and kind with a strong attention to detail. The salon has a bright and clean atmosphere. I'll be back in 4 weeks

Gel mani and pedi. The manicure was low effort, done within 20 min. The gel on fingernails was sloppy. The biggest issue was that the gel chipped off within a week. I’ve never had gel come off, with any housework or otherwise. Sad.

Very friendly staff, the owner/manager Lisa is very nice and knows her work well. Went there with my friend, she did her nails and we are quite impressed with the service as we are putting the picture on facebook right now. One of the best places. Definitely recommended.

It took them 2 1/2 hours to do a simple acrylic fill, when it came time to pay I very politely asked for a discount because I was dissatisfied with the shape and how long it took, the woman who did my nails Twee approached me aggressively and started yelling at me telling me it was my fault that it took her two hours to file my nails and a half an hour for Victor to apply gel polish. At this point, I calmly said I’m not paying for you to yell at me and bully me, I’m leaving. Then Victor walked behind me and locked the front door. They kept yelling at me and held me against my will and told me they wouldn’t let me leave until I paid. I threw 50 dollars on the counter so I could leave and had a panic attack in my car. Avoid this salon unless you enjoy panic attacks and being bullied.

I went in on Saturday with my mom who got a set of gel and I got an acrylic set. I was very happy with the nails, took about an hour and was exactly what we wanted. A few days later on Tuesday two nails on my left hand fell off and one on my right was severely lifting. This is a common problem I face with gel nails so I called the salon to inquire on how much it would be to fix the nails and made an appointment. I went in the next day and explained they were lifting and that this has happened before with gel nails. And they fixed all three problem nails, plus made sure the others were secured. AT NO COST. I highly recommend this salon, the nail tech was apologetic and went above and beyond my expectations especially considering it wasn't their fault my nails lifted. Will be returning for a fill!

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I got a basic acrylic fill but when I got there they told me I couldn't get the colour I wanted because it was too light because of the pervious colours of my nails. I was confused because but that normally should matter but just went with the colour they said I could get. They only refilled the part of my nail that was grown out and then painted the colour over top of the exist one. They did not use the acrylic power and instead just regal gel polish. The skin around my fingers are red and filled with cuts from them not using the tools correctly and hurting their clients. 2 days later the skins still hurts and burns.

Very disorganized!! The lady kept dropping the nails and got them mixed up now a couple of my nails are different sizes (noticeabley) and a few of my nails are lumpy & VERY crooked! Would not recommend this place and i will never go back there

Nails were crooked and uneven. Didn't follow the photo I brought. Requested gel nails and the technician was really pushy to try to get me to switch to acrylics by saying they are stronger and healthier. Nails were really thick and I have tons of glue underneath my real nails to the point where my real nail was glued to my finger. The glitter and design doesn't look the same on both hands. Very rushed and sloppy job. I've had better nails done at a cheaper price. Will never reccomend or go back.

I'm absolutely disgusted at this place. First of all don't even pay attention to the reviews because they're not even legitimate reviews. There's absolutely no way that many people would rate this place a 5 star. First of all - they will completely destroy your cuticles and leave them looking throbbing and red. Their acrylic application is completely appalling and streaky. Owner clearly pays for fake reviews/uses fake accounts to get said reviews. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY ITS UNCLEANLY, POOR WORK AND THEY DO A TERRIBLE JOB SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEASE. Don't listen to any of the reviews they are FAKE. I promise.

Had a fill and acrylic nail polish on a Saturday by Tuesday nails were cracking went back and victor attempted to fix them it is now Thursday and I am so disappointed polish is peeling off what a mess ☹️

I have never found a salon that is affordable and spa like at one place. The girls are the sweetest and the colour selection is bomb. They are the best and are so accommodating. You get a full brand new water bottle and donuts and coffee are there always. Will recommend everyone because I need this place to stay open!
