Loved my experience at Balance Spa. First off, the latte and fruit plate was such a great touch. I had the most relaxing treatment, that started with dry brushing. The full body massage was incredible and the jade roller facial treatment was fabulous. Loved the entire experience!

Was able to book an appointment through the Mind Body app, for a spa that no longer exists. Very disappointing. Should update Google/online booking apps and social media saying they've closed. I could have scheduled an appointment somewhere else had I known.

I loved it!! I was treated like royalty. From the heated beds, signature scents and complimentary refreshments I didn’t want to leave!!! I will be back for sure!!!!

First of all, I was really looking forward to having a massage before headed back home. Then arrive to the spa called Ra Hair & spa beside Joey’s, found there was no one around. Nothing, nada. I called the number, no answer, double checked my appointment time, sure enough, one one around! So now I’m pretty upset and disappointed. Maybe you people should either do something to improve this service of communications or your website. As I don’t think I would recommend this place to anyone. Very unsatisfied, disappointed lady.

Was amazing!! The massages was awesome then after we got spoiled with strawberries and tea.. also got bath salts and a water to go. Highly recommend this place.
