Had an amazing appointment with tasha who did my baylage hair extensions...yes it was pricey but l knew that going in so no surprises and l'm worth it... love love love them & she was awesome to spend the morning with very knowledgeable definitely your go to gal!! In and out the door in 15 minutes for a male simple hair cut....price....$37.50. Ridiculously overpriced. I should of asked the questions first. Since it was a spa I expected a wash/head massage type deal....didn’t even get that. Won’t ever go back there again.

They really need to work on their customer service, I called 3 different times to make my wife a spa appointment and all 3 times they put me on hold and after being on hold for over 10 minutes ALL 3 TIMES I called a different spa.

I went through a couple of stylists before trying Natalie (at the recommendation of many people) and I've been going to Natalie for close to seven years now, I think. Despite not clicking, all of the stylists were professional and kind, even when dealing with a moody teenager, and I have the highest respect for the stylists there. Natalie was more than happy to steer me in the right direction when I mentioned starting my own career in hair design, and the sort of relationship she builds with her clients is so amazing. I've had nothing but good service here. The spa is also pleasant, I've taken my mom here for mother's day a couple of times before and the staff were courteous and did their job well -- even the newer staff, who maybe had to check notes to remember what to do next, and honestly, even if you forget a step or a product and have to interrupt a session, it's not a big deal if you're polite and friendly about it, which in my experience the staff have been. I don't really get pedicures personally but my mom won't go anywhere else, either, so there's that. Thanks for the years of wonderful service.

The first time I got my hair foiled blond it was perfect. It was a good price and totally satisfied. 3 months later I went back for a trim and toner. My hair got brassy very fast. My blond hair was gone from the toner. I was back to brown. She had put a permanent colour in. I went back and she just washed it with clarifying shampoo. Unfortunately, that did not take the colour out. I was forced to go elsewhere to get it blond again. Not to mention the stylist left the colour in too long going on break in the back. Not impressed.

My sister recommended this place and I was thrilled with my cut. Best I have had in years. My mom also had a superb cut from them, she looks great. Stylists listen to their customers but also have great skills. I'll be coming here whenever I am in town for sure. My sister was right. Highly recommend!

The service and the well informed staff. Very wonderful staff. I highly recommend. When you go to Ardeo Spa & Salon you are treated with a clean and friendly atmosphere, the salon is always busy and bustling, but efficient, effectively and fun. Don't be afraid to let the staff know what you would like and they will do their best. The Spa downstairs is serene, calm and well kept, everything is cleaned up and put away after every service, very professional. The girls will take care of your pedicures, manicures, unwanted hair or help you with makeup. Groups are always welcome but schedules and appointments are key for better and lasting experiences. Call ahead to confirm or even just to chat.

I would recommend the owner sit in the chairs and take a good look around. The hair salon could use a good clean. When your clients are sitting in front of a mirror they see a lot. I was in the location under the clock. I won't go into great detail but as you also operate a spa (which to be fair I did not see). I would never book an appointment in the spa area based on my first impression. I also believe your stylists need a reminder that when a comb or brush is dropped on the floor it should be STERILIZED before reusing! Despite this I did receive a great cut and colour. The staff was friendly and operated on time. I am meaning this post to be some constructive criticism. You need a new cleaning crew.

I had a very poor experience at Ardeo. I went in to get my hair cut and coloured a brighter blonde colour. The stylist dyed it brown by accident and then tried to fix it but it came out much darker than my original colour. I was there for 5 hours and am very unsatisfied with the service I received. I am now going to need to go to a different salon to get it fixed. I would not recommend anyone to get their hair done here.

My first experience with Ardeo was 13 years ago when I was looking to get my bad hair colour fixed. Corinne the owner was so great with me and fixed me right up. I have been a loyal customer since. I have been to multiple stylists over the years and they are all great. Love Ardeo Spa Salon.

Used to use the spa several years ago was hit and miss. The chairs were tippy and dangerous. The best thing they ever did was fire Brandy. I like to get product here but stopped dropping by because of Deb who was the owners best friend so that was disaster as she had to much pull which I am sure the owner would not have liked to hear some of the decisions deb made and also some product they wouldn't take back. It costs them nothing to return it and all the money i spent there over the years to not take back 1 product or exchange it was shoddy at best and just think had they I would have continued to spend hundreds there every month. Your loss. Treat customers right and they come back.
