We recently acquired an Arctic Spa with our new home purchase. We had one of the technicians come out and have a look at all of our tub components and give us a run down on ongoing maintenance. The technician was punctual, courteous, extremely prepared and was fantastic in giving us a complete lesson in maintaining our new (to us) tub. They did a complete review of all of the equipment, replaced and repaired components right on the first visit and got us up and running right away. We would highly recommend Arctic Spa Kamloops for all of your hot tub needs and we are extremely happy with the quality of both the equipment and the service to date.

These people are great. We bought our hot tub from them awhile back and their service has been impeccable. Always eager to help over the phone and if there was a problem requiring in person service, they arrive in the time frame we were told. Did any repair accurately and stayed till the repair was confirmed fixed. The fix was a minor problem but looked after professionally and in a timely fashion.

Super service and a great product. We purchased our hot tub from Arctic Spa in Kamloops upon recommendation of friends. The store staff were super helpful in making our model choice. The delivery staff went above and beyond. Our place is 2 hours out of town and up a mountain. They showed up in snow right on time, moved it across the property and onto our deck. After setup they took the time to be sure we had all the info we needed to operate and maintain our spa. Since delivery a month ago the service department has called twice to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. We could not be happier.

We have had two hot tubs from Arctic Spas in the past and have always had great service. The latest hot tub we had was partially submerged a few years ago due to an overflowing lake! We have recently moved it to a new property. Pat came to see if it could be repaired. Despite the Electrical company having wired it wrongly, he managed to get it working and even had to instruct the electricians on mistakes they had made in the wiring in the house!! Pat was excellent! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we are really grateful for his efforts!! Highly recommend this company!

Absolutely amazing service on Tuesday! This very experienced lady is very knowledgeable with everything hot tub related, and gave me some much needed advice on my tub. My pump wasn't working on my tub, and after doing some quick diagnostics she decided to replace the pump. I didn't have to drain the tub either, and she had the old pump out and the new one in within 20 mins. I was amazed! Awesome job! Thank you!

We purchased a home 2 years ago that included an artic spa hot tub and swim spa. Jennifer and her staff have been super at suggesting care and maintenance solutions for us. We have had no trouble getting parts and supplies as we run a B&B and sometimes guests can be hard on the equipment. Recently I had an issue with the hot tub and she walked me through trouble shooting over the phone saving me considerable time and expense. I highly recommend this business.

Not a great experience so far. We have had the tub itself for 2 seasons and it has been great but I have called the office 4 times to have our cover looked at after it was winterized by them and seems to be waterlogged. We keep getting told that it probably has a hole in it and wont be covered but that they will come and have a look at it. It has been all year and we still have not seen or heard from anyone. They never seem to have a problem contacting you when your buying one but are a little slow on the service side. I have since bought two other tubs elsewhere for my home and as a prize giveaway.

Through some trial and error beyond anyones control, I now have a wonderful, working hot tub! So happy with the outcome. I bought an Arctic Spa from the Kamloops location 3 years ago and I can say from experience that the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the Manager Jennifer goes above and beyond to get what you need. I love my Arctic Spa and the maintenance and upkeep with the chemicals is a breeze especially being able to monitor your levels and heat through their App. Our area had a 5 day power outage recently due to a terrible snow storm and the spa maintained its heat with only a 10 degree difference. Well insulated and suited for extreme weather. Highly recommend purchasing an Arctic Spa from the Kamloops location!!

After losing power to my Spa, I phoned them at 9:30 am the next morning and they responded to my voice mail at 10 am and the technician said that they would drop by in the morning to determine whether or not it was a hot tub issue (defective heater ) or our own electrical breaker. She quickly determined that it was a defective heater and advised that she would be back with the replacement part later in the day or at the latest, first thing the next morning. She came back later in the day and by 3:30 the tub was up and running again. She provided great service with a smile and all this in minus 20 weather. So 5 stars for the great service and 0 stars because Chris from the Edmonton office advised that even though the tub was still under the 5 yr warranty they would not cover the costs because we had just bought this home 2 months ago and we were not the original purchaser. This is not right, if you buy a used car under warranty it extends to the new owners as well. This is a very expensive spa and Artic Spas senior management needs to reconsider this outdated policy that does not make any sense at all.

we have had our Artic spa for 5 years and one month and the service from Artic Spas Kamloops has been great. Silvie was just here and replaced a fuse,#3 pump wasn't working she was very helpful and even left my husband a new fuse in case it happens again!!! Thanks loads Silvie!!!!

I will recommend this salesperson and the Kamloops store to everyone I know who is looking for a hot tub. I also want to take this opportunity rave about Pat and George(Jim) the tub setup team. Wow two amazing men who did the actual set up. They drove to Prince George from Kamloops through smoke and ash just to get our tub here. They made sure it was level before they went into town for the night. They were back at our house at 8am to start the process of filling the tub all the time explaining every step. We were treated with respect and had answers to every question. They dealt professionally with the electrician and even when he acted less than professional, Pat kept everything calm and the issue was resolved. Thank you all for everything.

Ive been a long standing customer of Arctic spa. That relationship came to an abrupt end as the result of what began as how 2 Arctic spa employees described as an improperly installed cover bracket that they installed less than a year previously. At first they were sending a tech out to make the minor repair. Then the company changed their mind and informed me that they are taking no responsibility. They would send a tech, however at my expense. failing to correct what essentially would be less than a half hour repair has Left me in shock. I explained what happened to the corporate person that I was assigned. He didn’t know if my explanation was what happened? He said someone could have jumped on it? My only conclusion is that he thought I was wasn’t telling the truth..... he suggested I purchase a different cover lifter as the one they sold me didn’t hold the weight of the cover of the swim spa. I asked if he’d credit me for the cover bracket that didn’t work. He said no. We are not taking responsibility or liability for this. A very dissatisfied and disappointed former customer.

Very prompt response to my call for a service visit. Appointment made for the very next day. The service technician was very professional and did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem and carrying out the needed repairs. She had a replacement pump in the service vehicle. She also identified a potential problem and remedied that situation very quickly. Her experience and attention to detail prevented a repeat of the problem that caused my original pump failure, she saved me from having to replace another pump in the near future. My eleven year old hot tub has a new lease on life. Many thanks!

Bought a used hot tub off Arctic Spas, it's a tub they never should have refurbished bc the shell was bubbling. Anyway, my pump failed after 2 years, bought a new pump from them, which was the wrong pump, single speed not 2 speed. 13 months later that pump fails and they refuse to warranty it. So I buy a new pump from a different source only to find they have taken my old pump and the factory cord that was attached to it, and they aremt able.to give me a new cord or help me out. I would never deal.with this business again

Kamloops Arctic Spa ... Bought a brand new hot tub, dropped it off without setting up. Never was set up with right chemicals for our water. Never tested our water or even suggest it. Never followed up with our concerns ..truly disappointing. They did throw a couple new filters our way....thankyou? Still having troubles with balancing tub...going to a different company for products. Wish I spent my money somewhere else!

I have loved dealing with Arctic Spa. Any time I have a question or there appears to be a problem, they are so quick to respond and help. Getting spaboy was one of the best decisions we ever made when purchasing our last tub. Arctic Spa has literally contacted me with an email when things appeared to be "off." I went downstairs and sure enough, the lid had either been left open (kids) or blown open with a nasty storm. I know they are always there at the end of my fingertips:)

We had purchased an older spa from a neighbor which needed a new onzen niche. We phoned the dealer and they offered next day service. Sylvia arrived and had it replaced in what seemed like minutes. On her follow up visit the next day after the tub was filled, it was discovered that the heater had stopped working. She had one with her, and within 15 minutes that too was fixed! She stayed until we balanced all the chemicals, and being new tub owners to a 14 year old spa, she gave us a crash course on how to care for it. I really feel like she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and cared for. She was prompt, courteous, polite, and had a great sense of humour. An all around lovely person! We have owned our salt water tub for a few months now and love it. Easy to maintain compared to previous Bromine tubs, excellent water, guests have been astounded. Had a small issue and Arctic Spa Kamloops responded quickly, Silvie diagnosed a simple setting change in minutes which cured the issue. Highly recommend them because of their quality and service.
