Very convenient web booking. Direct billing to your insurance. I've had excellent RMT from Casey Tyler, she is very good at it and can exert Hulk-level force with her elbows.

Wonderful and friendly people in the office. Abbie is the only practitioner I have had the chance to work with- she is a gem. She really tailors my experience to fit my specific needs. The environment is airy and relaxing. I couldn’t speak more highly of this place and the people who work here.

I have been going to to Alive and Well Message Therapy Clinic for close to 4 years now, I have nothing but great things to say about the RMT's. They are very profession and provide a relaxing environment for anyone that visits. I strongly recommend this location whether your in need of a deep tissue massage, recovering from an injury, or just need to relieve the stress from daily life.

I have been going here weekly for several weeks now and I am very happy with the clinic! The RMT that I see, Cheryl, is always on time, and is very good at her job. The clinic is warm, inviting, and clean. They take their time to listen to what is bothering you and do a great job. I have tried two other clinics in town and ended up here because I was unhappy with them, but will be sticking with this clinic for sure. Respectful of your confidentiality as well!
