No delicacy, no thoughtfulness, no moment of relaxation. The "living room" ... ouche! We didn't even know how to sit comfortably, it smelled of old dust, we were put on a screen with ads scrolling ... how are we supposed to relax? Subsequently, the place where I was taken for my massage was far away, I passed in front of overly lit offices, I could see the parking lot of the shopping center, the employees' room where I saw the lunches, I heard children screaming, the ventilation system making a really annoying noise, and the room far too cold to feel good. The massage was not pleasant either. Besides costing way too much, we didn't appreciate anything about our experience. (Original) Pire expérience! « Les bains » sont en fait une espèce de sauna délabré, le banc est défoncé et la surface visqueuse. « Les soins » de gommage garroché ... ça j’ai pas compris. Aucune délicatesse, aucunement attentionné, aucun moment de détente. Le « salon »... ouche! On savait même pas comment s’asseoir confortablement, ça sentait la vieille poussière, on nous mettait un écran avec de la pub qui défilait... comment on est supposé relaxer? Par la suite, l’endroit où on m’a amené pour mon massage était loin, j’ai passé devant des bureaux trop éclairé, je pouvais voir le stationnement du centre d’achat, la salle des employés où je voyais les lunchs, j’entendais des enfants crier, le système de ventilation qui faisait un bruit vraiment agaçant et la salle beaucoup trop froide pour se sentir bien. Le massage non plus n’était pas agréable. En plus de coûter beaucoup trop cher, nous n’avons rien apprécié de notre expérience.
