Nice place to enjoy spa while admiring the view of Monts-Valin. The site is well equipped and offers a variety of sauna and The only turn off for me is that people don’t respect the silence at all. On retrouvait des chaufferettes qui fournissaient pas dans les lieux de détente à la place... Le prix des items au restaurant versus la quantité est absurde. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est. C'est la 2e fois que je vais à ce spa en 3 ans et je suis aussi déçue que la dernière fois. Les tarifs ont augmenté et j'ignore pourquoi, car il n'y a pas d'amélioration.

Par contre: Pire accueil et service à la clientèle jamais vu dans ce type d'établissement! La jeune personne à l'accueil nous a à peine salué, elle ne nous a pas demandé si c'était notre première fois, ne nous a pas expliqué les règles, ne nous a pas présenté l'établissement, ne nous a pas parlé des soins disponibles, ne nous a pas souhaité de passer un bon moment: RIEN. Juste une salutation sans enthousiasme et nous faire signer et payer. Nous ne savions pas par où passer, où trouver les différentes aires de spa, si nous devions porter le masque à l'extérieur etc. Sérieusement, ça m'a vraiment déplu à moi et ma conjointe et j'ai mal débuté mon expérience. Au prix que ça coûte pour seulement l'expérience thermal, j'aurais bien aimé un accueil plus professionnel et chaleureux... De plus: très bruyant et personne pour faire respecter les consignes sur le site. Peut-être que c'était seulement aujourd'hui.

Apres info au personnel d'entretion ils remplissent les bains en fin de journee ce qui les faits descendre à 95-98 degrés ( habituellement ils sont tous à 103) Les autres installations étaient très propre et agréable. Mais quelle déception de navoir pu profiter des bains ,car pour nous une eau sous 100 degré nest pas une expérience thermal recherché. Jai manifesté avec respect mon mecontentement au perssonnel ,j'aurais aimé etre informé qu'en fin de journée vous remplissiez vos spa, nous ne serions pas venu à cette heure là. La receptionniste ma dit je comprend.... tout en retournant à son téléphone cellulaire.. tres polie et courtoise ,mais rien de plus.... Nous avons mis fin rapidement à notre visite .Bien décu !!!

Beautiful spa. The winter landscape is peaceful and spectacular. The staff are very kind. BUT bathrobes are not included in the price (even when you pay for massage and access to baths) and I find that was ridiculous. For the price they charge and having to bring your own bathrobe or pay an extra 18$ was hard to understand. The only bathrooms available are at the lowest level, in the change rooms... and the massage room is on the third floor, it was a pain having to go all this distance to use the washrooms. There are washroom upstairs but it's for "staff only".
