I had a good experience here! The owner really knows what she's doing and is very passionate. I had the clean skin solutions that was 2.5 hours long and I found it overall pretty relaxing. The reason for the 4 stars is that I had inquired through Instagram chat about a fitting facial, as well as if there's any promos currently going on. Based on the chat, I had prebudgeted my appointment that I had booked in Aug with 20% off! However when I got there she said it was only in July. I was disappointed and wished that she would've mentioned in the chat that the promo would've been over in 2 days. The communication could've been better.

Sheer beauty bar is just the facial clinic Edmontons beeb missing ! I’ve been twice already and had the most amazing luxury experience both times. Sarah and Holly are both so knowledgeable and highly trained when it comes to skin care. They do a thorough consultation to get you on the right path to the perfect skin! I’ve personally tried the enzyme therapy, microdermabrasion and LED. All left my skin feeling so fresh. The ambience and atmosphere at the spa is nothing short of ultra relaxing and luxurious. I can’t wait to for my next treatment !

Best facial I’ve had and I’ve been to a few places in yeg and yyc ! Sheer is not only such a beautiful space, Sarah the owner is one of the most knowledgeable aestheticians I have ever chatted with and had a consultation with. After leaving sheer my face has never felt so clean and looked so glowy, it has been about 2 weeks now and with using the moisturizer and the spf my skin is STILL glowing !!! As a business professional I always try and look my best, though I am unfamiliar with the facial industry. Sarah and Holly did an amazing job explaining steps on how to take care of my skin with DMK products (the medical grade line they use) while also educating me on what my skin needed. I got a microderm infusion with enzyme therapy from Sarah, she was extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process. The spa itself is very comfortable, clean and classy. I was provided a hot expresso while filling out my paperwork, my coat was taken as I settled in, every step was on par I will be returning soon thank you ladies!

“Absolute perfection”. I had struggled with acne & skin irritation throughout my adolescent years & into adulthood, so let me first say that I am Very picky when it comes to products, & treatments/services having to do with my skin. When I arrived at Sheer, I was welcomed into their beautiful space & my appointment was right on time. I appreciate the professionalism of all of the staff at SHEER beauty, as I find that sometimes you go into a place that LOOKS professional but the people are Not. I had such a pleasant experience with the treatments that I had (everything can be customized for your specific skin type). If you’re unsure or new to skincare/skin treatments, Sarah has all of the knowledge that can help you decide what would be best (she’s also an absolute sweetheart). My skin was literally “Glowing” afterwards!! It didn’t even look or feel like MY skin. I even got my friend a gift certificate for her birthday because I wanted her to be pampered just as much as I was. I can’t recommend SHEER enough. Thanks Sarah!!

I have never had a facial before so I booked in a consult, Sarah was so informative and picked a facial exactly for my skin concerns. We did the microderm infusion with enzyme therapy, afterwards my dryness was gone and I had no congested pores. My face has never felt so clean and glowing... already have my next appointment booked!
