I come here both in the summer and winter to check out the lake and the beautiful Pyramid mountain. Paddle boats and fishing during the summer and dog sleds and skating in the winter. Warm up with a hot chocolate inside or have lunch overlooking the lake.

We stayed at this hotel few days ago for one night. Service was brilliant. Katerine, from reception was great. She told us many things about the area and where best to visit. Was very friendly and helpful, so as all the rest stuff members we met. Solid 5⭐️ for service. No food, because we were lucky enough to get there on the day when their restaurant was closed for private event. However, we were recommended good delivery place. Location is fabulous. Right on the lake. Even though it’s October and decently cold, area is beautiful ???? 5⭐️ Interior and facilities. It is obvious that place is taken care off not good enough. Hot tub water was smelled like chlorine to much. The hot tub itself was in poor condition. Changing room is very bad. Specially man’s one. Dirty, yellow stains are all over the floor. On the bright side there was a lot of fresh towels. Gym is very good equipped. Rooms were very clean, which I was very happy with. Sheets are clean, bed is very comfy. Access to the room and view are great. So, I would give 4⭐️. I think you guys need to take care of changing room and hottub. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Beautiful place to visit while in Jasper! The Pines Restaurant TOP NOTCH! Catherine our server was absolutely outstanding! We will return again for sure!
