Bed is good. Clean pool hot tub indoor/outdoor. My room carpet seems not clean. It is sticky around my bed looks like sweet drink pour on the carpet.

Staff was very friendly, room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Clean. Needed updating. Main issue with the room was that it had a strong smell of room deodorizer. Concerned it was hiding smells. My luggage and items came home smelling horribly fragrant. Room had no A/C.

Staff was very nice, super helpful. The motel itself is outdated but our room was nice and clean. Since we stayed here during the holidays, it was obviously overpriced but the stay was decent.

Lobstick lodge was really nice and comfortable to stay in with the 2 king beds in our room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool, hot tub with the sauna was amazing. The sauna was not hot at all but it was ok. The ac was not working too but we were still able to get good sleep and stay cool inside due to fans and windows because it was cooler in jasper outside.

Room was decent sized. Bathroom was unclean, found hair on the floor in the first night. No microwave in the room or even in the dining area. They don’t have their own restaurant so you will need to go out to get any food. Shower felt like it would alone save all the water in AB, there was no force at all. No balcony (though I should have checked it while booking). Staff was decent and courteous, hence the 2stars but I’m very disappointed with the property itself. Once you are in the hotel, you can do nothing but go to sleep. Not a good place for family stay. The walls are thin so we could hear people opening and closing doors till midnight. Pretty basic so if u just need a bed to sleep, this is good else not.

Rooms were huge and nice but the food at our event was subpar, no breakfast included all 4 hot tubs were lukewarm. I felt like i was bathing with a bunch of other people and one of the outdoor tubs was barely half full and the jets didn't work on half of them.

We stayed for 2 nights. The temperature in the room was ridiculously warm even at night time with the thermostat down. The bath tub and sink were quite plugged and drained very slowly. There is not near enough parking to accommodate guests. People park where there isn’t actually parking spots, making driving through the lot difficult. When we were packing to leave and making sure we had everything, we found a partly eaten moldy bagel underneath the bed. Thankfully my puppy did not find it before we did.

Stayed here for 1 night in room 250. The room was very hot. We left the window open all night and turned the heat almost off. Other than that it was a clean room. Mini Keureg for your morning coffee or tea.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights. Sure it’s a bit dated but that’s quite typical for Jasper. It’s just not going to be the same as a brand new hotel, and I kind of like the feel anyways. The bathroom was redone and the beds are comfortable. The kids loved the pool and they enjoyed being in the mountains. I’d stay here again.

Clean rooms, friendly and courteous staff. Room service was fast and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

This place wasn't the best I've stayed at, but it can do for 1-2 nights. The offer to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at a DIFFERENT hotel was odd. I booked a double bed room, and received 2 towels only? The pool, hot tub, sauna and spa was the highlight of this place, but it needs to be renovated. The third floor rooms are nice, but 2nd and 1st are disappointing. No AC just a table fan.

This was an excellent place to stay. The interior was rather charming, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was super clean and comfortable. The outdoor hot tub was one of my favourite parts, the pool and sauna were great too and they weren't very busy any time I went.

Old but comforting. The rooms were very clean and had a nice bathroom. The restaurant in the Hotel wasn't good for the waitresses and waiters. We had to ask them twice for butter and for syrup. But overall 3/5

Hotel is old and could use some upgrades. All hot tubs did not work on our visit and the walls are paper thin. Not a good restaurant if you are Vegan.

Overall a decent hotel but wildly overpriced. The rooms don't come with any form of AC so you must resort to fans and windows. The room we stayed in had a horrible odour. The staff is nice but the entire building is very old and needs renovations based on the price they charge us.

Stayed one night for our anniversary. This place was not worth 300 bucks! We had no hot water... when I called about it they told me to wait 20 min as they just fixed it so it needed to hear up. After 30min it was still not working,so I called again then they told me that it was needing more time as there was a lot of people using it. They told me to wait and hour or so. So we went for dinner! Came back 2 hours later and still no hot water. So I called again and then they told me that the maintenance guy was still working on it! After I was told 2 times that it wad fixed just needed more time to heat up! The rooms smell like stale cigarettes and have no air conditioning or ventilation just windows that we had to open an it was loud because it was on a busy street! Beds are small. Rooms need an update desperately especially when you pay 300 dollars for one night!

stayed here the first weekend of June. Rooms are older which is fine but what turned me right off was the hide-a-bed when we pulled it open to use was unmade and had hair in the sheets. Also had someone partying on same level until at least 4 AM made multiple complaints nothing was done about it. Great access to the strip but will never stay here again!

Nice pool, but if you need things air-conditioned, this isn't the place to be. Good access to trails and stuff in Jasper.

Decent place to stay. Doesn't look too fancy from the outside or the hallways but the rooms are fairly good. Very 80s Ski lodge feeling. Kind of far from downtown (15 min walk).

Check in and check out staff was very nice the room was clean and the kids where happy with the pool. Cleaning staff are thieves so don’t leave anything out. Staff after that just kept passing me around and I didn’t get my item back. Waste of time and no compensation.
