I have been seeing Dr. Singh for a number of years and am always happy with the experience (and my face!). Dr. Singh is truly an expert injector, painless and very minimal (if any) bruising! Getting routine Botox treatments help keep my wrinkles at bay (they were getting very pronounced after an interruption due to Covid) and from showing my real age. Fillers look natural and make me look youthful and refreshed and never 'overdone'! The spa staff are also all extremely knowledgeable and have had incredible results from Halo laser treatments!

I may regret putting this on but all day it's been bothering me and on my mind. Overall they do know what their doing. But didn't feel welcoming at all. Or professional. I felt really, really judged. I'm going in for more treatments so I hope it gets better. But with the amount of money you spend....I just expect better. Maybe they don't need my business, but I just wish they asked more questions about me instead of telling me what they thought. Felt like bursting into tears and on top of it, it was for my birthday. I've also been working in hair salons/Spas for over 7 years now. Treating clients with the upmost respect is always top priority because in reality without them you wouldn't have a buisiness right? Maybe it's just high end salon/spas that I've worked at and that's why I think every place should be the same. But I've spent a bit of cash already so I'll just suck it up I guess. But seems like all these medi spas are all judgy, unpleasant people. You think Edmonton would be more advance. Sadly not...fingers crossed it gets better.

The Doctor at this clinic is rude, extremely unprofessional, not friendly or welcoming; he uses intimidation and he seems more interested in making a profit than actual good patient care. Do NOT go here; there are several other clinics in the city that will take much better care of you, as well as ACTUALLY listen to your concerns and questions.

I go and see Julia for ALL my face needs, as well as laser hair removal. Julia has done WONDERS for my skin. She has put me on a regime that works for me, and has given me products that work for my skin. She is very knowledgeable about the procedures that she does, as well as the products that she uses. She knows what is going to work for all skin types, and what is going to give her clients the best results! She always wants to better herself and her practice, by always learning and growing as a professional. She always makes you feel safe and comfortable, and truly wants what is best for her clients. Even if you are nervous she explains the whole procedure step by step, and what you can expect during and after each procedure. I would 100% recommend going and seeing Julia!!

Soooo.. I don’t know why I feel the need to make a review , but quite honestly displeased with the outcome of my result and the money I have spent here. I was recommended to see Dr Singh and that fell short when he gave me Botox prior to my lip fillers stating my lips were too narrow and needed that done first, I took the advice and saw no result of the “Botox” done around my lip area to open them up. 1 week later I go for my lip filler appointment, super tense & awkward... not sure if I was truly given 1 full syringe as I cannot tell the difference of before the lip filler and after. I went for a follow up and was advised that everyone’s lip is different and all I need is more filler. I voiced my concern over paying $600 for a procedure to see virtually no difference in the fullness of my lips is not something I am happy about as that kind of money is not pocket change. Needless to say he didn’t seem to care and offered a small discount on my next filler appointment. I won’t go back because I feel that the money wasn’t well spent here. Be cautioned results aren’t what you expect from this place ! :)

My skin deteriorated at an alarming rate over the last couple years and I’ve been trying to cover my face with lots of make up. Ever since my sister introduced me to Dr Singh and his team, I’ve slowly gained my confidence back. Janet and Tracy knew I was very nervous about my first Botox experience and they were extremely patient and encouraging. Dr Singh never fail to impress me with his knowledge and professionalism at EVERY visit. The level of consistency from this team is 2nd to none. My fiancé and I tried the EMSculpt NEO which simulates doing 20,000 crunches in only 30min. It was the most unreal thing I’ve ever felt and I can say I could feel my abs are stronger and were more noticeable after only the first session! Dr.Singh and his team are so friendly and accommodating and they checked on us throughout the whole treatment to make sure we were comfortable! I have also received a facial here and have recommended my mother in law go as well and we both had amazing experiences! Quality advice and service every time. Unlike most doctors, your input is requested in order to access needs better, and I have never pushed in certain directions in order to sell more products. In fact, they have fine tuned my needs to what I think I wanted to what I actually needed - selling less products than I would've spent money on had I not been advised. Of course all businesses need to look out for their own bottom line, but a business I trust makes it clear that they are looking out for my needs as well.

I booked my first consultation at CosMedics for a filler on my nose. I always had a problem with my nose and wanted to get a nose job but didn't like the idea of going under the knife. At first I was so nervous my palms were sweating but the procedure itself was so easy and painless! Dr. Singh did an amazing job on my nose and I love it! The nurse that was at my bed side made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I tell everyone about my new nose! I definitely recommend him to everyone!

Exceptional staff; Exceptional service. My skin was beginning to look tired, my skin tone /texture wasn't great, and gravity was doing its thing. I wasn't sure what services I needed, but knew I wanted a refreshed version of me. Dr. Singh recommended a Halo facial for my skin tone, a few units of botox for my frown lines, and filler for my temples. What?? Filler in my temples?? Yup. He saw what I had missed when I looked in the mirror. He explained that as I aged I lost volume in the top part of my face. I knew I looked tired, but didn't realize it was my shallow temples that were the culprit. Instant rejuvenation! Trust Dr. Singh and his staff; I am beyond pleased!

Love going to CosMedics and it is the only place I trust with my face. My initial visit was to seek help regarding my acne and after seeing the positive results, I started to try out different treatments at both CosMedics and CosMedics Spa. Dr. Singh and his team(Tracey, Julia, Chantel, Janet and Reka) are very professional, experienced, and helpful. Today was my second time getting fillers under my eye/cheeks area; it felt like a pinch and the whole process was bearable and pleasant. Dr. Singh doesn't waste your time or his time. You tell him your concerns and issues and he suggests what he can do to fix it and fixes it. I have found that he doesn't try to push anything that doesn't need to be done and if he can't fix it, he suggests someone who can. I CANNOT say enough good things about Dr. Singh and his staff. Always warm and professional, knowledgeable, and comforting. I recently had a "light lift" and oh my goodness I cannot believe how beautifully it turned it out - and I do not look plastic in any way at all. Dr. Singh's work is simply exquisite.

I waited over a year to try Belkyra as I was nervous about the process. I looked into coolsculpting but found that I was not a candidate as my face shape did not fit the device. I booked a consultation with Dr. Singh to ask about belkyra and he put my mind at ease regarding my concerns. I underwent 2 treatments (with a 3rd to come) and am already so very pleased with the results. I wish I had done these treatments a year ago prior to my wedding. I opted not to return for any follow up as I am quite leery. When I entered there were two different reception desks so I went up to the one closest to the door, after they talked about yoga and snacked on some strawberries I was told that I'm at the wrong desk... but she'd sign me in. How nice. The nurse that saw me was an angel. She was genuine and calming. The Dr came in acting all cool and distracted. He asked why I came, so I started pointing out my skin. He tells me it's acne. Seeing as though I usually get one breakout a month... this came as quite the surprise. He tells me he's going to refer me to a colleague that deals with skin texture, but he would recommend Botox & chemical peels. So I had the Botox done and bought the home chemical peel kit. After I came home I discovered that my eye cream pump was only half full and I had two exfoliating scrubs and was missing a moisturizer. After three weeks, I never did hear back about a referral. While I am quite happy with the Botox results, I just don't feel confident that he knows my skin condition and the proper course of action. Why the need for a referral if peels are what I need?

Insensitive, judgmental, cold and unprofessional. I will never go back to this place. I got dermatitis from following their procedure and using their products. When I asked what was going on with my face and why was it painful and red and bumpy, I was told to go get another microdermabrasion. Thank goodness I didn't. Instead, I found an actual dermatologist, who gave me advice for my skin, cleared up my dermatitis, and is working with me compassionately.

My feedback is Dr Singh is amazing. He’s very pleasant and always does a good job overall. My concern is more with the receptionists at the front desk specifically the ones to the left of the office. I feel at times their attitudes can come off as rude and short. They act as if it’s almost bothersome to book an appointment or gain some sort of information. I referred my friend to this facility and she also felt the same way. From the way they answer the phone to cashing out at the end, always attitude. The other day I called the office and was on speakerphone while getting a pedicure to confirm my health insurance for a certain procedure and once I came off the phone the nail techs in the salon all commented on how much attitude and how rude the girl was to me over the phone. I feel when customers are spending high amounts of money for services overall we want to deal with friendly people. I almost feel as though some of the receptionist talk down to certain people that enter the facility but it does make me uncomfortable and almost defers me from wanting to return. Customer service is everything!

I recently had my first consultation and treatment at this clinic. The front house staff was friendly and very helpful. One of the girls in the spa even gave me her personal cell phone number in case I might have any questions regarding the product I purchased. It has now been a week since my first Botox injection at CosMedics and so far I am loving the results and am looking forward to returning for a spa treatment next week. Dr. Ashwani explained everything to me before the treatment and yes, he did give me other suggestions to help fix my complaint, but it didn’t feel like just an “up sell”. I appreciated his suggestions and look forward to returning to this clinic in the future. Also, I am a real person (unlike what some of the previous comments suggested).

Procedure: botox and filler (under eye) Entire experience was amazing!! Plus Dr. Singh is hot ;) Booked by phone, lady was accommodating to my schedule. Arrived on time, had to wait a while passed my scheduled appointment but that was okay. Office is nice and nicely decorated. Dr. Singh was VERY knowledgeable on fillers, much better than my plastic surgeon in Ottawa. Very skilled, and its only been 1 day and i LOVE the results. He went above and beyond by recommending an eye cream for me and calling in a prescription to lighten my dark circles. For someone who seems like a busy guy, he still managed to give me his full attention as well as go beyond. He also recommended a colleague in my home town that I could go to. I will definitely repeat!!!!

It’s really too bad that this business doesn’t have enough REAL happy clients to leave reviews! I can tell you that every review with the name “google user” is a fake review. I myself get offers atleast once a month (from companies in China) to pay a fee and have plenty of 5 star reviews, bumping my business up to the top but I don’t need it because I would rather earn them with old fashioned hard work and giving amazing experiences to my customers. I went to their open house and had the coolsculpting procedure. They had a demo going so you can see exactly what happens and ask all the questions you want. Before the treatment you have to see one of the doctor's to get a health clearance for the procedure. Once I got on the bed in the room with the private bathroom, pillows and towels were set up, I had a nice warm blanket put on and got to watch Netflix. I was checked on regularly. Nelia, who I met at the open house, did my procedure and she was very helpful in answering all my questions. From start to finish Nelia was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the procedure and what to expect. She was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. She checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed and I never felt forgotten. They have free parking in the back for guests getting procedures. They had granola bars and tea to drink. At my three month follow up we will see results and how successful it was! Can't wait.

I would love to share my experiences about this facility. I have been going here since it opened and have always had the best experience. Not only do i believe they have the best injectors in the country but the doctors there have always put my health as a number one priority. I would personally like to Thank Dr. Ghalib Ahmed for looking after me and my parents for years now. As my mom grew elderly and hated going to the doctor, he always showed the utmost compassion for her. Personally if i have ever had a health problem, he has taken it into his own hands to make sure that i am referred to the very best specialists around. Also Thank you to Lynn for being such a great front end person. I really appreciate all the extra things you do for me. You take so much care - whether it be phoning in a prescription for me or contacting other doctors offices, or reminding me of upcoming appointments for me and my family. While surfing the web I came across a site that promoted Botox for jaw pain. My general understanding was that Botox stops muscles from contracting so it made sense to me that Botox would reduce or prevent clenching which seemed to be the major cause of the pain.

They explain the procedures so I know what to expect. For some procedures, the pain level is minimal and for others, like Botox, virtually painless. Dr. Singh is a good doctor. I think his demeanor may come off harsh to some, but if your looking for the right advice and what is best for you, he is your doctor. He's smart and will never do any treatment he isn't fully confident in. I appreciate that he will say no if he thinks something won't turn out.
