La personne est parti sans même enlever les taches de vernis qu'elle avait fait sur mes mains. C'est completement ridicule, je n'ai jamais eu des ongles aussi laids, cher et un service autant pittoyable

I came in to get a color change and shellac manicure on already long nail, and she cut my nail and assume I wanted something completely different but at that point the mistake is already. I tried to move past that, even if I'm upset at it..the issues can't be fix however the application of shellac is messy..

Michelle was rude, didn’t give me what I wanted and rushed me, constantly spoke in another language with colleague and laughed at me. Definitely felt unwelcome and very anxious. First time here and seen such good reviews but I definitely do not recommend to anyone. Nails spa Bonjour is way better and more spacious for only 5 min drive away.

First and last time I'm going there. The worst experience ever. The woman who did my nail does not seem to master what she is doing or she just doesn't like what she is doing. I had gel nail extensions, some are thick others are thin, I asked for a design, she just made a mess on my nails, and she keeps just trying to hide or correct things wich makes it even worst, she also shows no passion, you feel like she can't wait to just finish and let you go. I was stressed throughout the time there. I asked for a certain length, but because she messed up one nail, she goes back and file another one until I ended with shorter nails, then she asked for her colleague help who came and put again gel on my nails to make it longer, also she just starts applying extensions, she doesn't care to cut your nails or make it clean before she put the extension, I was shocked how she cut my nails just randomly and started putting extensions (see picture) ... Long story short, it was a terrible experience and waste of money, I paid 65$ for garbage work. I also asked for a specific color and she told me we don't have, but I insisted and kept asking and then she asked her colleague who told me yes we have it and she brought it to her. So she was basically just lazy to look for it and decided to tell me that they don't have it.!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

My natural nails are ruined!! I paid to have my bio gel nails removed and she grinded them down to much my nail beds are red! She was hurting me while doing it and said it was because the fake nails were so thick. My nails are so thin I can't do anything without them folding back and ripping and so I keep cutting them back but now they are short to the quick and still hurt. I will NEVER go back there!!!

**don't go here** they destroyed my natural nails. Got dip nails. They are extremely poorly done. Application was thick, they didn't thin them out enough or evenly resulting in a raised nail and bubble look. It has been less than 2 weeks and I'm getting them redone at my usual place. Wasted money.

I love this place! Its clean, friendly staff and professional. For pedicure I love Sheila, she’s so nice, gentle and do a great job. For eyelashes extensions And tooth diamond Lucy is the best. I have very Sensitive eyes, never had problems with any lashes falling off nor having them stuck together. She’s professional and sweet. She’s quick and does an amazing job! For the tooth diamond, it lasted me 6 months and never fell off, I decided to remove it. Last and not least for nails and nails design I absolutely love Joyce, the designs and talent she has is unbelievable! She’s quick and does a perfect job! The prices are reasonable, I mean you pay maybe a bit more but you get A+++ quality.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! The nail techs had no idea what they were doing!! I asked for a natural looking nail with a very very thin red tip. They did not care to try at all and they left me and my friends a mess!!! I left crying.
