(Translated) Great place! The people who work there are always welcoming. I went there the first time for a Shellac, the receptionist speaks French and English very well and he was able to advise me. The prices are a little higher than the average, however the quality and service are worth it. They have a warranty of 1 week for Shellac and 2 for resin nails. I thought I would be served "so-so" because I went back there after 6 days for my shellac which had chipped, however "John" welcomed me and he redid all my nails without neglecting his work. Very satisfied, I recommend this place! (Original) Super endroit! Les gens qui travaillent là-bas sont toujours accueillants. J'y suis allée la première fois pour un Shellac, le réceptionniste parle très bien le français et l'anglais et il a su me conseiller. Les prix sont un peu plus élevés que la moyenne, cependant la qualité et le service en valent la peine. Ils ont une garantie de 1 semaine pour le Shellac et 2 pour les ongles en résine. Je croyais me faire servir "so-so" parce que j'y suis retourné après 6 jours pour mon Shellac qui s'était écaillé, cependant "John" m'a bien accueilli et il a refait tous mes ongles sans négliger son travail. Très satisfaite, je vous conseil cet endroit!

L’ajout de paiement par carte est un atout sans aucun doute et la nouvelle carte fidélité nous donne envie d’y retourner encore et encore.

The 2 ladies who were working on my nails weren't listening to me when I tried to voice my concerns about what they were doing to my nails. I had originally asked for somthing they said they couldn't do so we decided on pink/white/gold ombre instead. They advised me that it would be 10$ more than the original price, which I was ok with. (Even though the price over the phone for the same thing was less expensive.) Over the course of having them done, I asked if things would change/look different because I wasnt really liking it and it was completely different than the sample nail they showed me. She kept saying 'dont worry', and continued to do whatever she wanted. By the end, my nails were nothing like I was shown on the sample nail and when I tried to talk about it with them they told me the nail they showed me was more expensive, and i didnt wany to pay more so this was the job I get. Very disappointed as it wasnt even ombre and that was what i had agreed to pay 10$ more for, to begin with. They offered zero compensation, and refused to lower the price dispite me talking to them about this very politely. Overall the nails looked ok, but they were expensive for the job, and they weren't what I asked for.

The staff was nice and my nails were decent. The girl who did my nails only put on 2 coats of polish when the color I chose was really translucent and when I asked for a third coat, she told it would be extra. Also they didnt accept interac, which is fine except when I was about to leave to take out cash in the walmart, the receptionist asked me for my ID to hold on to. Unprofessional.

They are very friendly and the nail technicians do a great job. My only issue was that they don’t offer gel or acrylic nails, only porcelain. Almost all my nails were cracked by week 2. After all porcelain is glass.

I came into the shop very last minute a few days ago, and they took me right away.???? I had went on their online sight a day prior and tried to book and appointment but it said they were booked for the next three days. I was about to leave town when I stopped at the Wal-Mart on boulevard La Gappe to pick up some things I needed, not realizing the nail salon was in there!! (The salon is right at the Walmart entrance on your left as soon as you walk in. ) I saw the sign, it said “rdv with or without appointment” So I walked in and that’s when they took me. I was So grateful because I had really been wanting my nails done during my stay and was sad that Online everyone was “booked”. Now about the service ???? I received an American Manicure from Nicki with powder on my nails and I could not be happier with the results!!! I explained I would like the nails just long enough to be able to navigate my hair, because I’m always braiding it. And I wanted them to have a natural feel/ look, not “chunky”. ???? I got exactly what I wanted and needed! For those who haven’t had the best experience online or by phone, I would suggest going into the shop. You won’t regret it! Great ambiance, experience and impeccable service. I’ll reiterate, the best nail job I’ve gotten so far.???? Thank you Nicki and the team for an overall wonderful day! I will definitely be coming back for a touch-up and pedicure!????

Pedicure was mediocre at best. Polish smudged right away. Went back to get it fixed, and it smudged again - the coats were not given enough time to dry in between applications. Waxing service was not good. Won't be back.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Please avoid!! I called to ask about their prices, specifically for the acrylic nails, and the receptionist rudely tells me “you have to book a reservation and when you come in store they will tell you”.
