Front desk not very friendly. Also my wife accidentally left her new leather coat hanging the wardrobe.We called them about 5hrs after checkout and well before their check in time They said they were not responsible for items left in room. …

Bed was super comfortable, but the rooms need renovation. They have regular sheets instead of fitted sheets on the bed, which I didn’t like. Overall, I wouldn’t rent here again. Room was too expensive for what we received.

The room was clean, but there is no sound insulation making it extremely noisy. You will hear every single footstep from the people in the rooms above yours and walking in the hallways.

Front desk girl was rude, we didn't get the breakfast vouchers we had to go ask twice, the card for the pool didn't work, it's a far walk with a screaming toddler that was upset the door wouldn't open, when I went to the desk girl was like yeah you gotta come get one everyday, would of been good to know, our room was so far. Not good hotel if you have small child or mobility issues
