I said nothing I paid and I left, second time I went I said the gel layer I want it thin and it's done because I already did it I had a layer of gel so thick and sloppy varnish and Mala did I said nothing too, after a bad morning I said to myself I will do my nails and I will give them a 3rd chance I explain to the mr who is at the reception that I want to put gel nails and everything ... a guy makes me the nails no word I show him a photo of nail but it is the on the contrary, he starts to do it he gets angry because my hands are stretched and says to me relax I say sorry but I don't come this is how I try it is not as if I do it on purpose, the he starts to get angry and make faces with his face showing that he does not like and that he nails me reluctantly there I had tears in my eyes because I never had such an experience I told him said stop I said to the mr of the reception that I want to pay, the owner who is laba thinks only of money and money she laughs at you no excuse nothing at all while the guy made me uncomfortable I didn't even finish my nails I just put on the diaper and it lacked the varnish they made me pay $ 35 for that I don’t pay money what I wanted it is a minimum of service to the customer year and understanding and a minimum of listening to your customer even if it annoys me I did not speak badly I did nothing bad really what I can tell you you are there worse ongelerie vo We must review your services ....... Je suis allé une première fois acceuil froid , la persone qu’il me fesait m’écouter pas il ne te laisse pas le temps de choisir ton vernis ou bien t’écoutent quand tu explique ce que tu veux , j’ai demandé des ongles rond mais peut être vu que je me suis trompé j’ai dit square en anglais ( car ne parle aucunement français ) mais ça arrive mais j’ai montré des photos la moindre des choses c’est d’essayer de me comprendre je paye pour le service , à la fin je l’ai eu amande .. j’ai rien dit j’ai payé et je siis partie , deuxième fois je suis allé j’ai dit la couche de gel je la veux mince et ca se fait car je l’ai deja fait j’ai eu une couche de gel tellment épaisse et vernis bâclée et Mala fait j’ai rien dit aussi , après une mauvaise matinée je me suis dit je vais faire mes ongles et je vais leur donne une 3ème chance la j’explique au mr qui est à l’accueill que je veux mettre des ongles gel et tout ... un gars me fait les ongles aucun mot je lui montre une photo d’ongle mais c’est le contraire , il commence à faire la il s’énerve à cause que mes mains sont tendu et me dit relax je dit désolé mais j’arrive pas c’est comme ça j’essaie c’est pas comme si je fait exprès , la il commence à s’énerve et a faire des grimaces avec ses visage montrant qu’il aime pas et qu’il me fait les ongles à contre cœur la j’ai eu les larmes aux yeux car j’ai jamais eu une experience pareille je lui ai dit d’arrêté j’ai dit au mr de l’accueil que je veux payer , la propriétaire qui est laba ne pense que à l’argent et l’argent elle se fou de vous aucune excuse rien du tout alors que le gars m’as mis mal à l’aise j’ai même pas fini mes ongles j’ai mis juste la couche et il manquait le vernis il m’ont fait payer 35$ pour ça j’en menfou de l’argent ce que je voulais c’est un minimum de service à l’an clientele et compréhension et un minimum d’écoute à votre client même si il vous énerve j’ai pas parler mal j’ai rien fait de mal vraiment ce que Je peux vous dire vous êtes là pire ongelerie vous devez revoir vos services ....... j’ai pris de mon temps pour écrire pour que d’autre persone le sache

People over there are very stupid and not professional at all! All they want is there money! custumer service is -20 not even 0 because they don't know what is that! My sister did me a surprise for my birthday and went there with me just to have a manucure before going to restaurant! The lady over there was disrespectful! Even I told her I didn't like the color cause the Nail polish wasn't good and wanted to remove it she didn't even wanted me to have the remover and do it myself! When I took it and removed it she was asking me To pay her I told her she needed to redo it but didn't want! And when it was the time to pay her, my sister gave her the tip on the top of all theses stupid things she just left the tip on the table and was almost through it on me!! I took it back!! Not recommanded!! They have bad attitude and bad services there! They need to change their nail polishes too!!

Downgraded to three stars. There are only 2 or 3 nail technicians who do a proper job. Everybody else cuts corners and don't do all the steps in the removal/application of Shellac or the manicure itself. A go to place for a quick Shellac. A few things could be done better. I've had amazingly precise application by a male technician and the mediocre applications. It's quick and convenient in the Galleries de Hull. Best to make an appointment.

Il n’a mis que 2 couches de shellac pour un vernis blanc !!! Le jour suivant mes ongles ont commencé à déteindre !!! Ce n’est pas normal !!! Si vous voyez mes autres avis sur d’autres salons, vous verrez de quoi je parle !!! Je fais mes ongles très souvent, dans des salons différents et ce salon a vraiment été la pire exprience de ma vie. Allez ailleurs ça ne vaut pas la peine.

Went for a refill (ombre set) & pedicure. These are my nails after ONE WEEK! I asked the lady to, please clean up around the cuticle, as edges looked uneven and almost instantly lifting. She claimed she's worked there for 5 years but I do not see how this is possible or acceptable. My previous set (from another salon) was better looking after 3 weeks, this has just been one! Complete waste of money. Lots of better places out there, ladies! For my pedicure, I think I waited an hour, give or take in between hands & feet (yes, I had an appointment!) the overall result was good but the water was too cold, no one adjusted it after I pointed it out, massage was literally gentle rubbing with watered down lotion. This place used to be good, but not anymore.

I have been coming here for years. Since 2012. I’m 37 and I am very difficult. They are professional. Nothing to do with some other reviews I read. Be precise with what you want and all will be good. The nails last very long and when its time for you to let your nails breath and give them a little break they will also let you know. Not like some other places. They deserve a way better score than what they have at the moment.
