The policy when a customer is injured at their spa is rediculous. My wife was at their spa on Tuesday and a steam vent malfunctioned and burned her leg, leaving a 3"x4" burn. She had to leave to go to the hospital. They said they don't reimburse or do anything for the customer when this happens. We can't get a manager to call us back.
