The room was fine, with a great lake view. Enjoyed my coffee on the patio. It took them forever to put a crib in our room, though I had booked the crib a month in advance. About 3 hours after our room being ready for us and two phone calls later, the crib was put in. So our baby had to nap on our bed with us on both sides. Oh well. I think maybe housekeeping is a bit short-staffed? The hot pools are warm clean and fun. Had a good meal at island bar as well.

Using hot springs while snowing is a magnificent experience, but hotel's service is terrible. No free parking, no dry towels at the pool ( you have to use the frozen ones), not enough service at the room, and they didn't have first aid specialist for emergency cases

Went for our 10 year wedding Anniversary and go here almost every year and never have had worse service.. Hotel room was nice we stayed in the east end.. When I tried to order room service for dinner I couldn't get a hold of anybody in the hotel, I tried calling numerous times for over an hour and gave up. . We stayed 2 nights and thought they would of made up our room for second night with new coffee/towels/cups etc but instead I guessed we had to call for these things and well I already mentioned the calling situation.. The staff that we did come in to interaction with were great but they did seem to be very understaffed..

We had a pretty good time with the resort and it's amenities. Unfortunately I'll have to rate only 3 Stars as the dining options at the resort were abysmal. When we went the only available "restaurant" was the Cafe upstairs and the bar downstairs. The menu was very small, but didn't offer anything more than basic pub food. There are signs throughout the hotel advertising the restaurants 3 course menu with a critically acclaimed head chef. However the restaurant had been closed for months. The signs that were set up all over the resorts would take a maximum of 30 minutes to remove or store elsewhere until the restaurant is open. False advertising isn't a great look. When I mentioned the sign in the lobby to our waitress during the underwhelming Cafe experience, she gave me attitude about how were in a pandemic and things aren't back to normal yet. I understand that we are in a pandemic, however we were currently sitting in a restaurant setting looking ad a display that said we could order 3 course meals. I didn't expect the server to become agitated when I asked her about it. We went down the road and had dining experiences that were 5/5. The food that we ate at the resorts was legitimately bad, which is a shame because the pools and the rooms were incredible.

Very clean. Professional staff. Robes are great. You need to ask for one but staff are more than happy. Grounds and pools kept clean. Beautiful view
