I showed up there to get my nails done and they weren’t even open.. at 1 30 in the afternoon on a Saturday.. when they specified online that was their store hours AND the sign on the door said “open”... if you’re going to have a store please keep it open the hours you specify online & on the store door. otherwise what’s the point.

Went today got a full set of nails and colour and my daughters painted. Prices were great and she was very fast! They looked great even though she and husband were so busy they still squeezed my daughter in who was a very happy 8 year old! We will be returning for sure!

1 star is very generous to say the least. This woman (Tracy) was very rude to me. I have never recieved such horrible service in my entire life. Maybe it was a bad day for her, maybe she is just a misserable person, i dont know. This is the immpression she left with me. Reminder...you are providing a.service! My mani peeled within days as she said she couldnt put shelac on top of my mani because my nails were too short. I keep my nails on the shorter side as i work in healthcare. I have had shelac on top of shorter nails numerous times at various different nail salons. This has never happened at any other salon ive been to in the past. l will NOT ever refer anyone to CT nails. She honestly did not smile during my whole visit. She was very abrupt and difficult with me. I walked out of there not feeling pampered what so ever. I walked out angry and in disbelief. I will never walk through those doors again and am now in search of a friendly, professional nail person in the city of Hope BC. Does anyone know of a person that is capable of this? I am not a difficult person at all. Is this much to ask when i am paying hard earned money for a pleasant experience. As a new resident of Hope, this does not give me good impression at all. This was way too disapointing to not post. I hope that she doesnt treat people like this all the time. I go to Tracy to get my pedicures and she's done a great job every time. She keeps her shop clean and has an individual, numbered kit for each of her clients. She has all of her kits displayed at the front of her store to show how sanitary her practices are. She's also a great business neighbor to have. Also to the other reviewer who couldn't provide her opinion without resulting to personal insults, Tracy is ANYTHING BUT miserable. She is incredibly hardworking and if you work with her she will work with you. Thanks again for all the great pedis (and chats!) Tracy, see you again next month.
