Not entirely impressed with my visit. Received weird looks/stares while waiting for my appointment. Was not offered water or other drinks, while those around me were. Bio-gel extensions were done by Kimmy. I asked twice for my nails to be rounded. I have a skin condition and any other shape would lead to issues when scratching. Instead of rounded nails, she made them pointed (that would absolutely ruin my akin). My nails did not dry properly, so the polish smudged immediately upon folding my pants for my pedicure. I literally had to go home and file my nails down to the way I originally asked them to be done. Nails are also unbelievably thick and uneven at the tips. The pedicure was great, was done by another staff who's name I did not catch. I ended up skipping the nail polish as my shoes were not appropriate and would have just led to more smudged polish. I don't fault the business for that, though it would not have been an issue had the pedicure been done first. For 100 dollars I expected more, or to at least have my requests honored. I won't be returning.

UPDATE: wanted to redo my review. In November I went for the first time and it was meh however I said I would go back in the summer as my main issue was temperature. I went back and this time book RMT I had Allison Tracy and it was the best massage of my life. I have chronic pain from a genetic disorder and after a few questions before starting she knew exactly what my body needed in my very first visit. I am going back already because I am hooked now.

I met the best Masseuse Henny today at Aroma Day Spa after having a superb therapeutic/detox/wellness massage. I've always had cold feet and hands with a poor blood circulation, and with the polar vortex we had earlier this week, I've decided to go for a massage for a better sleep after a few cold nights and muscle pain from snow shoveling. Massage began from "toe to head" with an emphasis on my poor blood circulation in my lower body. Henny did a firm yet gentle reflexology on my feet and what impressed me the most was she had wrapped my feet with nice hot towels before continuing the treatment in my upper body, keeping my cold feet warm. Another highlight of the treatment was a detox belly massage, it was all about women's wellness and health. Henny explained she had put emphasis on specific massage point that tailors to my health and well being, with a focus on the uterus and ovaries. She said I should see changes and have better feelings when my next period comes. Henny is definitely an experienced and knowledgeable masseuse with an expertise in women's wellness.

Freda WRECKED my right calf but I didn’t know I needed it. The pain felt so good and afterwards... no words. I went with my bridal party and we all received hot stone massages and facials. Walking in, all the girls at the reception desk were very welcoming and friendly. We got changed into our robes and waited a while before we had to go back out and ask what we were supposed to do next. But once Freda came in and guided us, we had an excellent experience. The massage was customizable to your wants and the facial felt nice to the touch. I would come back here again.

I was lucky enough to receive a spa package for Mother's Day. I wasn't sure what to expect but wow, Aroma Day Spa is beautiful. Staff greeted me, checked me into my appointment and offered me a drink while I waited. I had a hot stone massage (first time ever), a facial (also first time) and a head massage. I work in rehab and have had my share of deep tissue massage so I was curious to see how this would go. Sue was fantastic. She applied great pressure (could have easily done more but I declined as this was about relaxation for me...not rehab), she explained the hot stone massage which felt amazing. I would definitely do it again. I really liked how it was explained to me and Sue was extremely professional. My facial was also very relaxing. I believe I saw Patricia who also explained every step of the process which I appreciated. I left in a bubble of relaxation and would happily recommend Aroma. They also have other services which I will look into in future. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a great afternoon!! ***For some reason Google will not add my photos. What a shame. I usually appreciate seeing them from reviews I read. Get on it Google!!

Did a couple's package today for my wedding anniversary. My wife's gift to us on this day. It was my first time getting a hot stone massage. It was pretty relaxing. I feel like I have been on a nice vacation. This was a really nice experience, excellent value. I highly recommend it. And the venue is very beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Oh the staff were very professional and polite to us. I have no complaints. In fact, I'd come again, with my wife, I'm not ready to do this alone, yet. Luma has been cutting my hair for quite a long time now, and I can tell you that after all this time, she continues to do such a great job and puts just as much care and precision into her cuts as she always has. She knows exactly what I want, and is very receptive to my needs. Not to mention, she is very nice and sweet and loves to listen and converse. Out of all the hair stylists I’ve ever been to, I have stuck with her. I would strongly recommend her to any young guy like me looking for a nice cut ????

Went today with my mom and sister, inside the building was beautiful, staff was super nice and my mom loved the tea! My mom and I had booked 30min reflexology massages for our feet before our pedicures and my sister only booked a pedicure. Unfortunately I wasn’t pleased when my 30min massage was cut short by 13min, as the girl finished up I could see the other lady begin to look at the time and notice herself she finished too quickly. To further prove my point, all three of us had started the same time, my mom and I got the extra service of 30min massage before our pedicure, my sister only got a massage but we all finished at the same time. Not to mention that my massage felt like the lady was just holding my foot, I informed her that she could have used more pressure but nothing was changed. It was an interesting experience, one staff in particular (Freida) really knew what she was doing, but it was funny how we all got the same service (pedicure) and even that was done three different ways.

The place was great. Clean, friendly staff, aesthetic was pleasing. I got a face wax and so did my mom. It was a great job, she knew what she was doing and she wasn’t trying to rip any skin off my face. My mom got a great massage and facial as well. But there is one thing I’m not happy about this place and the reason why I will give it 2 stars. I got a full set done and It wasn’t a bad job for a rookie/amateur, I’ll give her credit she worked really hard and I liked her work, thank you Kim. But what put me off was the price! I paid $85 for an acrylic full set with shellac and a little bit of nail art. Breakdown: Acrylic $55, shellac $20, nail art $10. WHAT???? At my regular nail salon I pay $40 total for Powder Gel, Shellac, and nail art. If I went to my other nail salon (which is more high end) it would be $50-$55 total. I understand that Mani & Pedi is not your forte but seriously. You guys are over pricing this. Your bio seaweed gel extensions were $55 and I did acrylic for the same price. You would think acrylic would be a lot cheaper but I guess not. I’m not very happy about the price that I had to pay. Your nail tech is still fairly new at it and the quality and job done was subpar, but it was nice for someone who hasn’t been doing it for too long. Her efforts are appreciated. Honestly, I don’t think it was worth $85. I have never ever had to pay that much for my nails. I do not even pay that much to get a mani & pedi done with shellac polish. I walked in not knowing that you charge way too much for shellac polish. To buy a bottle of shellac nail polish costs $20, your customer is not buying the whole bottle when they come in. And an acrylic powder set to buy is not even worth $30, let alone $55. Fix this.

It seems most of the reviews were left for Aroma Spa. There has been a change in ownership and/or management from what we were told. The young gals who did our pedicures were absolutely amazing, although they didn't allow the polish to dry before our massages and we ended up with smudged toes which we didn't notice until after we left. The massages were pretty good, but i have had better. There was a young staff member who walked around constantly without a mask and spoke very inappropriately and was quite immature, however management did not address this once. They have services advertised on the side of the building but don't offer them? The manager tried over billing me for an RMT when I did not ask for one. I actually requested Freda(who is not an RMT), as her reviews are amazing, but was told she was off for a month. After an hour massage, there should have been some water offered. Any RMT should know this as people can become dehydrated after a massage. It also helps to flush the toxins released during the massage, however we were not offered a drink. Any other spa I have been to has always had water at the very least to offer their customers. No mirrors in the washroom or massage room to fix yourself either. Spa was very clean, so that is a positive! I have had numerous spa services over the years, and this one is mediocre. I wish them the best, but will not be returning.

Unfortunately the worst massage I’ve had. Disappointed because this place has such good reviews. The place is super loud which I have never ever experienced at any other spa. Absolutely zero relaxation or tranquility. I expressed I have tension in my back and neck. Both areas were not given any relief. I left with exactly the same amount of back pain as when I came in. The lotion or oil that they use was literally making my skin burn. I left with an extreme pain in my right calf, I did not come in with this pain. Stay far away from this place.

A big thank you goes to Henny from Aroma Spa. Her healing touch worked well to help me release physical and emotional blockages. She is truly a gifted healer. In 2013 I broke, cracked and dislocated my ribs, as well as having my spine compressed. Over the next 6 years I went through physio, did yoga, practiced various breathing and meditation techniques and was able to bring my body back into alignment, however Henny was able to help me release those parts of myself which I could get to myself. I have been feeling more energetically open ever since I had a few sessions with Henny. Having had many licensed practitioners and Eastern healers work with me...I can honestly say Henny is one of the finest healers I have encountered. God bless her :)

I went in for a massage and reflexology package this weekend. The price was amazing considering the quality of the massages i received. Freda Wafa did both my therapeutic massage and reflexology and i was blown away. Her skills are out of this world. She seemed intuitive with my bodies reactions to everything, and did an amazing job of working out some old injuries. I currently live in Guelph (about 45 minute drive) but am checking my calendar to see when i could arrange to go back down to see Freda again. I told her at the time, and stand by it 24 hours later, easily the best massage i have ever had!

The atmosphere of this spa is so soothing. I recieved a hot stone massage and a microdermabrasion. I felt so refreshed and relaxed. The aesthetician recommended me to use a couple of their GM collin products after my skin consultation. I started using it for like 2 weeks and what a difference! My face feels not dry, hydrated and since I have oily dehydrated skin they have a gel which I purchased and it helped with that tremendously. The gel smells so nice and application feels great. I also purchased their exfoliate which is made with rice, eco friendly they told me(instead of those Pearls or beads, its rice grains). It comes in this powder form and you can make the consistancy by adding water to make it thick (to exfioate) or thin, watery (if you have sensitive skin or like to use it as a cleanser/light exfoliant) my face feels so smooth! The staff here are just wonderful and really do care about their clients. Will come back again. Looking forward to try out more products and services as well. I'd reccomend anyone to come in! I called last minute and luckily there was a cancellation. My masseuse was Maria, who was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! She was extremely knowledgeable in all areas, helped me understand why I have those underlying pains, and how to work with them when I am at home. I was blown away with her techniques and expertise. I got a shellac pedi and shellac mani. And eyebrows wax. Got some bruises on eyebrows. But m still okay as she gave a good shape to it. Pedicure- She cut my nails baby short. Its looking like I am baby. When I asked her to apply Matt nail paint ..she said it looks good on girls. She made ne feel I am an old lady. Make your clients feel good about them. Not bad. Manicure shellac coming already off. Overall not a good experience. Wish I could give you zero stars. Receptionist did not even apologize that service went bad after I talked to her. She said we replied you. And the reply has no apology.

Came here with my girlfriend for the Mix & Match Spa Package. We chose the 45 minutes foot massage, 45 minutes aromatherapy message, and the 45 minutes hot stone massage + back polish. We upgraded to have RMTs (Alison and George) and also requested to be in our own room, which they complied. Very nice people that were extremely good at their job. They made us feel welcomed and after the massages, we felt like brand new people. My girlfriend and I were very satisfied with Alison and George. Props and shout out to them. Masks were worn by everyone working there also, following covid protocols.

The massage I received from RMT Alison Tracey was good. However Sunlife no longer covers massages for this facility. Another reviewer mentioned Great West Life / Canada Life also no longer covers this facility. If you're not going to be covered anyway, Freda does a really good job massaging. It's really unfortunate since I really enjoy the atmosphere of this spa.

I still recommend going here for pedicures and massages. However do not go here for a Brazilian wax. Poorly done, next day I already have bumps and bruises. They didn't use hard wax (which is better) even though it is advertised. Very dissapointed so save your money and go somewhere with proper training.

Though the massage therapist was great, this was possibly the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. There was no dimmer in the room, so the lights were on bright as day while I was trying to relax, I was actually asked to put on my sunglasses when turning over onto my back. It was also SUPER loud the whole time which made it felt like I was getting a massage in a public place. Lastly, the massage therapist was lovely but the fact that they found it appropriate to hand me their phone to share an app on muscles DURING my massage was beyond me. I wouldn’t go back.

I surprised my girlfriend with a relaxation package at Pure Sense Spa for her birthday, and the staff could not have been better from the beginning. Two employees worked to try and fit everything in on the day I needed (very last minute) and accommodated my every request. Extremely courteous and professional. The day of the appointment we were treated like royalty and my girlfriend was absolutely thrilled. We were taken to a private room together for hot stone massages and facials, and the atmosphere was so serene and relaxing. I've been to a high-end resort spa in Cabo San Lucas and Pure Sense was at that level, if not better. Claudia and April were so great, and I can't say enough about them. Our massages and facials were outstanding, tailored to us personally with our skin types and needs, and they were very helpful and even offered great advice for treatment and skin care. And because it was my girlfriend's birthday they included an aromatherapy service free of charge, as their own surprise birthday gift to her. It was so sweet and meant so much to my girlfriend. The level of personal care from the employees at Pure Sense can't be beat. This continued with our pedicures, where we were pampered in massaging chairs attached to the foot baths. It capped off a perfect experience at Pure Sense and we were immediately gushing about planning another visit. We will definitely be back. I've always read reviews but never written a Google review before, but I absolutely needed to share our experience here and express how terrific this spa is. Highly recommend! Thank you, Pure Sense!

I have been coming to Aroma Spa for about a year for massage therapy services and I just have great things to say about their location, infrastructure and services. The administrative ladies are very helpful. Massage therapists are very professional and take their time with you, no rush. I have been seeing Stephanie for massage and she is superb. Highly recommended. The location is clean, chic, modern... you feel pampered once you are inside. They also have a station where you can serve yourself coffee, water and tea. Prices are competitive for the quality of the spa and the service provided. Plenty of parking. Good to know that they have direct billing to your insurance company, might you have one.

This place is horrible for customer service. What I thought was going to be a very relaxing day at the spa, turned out to be a very horrible experience for my family. I am very ashamed that I ever bought the gift certificates for my family in the first place. Had I known that this is the way these people treat their customers, I would have never in the first place. The staff was very rude and very insulting by saying that there place was "too high quality for you people". I will make sure that my family or my friends do not ever go and visit this place again. I don't care how great your services are, if you are not great at customer service and know how to deal with clients, then the quality of your services does not matter. I hope no other person has to go through the way my family was treated and insulted. Never again!!!

Excellent place. Front desk was most helpful and professional. Decor is wonderful and comfortable with beverages available. My daughter and I had a massage and we both agree it was the best massage we have ever had. It was with Sylvia and Elissa. We have to been to Spas in Toronto, Niagara Falls and Montreal and both of the masseuses did an excellent job! The room had its own washroom and was quite spacious. The prices are the best in town and we will definitely return for facials and more massages and pedicures. All in all, an awesome experience with no complaints whatsoever!

I had my first ever massage and spa experience here at Aroma Day Spa. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The place is beautiful and very clean and put together. The staff is all amazing, especially Asma, who I had the pleasure of having as my masseuse. She had very strong yet gentle hands and got all of the areas I was having trouble with in my upper back and neck area. She talked me through every step she was taking and what she was massaging and kept assuring that the hot stones were at a good enough temperature for me. We also had some good conversation and she was able to explain to me why I was feeling the pain I was before I went for the massage. 10/10 would definitely recommend others going to this spa and as well as seeing Asma, as she is really a wonderful lady who is very good at what she does and very kind and sweet. First time going to this spa or any spa for that matter, I decided to treat myself. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and the girls there are very welcoming! I got spa package C with an upgrade to a spa pedicure. Asma did my hot stone massage and facial which the women has hands of magic and always made sure I was comfortable! When it came time for my facial she told me everything she was doing and even gave me tips on how to get my skin in better shape. The girl who did my pedicure (I forget her name) was very friendly and was just as excited as I was about the outcome of my toes which was funny! This spa is a real treasure, it’s not super over priced and the quality in the work they do is amazing! Definitely will be coming back, Thanks Aroma Spa! :)

I’ve been to Aroma Day on multiple occasions. I booked my last visit the same day, only a couple hours prior to my arrival. The salon is clean and relaxing. My hubby and I went in for a couples massage and pedicure. The place was incredibly friendly from first walking in. Claudia did my massage and I have never been so relaxed! I had Maria do my neck because I have been having some issues with pain and dizziness, I left there being able to completely turn my head around which I have not been able to do in months. Now moving on to the pedicure, it was honestly the BEST pedicure I have ever had ! My feet have never felt so good ! I would and am recommending them to all of my friends and family, I will also be returning regularly! 10/10 experience!

Be warned!!! Great West Life/Canada Life Insurance does provide RMT reimbursements here. There is an outstanding claim against them, and they no longer reimburse. They failed to tell me this BEFORE my appointment and they won't give me my money back. I have gone here many times and the fact they didn't disclose this change to me, is very very dishonest. Thus, the bad review. This makes me very angry as it was a decent place before they did this to me. I want my money back. Response to Owner: I have your email in which you stated that you were aware of an on-going investigation, and that you were trying to submit paperwork to GWL to prove your case. This means you were aware they were withholding business from Aroma Day Spa. You were aware of this before I came in. Before Covid-19 happened, GWL was dealing with your business. Then, your Markham location was suspected of doing some *bad* business practices, and because of that, your clinic was under investigation too. I have this in the email you sent me. The right thing to do, is to refund my money. After all, I was a customer for the past year there. It's $105. Re-reimburse me for the 80% that my insurance was usually covering. I have around $700 remaining with GWL for massage therapy. They are private (like all insurance companies) and by no means are they a small company.

This salon has a very calming ambiance. Also, the rooms and restrooms are extremelllly clean. I have never been in such a clean facility. This is most reasuring especially during Covid. The services I received were the hot stone message and pedicure. The message was pampering extraordinaire and the products used were high end and smelled heavenly. I will definitely book this service for myself and friends as gifts. The pedicure was shellac and the message was one of the best I've had. Also, the spa offers several different packages that are reasonably priced. The staff is incredibly pleasant and always offering water looking after all aspects of your well-being. What a gem.

I have been attending Pure Sense Salon for a little over a year now for full-body reflexology with Freda Wafa. I was very hesitant at first not knowing what to expect or how I would feel after, but Freda made the experience one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had. Despite treatments being on hold, I look forward to our sessions. Freda also sees my partner, Dave Heatherley, on a weekly basis. Dave has lived in chronic pain for over 20 years after being in a car accident. The injuries to his back had progressed to a point where he had difficulty with his range of movements. Freda continues to work on his problematic areas allowing him to regain movement that specialists could not assist him with. If you are looking for a person who is passionate, loving and is able to make you laugh while you heal, book a massage session with Freda.

Save yourself the agrevation and go somewhere else. This place is hit and miss. Went in to buy gift certificate for my wife this week. At first glance the place seems inviting until you interact with some of the staff. I'm not over generalizing and saying everyone here has poor customer service but I can certainly say the two I interacted with couldn't care less about the business I was about to give them and were very abrupt with me. I had such a horrible experience. Walked out, didn't buy anything and told my wife about it. She said she noticed the service and quality of the work has been down lately so she's happy to go somewhere else. Gave two stars because the place actually looks nice...such a shame.

My fiancé and I have been coming to Pure Sense for our massage needs for just over a year now. Excellent spot- modern, sleek, welcoming. The administrative staff are so lovely. The massage rooms are comfortable, lit perfectly, and the music isn't too annoying. We've had a couple different RMTs over this span, but both vouch for Allison T as our #1 lady! (The woman has magic hands, trust us!). The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars, is that we've had a couple errors with booking times. Otherwise, service has been excellent.

After driving by several times, I thought I'd give this a try. My feelings are mixed. It has a beautiful atmosphere - very and relaxing. All the staff were friendly - although the front desk girls seemed to spend more time on their phone or outside vaping at the front door (I wouldn't have been happy to walk past that on my way in) and unlike several other reviews, I wasn't offered a drink - I had to ask for a glass of water once my service began. In regards to my service (pedicure and shellac manicure) it was only ok. The girl was obviously very new at doing these services - her hands were shaking while she painted and tried to cut my nails. I'm most disappointed with my pedicure. While she was doing it, I noticed that I still have lots of dry patches on my feet and pointed it out to her. She said "yeah, I see that, I'll try some cream." She put some cream on it and used a scrub pad and it didn't really do much. At the end of the pedicure before she painted my nails, I made a comment again about the dry patches being there still and she said "I'll give you a scrub pad and you can do it at home." My reply was "that's why I came for a pedicure." I', not convinced my shellac manicure will last a week like I have had in the past from other places. Beautiful spa but if you don't get staff trained well, won't last long. **Updated and lowered to 1 star after being told to basically find somewhere else to go. BTW 6 hours after service and shellac nails already are chipped. Guess I'll find somewhere else to fix your mistakes.

Just finished the first part of my Mother's Day certificate which was a massage with Lavender oil. Asma was the masseuse. It was so relaxing and probably one of the best massages I have ever had. The pedicure itself was average however the girl that performed the service, Just pure rudeness . So it all depends on what service your receiving. For the bad pedicure I've removed 1 star. I would also like to mention that reviews good or bad should be displayed. There is not point on asking a client to leave a review when it will get deleted if its not a good one. I've spoken to several people who did not have a good experience here and left a bad review and it is not showing up on this site.

My experience at the Hamilton location was aweful! After I waited 20 minutes for my room, the masseuse was very cold and clinical, didn’t introduce herself and barely said hello or made eye contact. And I didn’t realize their package facial was just getting various creams rubbed into your face than wiped off with a wipe! She wouldn’t even let me wash my face first (had makeup on, running errands before hand). Also, I was freezing! If you get the package massage/facial, they will do your facial immediately after your massage, it’s basically roll over and I’ll start rubbing different creams on your face. No getting dressed, no bathroom break, no cleaning your skin first, nothing! It was so uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to leave. I had a mani/pedi as part of my pkg and just got out of that so I had to pay full price for the “facial” and massage. So disappointing!!

So I was really looking forward for my appt. yesterday for a bio seaweed mani and deluxe pedi, just to be highly disappointed. The nail tech seemed very new and insecure at her job; started with the mani, but it was very easy for me to see she didn’t really know the basics of doing a manicure. The tools she had were a dollar store bought nail clipper and file. Nobody ever cut my nails with a nail clipper in a salon!!! Didn’t soak my hands, just dry cut my nails and filed them. After explaining and showing her 3 times, the length and shape I want, I ended up having each finger done in a unique way!!! I didn’t have 2 nails looking alike!!! Seeing me not happy about it, her comment was that they will look better after she puts the gel. Really??!!! Then she just prepared to wipe my nails and put the gel, without doing anything for my cuticles???!!! So, seeing that, I thought I had enough and I told her I’m leaving. She was quite surprised by that and said: “oh, but we’re not done yet”; my answer was:”I am!” Nobody at the reception asked me what happened, why I’m leaving,…nothing, just wanted me to pay because I had the appt!!!???? Forgot to mention that they have no bio seaweed gel!!! Knowing how the bottles look and seeing none on their shelves, I asked if they have it, because that’s what I want; the nail tech said that it doesn’t matter, I can put any gel and she will put a shinny top coat. REALLY!!!??? So, clearly she doesn’t even know what that is and what the difference between a regular gel and a seaweed one is. I went there willing to pay over $100 for a mani and pedi, when many other places will charge half, and nobody cared they lost it. Did I mention that I was the only customer there at the time? So, saying the quality of what she did was subpar is too good for what I got!!! I wish I can give you zero stars! It’s unbelievable that a salon, which from the website looks really decent, can hire and keep employed such non-professionals. I can see same kind of bad reviews for nails since 2 years ago. That means no improvement or care for customer satisfaction!

After reading the reviews of Henny I booked a massage with her and my did she do an incredible job! She truly cares and is passionate with her work to make sure that you feel comfortable and does her best to heal you. I was in an accident almost a year ago where I suffered terrible whip lash, lower back pain and sciatica, and the time of my massage I had very bad neck pain to the point I couldn't turn my head. I also walked into my appointment with my cane. I left without needing to use my cane and was able to turn my head. I also had really bad nerve pain in my right arm due to an EMG test and she helped so much with that as well. I've never had such an amazing massage before, Henny is heaven sent and I can't wait to book my next appointment with her! Thank you so much Henny!

The second time I came in had a full body massage same as last time. A full body sea salt scrub same area as the massage. And a facial which I loved. I had high hopes for this place but was very disappointed. To start, I booked via Instagram DM on the Aroma Day Spa Hamilton account. I spoke with someone back and forth about the day/time and services and was asked to provide my name and number to reserve the booking. When I arrived today there was no booking on file and I was informed that different people manage the Instagram account and it's not the best way to book. This confused me - if they didn't want you booking that way then a simple "please call the spa to book" as a response on Instagram would have sufficed. Thankfully they were able to accommodate as it was not busy at all, but it was not a good start to the visit. My friend and I booked Package B which included a 60 min hot stone massage, back polish, facial, and head massage. My massage lady (didnt catch her name) actually did a great job of the massage itself but it felt more like a regular body massage as the hot stones were used very minimally. The massage table was not comfortable when I was laying on my stomach - the part that your face goes in was not wide enough (for my fat face I guess?) so my chin was resting very uncomfortably and I was getting a lot of facial/jaw pain that really distracted from the entire experience. No matter how many times I tried to adjust my face it just did not feel good. The facial was next... if the goal was to cause temporary blindness, my clinician sure succeeded. Exaggeration aside, my eyes are still stinging 3.5 hours later and my vision was blurry and eyes watering for a good hour following the treatment. Despite my eyes being tightly shut during the facial, the product kept going into the corners and into my under eye lid because the girl kept moving the product up into my eyes when she was applying it and cleaning my face. Head massage... please just remove this from your marketing of this package. I've been to many other spas and a real head massage is at least 20 minutes where they take your hair elastic out and use massage oil to give you an actual head massage. This is what I was expecting - I even brought toiletries to shower with afterwards as I anticipated my head would be a grease ball. Instead I got about 7 minutes of just dry scalp rubbing. I was so looking forward to this treatment as I suffer from pretty bad tension headaches/migraines and I have found the head massage to help in the past. I actually left the spa with a headache from the massage table face insert that caused me pain. To summarize for anyone choosing to visit this place...(1) CALL to book as you made end up not being in the system despite confirming online...(2) don't expect a head massage if its listed as part of any package you are booking... and finally (3) ask them to be very careful around your eyes if getting a facial. Update: they contacted me to find out more about my experiences that day to discuss how they can improve on their services.

I went here for the first time earlier today, and was initially attracted to the prices. I thought the price of mix and matching three services was a deal, but it turned out to be overwhelmingly overpriced for the quality of the services. I was very disappointed with the results - I left and IMMEDIATELY went to a different nail salon to have my shellac manicure/pedicure removed and redone by someone else. The technique of the technician helping me needs some work. She filed my toes unevenly so that the nails on my right foot are shorter than my left. And I was especially disappointed with my manicure. Her filing is uneven (as you can see my index finger is slanted) and the edges are SO sloppy, there are random missing spots and overall very messy looking. It looked like I had my nails done by a child. I had hoped that for a "spa" it would be a more relaxing experience, and for the price you charge, for it to deliver more elevated results. Unfortunately I think the results are not worth the money, and I ended up spending more to have your work fixed. ***EDIT: my issue wasn't the price. I would gladly pay that price for a high quality service and workmanship/attention to detail. My issue was that you charge more for mediocre results. Additionally, you pride yourself on being a "spa" but the environment did not reflect this.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Went with my sister to celebrate my mom's 86th birthday. We each had reflexology which was amazing. Then the facials -ugh! Two young girls slapped cream on our faces and left us in a cold room for 35 minutes of a 45 minute treatment. No explanation, nothing about the products -NOTHING! When I complained to the receptionist she called the manager -Silvia? I could hear her on the phone saying make sure they pay and that she would call me the next day to discuss. Why couldn't talk then? It's been a week and no call. The girls were rude and antagonistic. Not relaxing -horrible customer service.
