I enjoy my time there. Lexi is down to earth, sexy and fun. She gives a great massage and found my trouble areas before I even told her where they were. I keen sense of touch. Lexi is the best I have ever had, she knows what she is doing. She does not rush, she is personable and sweet. You can tell she loves what she does, in many ways. I will be back.

This place is great, so it Richard and the girls that work there. Unfortunately the place is being attacked by some bad applws disgruntled ex employees that havent gotten their way. Chantel ( mariah), Barb, Stacey, and Evelina) tried to make a plot to get Richard thrown out of his own business ( lol) this did not work. He never beat Barb she made a false accusation, police dismissed it as she had no mark on her body, and the witnesses present during this alledged attack made sure police knew she was lying. After this alledged attack she begged for wks for her job back ( if this man beat her why would she want her job back) exactly she made it up. All the other girls as well wanted their jobs back when they were refused they started to make false, slandering online accusations ( which police are investigating). They continuously harass amd stalk the spa and employees. This is sad and pathetic on their part, police are handling it Now, and they will be held responsible. These are grown women some almost 50... Move on, your are only embarassing yourselves. The real loyal clients of KSS know the truth.

this used to be a decent place to go, that asian girl ran all the other girls out, its sad. she isnt anything special and theres nothing to choose from.

Lilly, the Asian woman there, provides some of the worst service I've ever gotten in these places, disinterested, clock watcher, rude, silent and pushy.. when our session was over which was uncomfortable and unfriendly she left me in a mess as I lay waiting for cleanup I realized she was impatiently waiting for me to leave, I said "we are done?" she says yep, clock is over, I'm off. And then proceeds to hide some of the money she was given to attempt to leach more out of me for the session. This is the second time I've seen her and both times were literally the worst service I've had in Hamilton, absolutely any other establishment offering these services does a better job. I absolutely do not recommend this place, instead go to Oasis or Afina where you will get far superior service for a 2/3rd the price and they'll be more than happy to treat you respectfully throughout the experience. Lilly is a trainwreck, do not be fooled by her giggly girl show she puts on at the door, she's cold hearted and unfriendly for the entire session and I can assure you I was an absolute gentlemen the entire time, this is just how she is. 100 percent REAL review. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I was there today 26 of October around 1 pm. As posted on web side, i asked for Lily ( white blond girl) over the phone, and lady from reception desk say that she is available. What a mistake, when i arrive , i take shower and they told me she will be with me in 5 minutes. In stead of her, some Asian over 30 years old show up..BATE AND SWITCH..when i complained to front desk white lady, she say that she do not know anything, she is just helping owner out..what make me very angry, asian girl was telling me that it is her web side and it is her picture there..on real web side..only two white girls are there..no one else..very bad business and very poor choice..i will never return to people who are doing this..be aware of this place..stay away

horrible service, lily is disrespectful aswell as the owner the whole time i was there the owner was outside screaming at people walking by, you could hear it from the private room. when my session started i was told i would get a white blonde girl and instead an old asian woman came in who was unpleasant and left me in my own mess when the clock was done. avoid this place

Need more girls...was a great place until the present owner took ownership a few years ago...no girls and just keeps going down hill
