Possible Insurance fraud. They use the exact same name and registration number for each person, regardless if the masseuse/RMT is different… seen different therapists yet same number. Makes you wonder if they’re actually registered or not. On top of that, the massage is very uncomfortable / unbearable. It’s deep and painful; but not the good kind of pain. It was sharp, rugged, and rough. I walked out of there in more pain than I entered in. For several days :(

Not clean, no paperwork was filled out. Didn't even know who was massaging me until I was flipper over. The secretary asked me about places to focus on and then nothing was done about it. I couldn't stop staring at the dust bunnies under the bed I was laying on. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This place has both good and bad reviews, well I have been here four times and I only have good things to share about Jenny’s Massage center. She is kind and her staff is well trained & professional. I suffered from neck pain and experienced immediate relief after the massage.

Both me and my partner had a massage session, and I'm completely happy with the experience! They were friendly, professional, and notably very experienced. Their certifications are hung on the wall right beside the front desk. The ladies there were fluent in both English and Mandarin. The place is small, but very clean and tidy. I don't remember the last time my feet didn't have pain, they completely removed it! My partner and I both agree that we would like to come back once a month.

From the front desk lady to my specific therapist Ivy this is the best massage I have ever recieved. She fixes every inch and searchs and destroys all my knots. As for the negative comments..its a massage..its not the place to be shy about your body being exposed. They work very hard and I have recommended to so many people ASK FOR SANDY

Jenny gives an excellent deep tissue massage. She is well skilled at finding where your aches and pains are located and loosening them up. I have been a customer of hers for over 10 years now. I am very happy she has returned to massage therapy, after a 2 year's absence. Welcome Back Jenny!

This place is not a wellness center, nor is it a massage therapy studio. I should have gone with my gut and left. It's in a dingy house. The massage wasn't event close to therapeutic. She didn't speak English, she didn't drape properly. They used towels instead of linen. At one point I was fully exposed while I was on my front and she opened the door! Then left without notice and came back with a hot towel and rubbed me down with it. I really wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but most importantly I was desperate. I'm almost positive that the girl that was doing my massage wasn't event an RMT. At the end of the day the only thing about this place that was professional was the intake form.

The place was clean, and the lady put in a lot of effort so it's almost difficult to leave this review. I came I late Sunday night asking for a deep tissue massage with a focus on neck and lower back pain. Names were not exchanged, no medical info was taken. My lower back and neck were not massaged. Basically my body was rubbed hard and vigorously for an hour. I did ask if she was going to slow down and focus on muscle groups. I got a "yes" and it just continued with rubbing. It's just not a style I would call deep tissue or enjoy. A lot of unknown scented oils were used.

My first massage was excellent. The second with someone else was terrible.. she left the room back and forth 6 times, then answered her cell phone in the room (in her hand) 7 times; while massaging!! All during a .30 minute massage! How relaxing is that; & no washing hands admidst all this! Not relaxing whatsoever. In addition, I asked her to be gentle on my foot, as I had had an operation and she was the opposite.???? This web page mentions direct billing. However, they actually don’t!!

unprofessional. No form asking about my health history etc. They placed on a "medication oil" no consent. Good thing i have no allergies ! Bottle was not english therefore no idea what it was. She left the room 3x to answer the phone in the middle of my massage so i lost time. (Still paid for my 45) She was good at finding the spots with pain and did deep tissue massage well. I was uncomfortable, in pain at some points during the massage and asked for less pressure. In the end i had another staff finishing off while the previous girl went to talk to someone else. Overal, the massage was good, its the service that needs improving on.

Nice people but not a great massage, a lot of the times the massage hurt but not in the good way. More like crushing muscle between bone or bone on bone contact.
