I wish I didn’t have to give them any star in order to write my experience, which was by the way not at all pleasant. I’ve been booked by them 4times so far and only able to receive one treatment instead of 4. So my first appointment I was super excited to do laser for the first time and I called in and book the appointment for consultation and my first session, went there like this is gonna be fun and when I reached there they said we can only do consultation today for you because we are OVERBOOKED. In there defense they said may be there was some miscommunication at the reception but we can’t do the treatment today as we have other customers waiting outside. WOW right? after covid when they reopened I called and book for the 2nd session got an appointment for 12:00pm but guess what on the day of my appointment they had an unscheduled TRAINING and not only that but I received a call on the day of appointment around 10:30am, receptionist said that we have a training and calls were already made earlier about rescheduling to everyone but you. I don’t know how we missed you.There goes my Friday(long weekend) plans into the sink. Then I went to my rescheduled appointment which was the LAST APPOINTMENT for the day according to the receptionist which again didn’t inform me any instructions for my 2nd session. got there and my laser operator said you need to shave 24hrs before your treatment and somehow she agreed to let me shave there and then carry on with my session but again guess what before I even start shaving she came in and said my manager said “there is a customer who is waiting, we need the machine and we can’t keep them waiting” you need to come back tomorrow which is Sunday, and when I was out rescheduling my appointment which suppose to be reschedule for next day i.e Sunday but then they are off on Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and on google there hours are open from Monday and wednesday. It is so frustrating and annoying. I still have 9 appointments left let’s see how that goes. I wouldn’t go there again if I hadn’t pay the full amount.

Salon owner does not adhere to scheduled times. I’ve waited for 30 and 35 mins on separate occasions before. I show up early and am respectful of people’s time but the courtesy isn't reciprocated. Also seems the other technicians aren’t trained properly as I’ve had sessions where they dont cover all the problem areas and have had virtually no positive results.

The ladies are absolutely wonderful! They’re super kind and professional and make you feel so comfortable! They have great pricing, a very beautiful set up and the best service. Highly recommend going here, I doubt you will find a place that can beat it.

The girls at DDG in Hamilton are lovely! Each appointment I've had with DDG has been professional and timely. They office is very clean and the team follows covid protocols strictly. I would recommend DDG for all your medical spa needs.

Had my first appointment and consult. The spa is stark white with neon blue accent lighting. I loved it there. The staff are all super friendly. There’s plenty of parking behind the building which is an old converted house. The prices are really good.

The business is beautiful. Very clean and inviting. My first problem was having my appointment scheduled for 12:30 and having them ask to move it back 30 min to 1pm. After I arrived I waiting in the waiting room for 40 min before being seen at 1:40. While I was waiting I was told because of my complexion she is not completely comfortable doing my skin off the bat as darker skin has has a reaction to the laser. What I do not appreciate is that during our text messages back and fourth I was never asked what my ethnicity is. I think it would be great to have that apart of the screening when making the appointment over the phone. After waiting the additional hour and only getting a patch test done I was referred to another location that has a laser to treat my skin type. Overall I am quite disappointed with how things went. But I appreciate the honesty and not having my skin ruined from their lack of equipment. I think the communication was not good and very unprofessional. If things were different my rating would be better

Would highly recommend DDG Med Spa. My first experience was with laser hair removal which was done efficiently, professionally, and I am loving the results so far. I went back for filler/Botox and it’s only been a day but I’m already so happy with the results from my under eye filler! Can’t wait to see how the Botox looks in a week. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Will be going back again and again and telling friends and family to do the same!
