This was my first experience in a salt cave. I go to hot springs regularly to keep my health strong. Southern Ontario doesn't seem to have any hot springs (please let me know if I am wrong!!!) so this was suggested to me as a substitute as I am visiting family here. I went in with a bit of a chest cold and a really stressed body from overexposure to the electrosmog of the city. Within minutes of being in the cave, I could feel my muscles kind of twinkling (that's the best word I can think of to explain it). Kind of like they were coming back to life. After doing some gentle yoga stretching in the cave, my body feels really relaxed. My hair feels stronger, like I swam in the ocean. My mind is relaxed similar to being in a mineral pool. The woman there went above and beyond, staying late to accommodate my having a full session after I booked past the last slot time of the day. Then she gracefully stayed even longer as I picked some beautiful salt lamps for my family (even though her family was calling & waiting for her...). Thank you for helping me! ???? Will make a world of difference for my health over the next few days of still being in the city. Definitely a beneficial addition to a eudaemonic routine. Thank you! Loved it ????✨

This was my first experience at a Salt Cave and I was pleasantly surprised. The cave itself was very nice and very relaxing. I had a massage with the RMT Cara which was great- she is truly one of the best in Guelph and as a regular massage customer I would definitely recommend her. You can also purchase salt lamps here at very reasonable prices, I picked one up for a friend at Christmas which was much cheaper than at the mall. It's nice to see more holistic therapies becoming available in the community. I will definitely return.

This place is amazing. Had inlaws visiting from out of country and booked an appointment before they flew out. Very relaxing, beautiful cave and I also had a good nap (hopefully I didn't snore). Lady was Polish who was working and was so informative and welcoming. Highly recommend this place, can't wait to book a massage.

Amazing place. We didn't the couples massage in the salt cave room. The therapists were very effective. Mine in particular worked on my back and fixed it that I could sleep flat. I couldn't do that before. She is very knowledgeable. Great place.

I can’t stress enough, how incredible this experience was. From the moment I booked with them to a couple of days after the experience (the feeling of rejuvenation stayed with me for a couple of days) I have a lot of pain, and I found the RMT to be very professional, knowledgeable and relieved me of my discomfort. She listened to my concerns and the massage was exactly what my body needed. Super grateful. The atmosphere, was like nothing you can explain. My suggestion? Book now, deep and slow breaths, and just be present during the experience. You can’t help but not be. Enjoy!

Amazing place. I have not seen a salt cave around here or the GTA like this! It is so clean, and the water features are amazing inside the salt cave. I also came out immediately feeling less congested and still feel the effects of it the day after. Looks like a massage in the cave will be next on the list for me!

I started using salt inhalation therapy for my 2 year old daughter many years ago, diagnosed with asthma very early in life. As the lungs are not fully developed before age 7, I refused this as a permanent diagnoses for her, and brought her to the salt cave 2-3 times per week. When Nature's Salt Cave opened I was SOOO happy as I live in Guelph and it cut my drive time in a huge way! Salt Therapy cured her, and what I didn't expect was the effects it would have on me as well. Clearing up a slight skin condition, as well as a huge reduction in daily anxiety and stress most of us suffer from. The addition of the spa and sauna are truly amazing, as well as sound therapy for helping to clear depression and anxiety. I love the Salt Cave so much I now work there too :) And my daughter continues to enjoy sessions as required, but not needed often at all now. Total complete cure without any side effects! Thank you Nature's Salt Cave!!! <3

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Went to this place the other day with 9 other people, two of whom were visiting from Ottawa with their children. After clarifying with the guy on reception a few times (because it seemed unusual yet very nice) after he said we could get there between 11:30 and 12, we got there for noon. The lady there said we were too late to go in and did absolutely nothing to apologize or rectify the situation. My mom was upset because she felt bad for making us all journey out there but then not able to go in because there had been some sort of language barrier? Not even sure. I told the lady that my sister in law tried to go there before and they had double-booked her so she couldnt get in. The lady was completely unapologetic and unsympathetic to the situation aside from calling the guy who booked us and having to tell him a few times on the phone to speak english and explain the situation (hence why i believe the confusion was some sort of language barrier.) Unfortunately for them (and for us) we spent a couple hundred dollars on gift certificates from them before any experience but will now not buy from or recomend this place to anyone. Extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with how you handled this situation

I have been to several Salt Spa's and nothing compares to the experience my wife and I had at Guelph's Nature's Salt Cave. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional, the facility very vibrant and the environment beyond relaxing!
