This is the BEST spa in Guelph!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about this spa from the breathtakingly beautiful decor (love all the butterflies), the clean rooms and, most of all, the loving, professional and caring service by its owner, Natalie and all the staff there. I just had a wonderful pedicure by my Esthetician, Jennifer P. and I felt like I was in seventh heaven while there and days after leaving it. Thank you so much!! One of my favourite spas I have ever been too! Love the environment and how the spa is set up. I have been seeing Parker for my facials for a few months and she is amazing. She is very knowledgable in explaining the treatments recommended for my skin to get the best results and in helping me with a skincare regimen that is best for my skin. I have been very happy with the results I have been getting from my results I get from her. I also got a lash lift done today and just wow it looks so good and she did such an amazing job (I literally cant stop looking at them!). Parker is one of the best aestheticians that I know and I cannot express in words how amazing of a job she does every time I see her, from the facials to the lashes. I look forward to all my visits with her and always leave happy with a smile. The rest of the staff are very welcoming and friendly too and I would highly recommend this spa!

Do not support this business! It is corrupt and clearly Natalie’s business business model has been adopted by her mother’s previous business. Weeks before the business switched hands they continued to sell gift certificates. When I realized it had switched ownership to the daughter after getting a 300 gift card, I called and was assured it would be honoured but to allow them a few months to build up their clientele. I continued to call and was repeatedly assured it would be honoured. I spoke to their employee Bronte who asked that I have my husbands bank statement to clarify amount spent. Throughout every conversation they have been shady and Not transparent about previous business claiming bankruptcy, had I been informed I could have had some recourse to recoup my loss! Even last night Natalie assured me she would honour half of the cost then this morning had her employee call and say she changed her mind. They have been nothing but rude and Natalie even yelled and said I should have been supporting her business. The level of professionalism is non existent and they are completely oblivious why I would be upset being out of pocket 300 dollars. I did everything you asked and patiently waited while trusting your repeated promises that you would honour my gift card. I will continue to tell people to avoid this business and to not support Natalie .

Love, Love going to Natalie Maaden Spa and monthly skin treatments with Jennifer Parker, Medical Esthetician. Parker often says she loves her job. Parker is informative, never pushy, and she takes the time to know you. I am amazed at her knowledge, acumen, ongoing professional training adding to her expertise and experience. Her product recommendations and treatment are designed just for me. 2 years ago I joined the spa Membership club, going for monthly skin treatments. I have notice an immense improvement in my skin. So impressed with my results, I encouraged my husband to seek help with Parker. Severe sun damage as a teenager, the sun spots on his face have dramatically diminished or disappeared, using recommended treatments of IPL and Micro-needling. His skin is looking nourished by daily use of professional skincare products. Wow New Man, New Face. The results are in: We GLOW. The best compliment came from an aquaintance at a conference in October. 3x's she commented how beautiful my skin is, Thanks Parker! The ambiance is beautiful, staff friendly and welcoming. I love coming to Natalie Maadan Spa for my monthly sessions.

She introduced me to skin care product, Skin Ceuticals. Jaclyn gave me some samples and I like the product. It feels natural on the skin with no perfume smells.
