The best experience I've ever had in a Medical Spa industry. Facials are the bomb and also BBL, Needling. I would totally recommend them all of course it depends on your skin type.

Breathe medical spa is a breath of fresh air. After 14-16 laser hair removal treatments at a different spa in the city, I have finally found a solution to my hair removal issues. Both Rebecca and Brandy are extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable and I am happy to return and continue my treatments.

Stephanie is truly an expert injector and I couldn't recommend her enough, her skills and expertise are next level. I also started seeing Jen for facials and I am so confident leaving my skin in her hands. Great service. Rebecca and Jen were super knowledgeable and caring. Had derma pen treatment, which was done so professionally. I have an extremely sensitive skin, but I experienced no plan during the treatment, and the healing process went well. My skin looks and feels better.

Two stars for some of the staff who work there but their customer service is zero. I have give. them more chances to service better and hope that it would get better but they more I visited the less they cared. I have waited for my facial treatments over 40mins wait even though I arrived there 15mins early. The staff Offered me a sample of Vitamin C for me waiting that long. My 2nd visit to the spa the owner had given me prices for laser. I said I'll think about it in a week I got promo flyers in my email 25% of all treatments that made me go back. when I showed her that she like sorry we miss printed that. She wanted to negotiate with me way half. I was nice to agree with her in met halfway on the price for laser (I shouldn't have). Anyways I had Multiple bad experience with this salon even though I still have my laser treatments remaining with them All paid. I have not return back. They haven't even bother to contact me. Hope to get a refund for my unuse lasers Sessions. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was impressed with the service I received. The woman at the front desk was lovely; she answered all my questions & promptly booked an appointment. Once at my appointment she immediately recognized me and said hi from the back. The nurse who did my injections was great. She made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be returning.

I had a BBL done and had amazing results! My skin has never been so clear in my life! Suffering from melasma for years, I was very hesitant to let anyone treat it by way of laser. I have been going to Breathe Med Spa for a few years for a variety of services. Just over a year ago, I started having issues with "maskne" from wearing masks all the time for work. Rebecca was super patient, helpful, and knowledgable in coming up with an effective treatment plan for me. She has really changed my skin for the better. All of the staff at Breathe are super warm, welcoming, and approachable. I never feel pressured to buy any services or products and I feel that I am treated as though I am a friend. I highly recommend this spa to everyone!

I recently had a microneedleing treatment with Jen at Breathe Medical Spa. It was truly amazing. Jen makes you feel very relaxed and at ease. She explained everything before she would do the procedure, so you know exactly what is going to happen. After just one treatment I can see and feel a huge improvement in the way my face looks and feels. I cant wait to see what results the next treatment brings! I had the opportunity to meet Rebecca, the owner, and she is a wonderful lady. This spa is modern, extremely clean and very inviting. I will always take my business here, and definitely ask for Jen. Highly recommended, and superior to any other spa in my opinion.

I’ve been here now three times and each and every time had been absolutely amazing!! Last year I had gotten some Botox at another place. It was painful and awful. Yesterday I had gone to breathe to have some Botox done. It was brilliant I left feeling amazing and best of all it didn’t hurt! I’ve had a peel and laser done as well. This place is my new go to and I would highly recommend to anyone! Line up ladies you don’t know what your missing!

I bought a Groupon for 3 microdermabrasion treatments and the first two with Brandy were fine, standard procedure, nothing overly amazing but no issues. I showed up for my third appointment and was told Brandy was running about 2 minutes late. I explained to the girl at the front desk that I had a very tight schedule that day and didn't have time to wait a lot and she assured me it would be 2-3 minutes maximum. I had been sitting for 20 minutes with no updates or any attempt to apologize for the delay and I went to the front desk and said I couldn't wait any longer and that 20 minutes was not an acceptable amount of time to expect someone to wait. I had to reschedule my appointment and left more than 20 minutes into my scheduled appointment time and Brandy had yet to finish up with the client before me. When I rescheduled I was told I would not be rebooked with Brandy but that I was going to be with the owner next time so I could discuss my complaint. Brandy called me later to say the other client was late and that it was a timed procedure so she couldn't stop it. Clearly she thought it was okay for someone to walk in 20 minutes late and that I would just have to wait. I showed up for my third treatment and I was with Brandy once again, the owner was not doing my treatment and no one came to talk to me about the issue. Maybe if you pay full price they will value your time as a customer but they clearly did not value mine or care about being honest with me. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you enjoy good customer service. I would have continued to come and pay full price after but they made no effort to address their treatment of me so I will not be returning .

Horrible. I went for a consultation and got a call when I was in the parking lot that the staff was late. I went back in an hour and she was extremely rude. Didn’t apologize for being late and had changed the price she quoted me previously. I will never go back!

Rebecca is lovely and always makes you feel good about your skin no matter what shape it is in, without overselling or pushing extra services on you. She knows how to suggest treatments and products in a positive way, which is rare in this industry. I highly recommend going here!

The doctor and back end staff were fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly. 5 starts for them. I wish i could split this review because they would get one star for always being late and for my having to wait almost 40 minutes, on two occasions and a half hour on another, just to speak to someone for results and a question about a treatment plan. there is absolutely no reason to leave people on hold that long without any indication if and when your call will be picked up. Please figure this out!

I've been going to Rebecca for af least 3 years for a variety of skin care treatments. At 45 my skin is in better condition than I can remember. Hyperpigmentation has been drastically reduced and my skin has a healthy glow. I enjoy trying a variety of treatments and my favourites have become Clear and Brilliant, microneedling and Jessner peels. The BBL, while not my favourite treatment, has helped greatly with my hyperpigmentation. Rebecca customizes your skin care plan according to your budget and the treatments that will have the best and most lasting impact for your skin! I also love the Vivier C & E serum. Her clinic is beautiful and at a perfect location in the south end. I highly recommend Rebecca and her welcoming staff.

I saw Rebecca today at Breath Medical Spa for dermaplaning and a facial. It's obvious that the staff are going above and beyond to keep their clients (and themselves) safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. Rebecca was so gentle I was afraid that I wouldn't see any difference when I left. (And she gives a great massage!) But I was wrong - my skin feels so much smoother and looks much brighter. I already have my next procedure picked out!
