Excellent service and product. We were promised delivery on a stat holiday and were so impressed with the delivery and professional installation. We love our new tub. The instructions given for maintenance were clear and easy to understand and so far the UV system has worked great for us. Best of all no more floaty chlorine things in the water.

Staff was great to deal with, knew everything about the hot tub industry. Delivery was on time and very smooth. They didn't leave until everything was working and we understood everything. They have been so helpful with follow up and questions we had about water quality. We use the tub every night and quite often in the morning with coffee. It's everything I wanted in a hot tub and are extremely happy with our decision in choosing The Spa Spot, and furthermore the Maax line of hot tubs. We have recommended them to everyone we know.

Colton was prompt with the installation and set up, he showed me how to use all the chemicals and came back several times when i needed help with the hot tub. Please allow me to express my experience with The Spa-Spot in Grande Prairie. About a year ago, my better half & I began researching, exploring and visiting locations and price comparing everything tangible. Here’s where it gets interesting. Our last place visited was The Spa-Spot where we were greeted by a genuinely charismatic and considerate representative named “Colton”. This initial visit lasted an hour and it became abundantly clear Colton knows his craft and cares about our wants & needs without trying to BS us and just sell an expensive product. After a few more visits and phone calls with our ideas, including Colton giving sage advice about the Deck building vision etc - by July 1st Canada Day, Colton had us up and running as planned and without any hitches. Colton without question guided us with Integrity and down to earth humble leadership and, made it fun along the way with his humour. Cheryl & Barry in GP strongly suggests checking out Colton at the Spa-Spot!!!

We are so happy with our tub and most importantly the customer service at The spa spot! After 3 years of use, we ended up getting a small hole in the bottom. I contacted The Spa Spot, and they looked at it immediately. It ended up being a manufacturing defect (the service guy hadn't seen it before) so he told me they would either be fixing it or replacing the whole tub for us. They ended up replacing the tub with an identical one! Thanks Spa Spot and the staff for your hard work and speedy service!

Bought a American Whirlpool model 481 at the Spa Spot in Grande Prairie and it has been great. I have had a Beachcomber for years and liked it but this American Whirlpool model 481 jets are so much better and its quieter. We received great service from Colton, he was not pushy was helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend the Spa Spot if your looking for a new hottub.

Excellent customer service. Hot tub was a few weeks late but not surprising with global shipping. Colton definitely made up for the delay by delivering the hot tub on Christmas Eve and installing it in -30 weather! Best Christmas gift being able to sit in it for the first time Christmas morning! Colton in extremely knowledgeable and understands every aspect of the hot tub. The time to fill the hot tub and to get to temperature was right on to what Colton told us. We know we are in good hands with Colton and highly recommend The Spat Spot!

I had a very informative and educational experience ( this was our very first spa purchase). We purchased our tub just over a year ago, and the only time we don't use the tub before bed is when we're not home. I do physical work that puts a lot of stress on my body. Since getting the Maxx tub, I find that I'm not suffering from the back and neck pain like I used to. I also find that I sleep better at night. My brother has a Beachcomber, and it doesn't have a neck station that even compares to the Maxx, nor the power, and the filter in the Beachcomber is much smaller. Cole is very knowledgable about all the product lines and is a pleasure to deal with. I would (and do) highly recommend the Spa Spot if you're looking for high quality in both product and service.

The salesperson is very knowledgeable and very friendly to deal with. Our tub took a little longer to show up, but that's the norm these days with all the Covid delays. Once it showed up they made sure to get it set up pronto, which included a very detailed walk through. Heard good reviews before we bought here and we would highly recommend them.
