When a customer makes an appointment ahead of time... It is your obligation to hold to it. It's ridiculous to ask a customer to come back in 30 min, people make appointments for a reason.

As a professional nail tech myself I rate them a 1 star if I could rate them a zero I would. All their equipment is dusty especially their e-file on their counters. Their dishes for acrylic and monomer is also dusty. They do not offer REAL gel extensions only gel overlay which is a huge difference. Don't be confused by the two gel is a liquid consistantly and acrylic is powder to liquid. Got my nails done they didn't form an apex they shaped my side walls way to thin from the nail wall, they use MMA standard monomer which is dental monomer. That's why it's hard to file or soak off and smells heavy. Please ppl don't be cheap go to professional home based well educated nail technicians who use legal standard EMA products. Also they have absolutely no sanitary 99% alcohol or acetone on their desks to spray and sanitize nail files before use. Also when cleaning the nail bed you are to push back the cuticle with a pusher and clean the cuticle, then with a hand file etch the nails. Heck if they want me to train them I will, I will be reporting all unsanitary salons to health inspectors, it makes us home based techs look bad. Because ppl want cheap nails.

Well my nails look alright. I got my toes done a pedicure costs $45. Apparently gel polish costs an extra $20?! SERIOUSLY OVER CHARGED. Will not be returning. $65 for gel polish pedicure as if. Will be contacting the owner today! She knew when I asked about it that she was wrong too scam artists oaths that. The first time I went in I got a French manicure and they TRASHED it they broke the same day! Figured how can you screw up a pedicure and was out of time and stuck so I ran in and sure enough they managed to screw that up too. Hopefully the owner makes it right I'll let you know!

Horrible. Less than one week later my nails started peeling. The older lady there was more focused on nattering to her other co-workers than on my nails. They weren't even at all. The acrylic was not smoothed around the cuticle. Not good. Don't get the older lady to do them.

Wouldn't have chosen a start at all but I couldn't post otherwise. Terrible service, dirty supplies, tools were definitely NOT disinfected at all! Had a pedi and a set of Gels. I asked them not to cut my toenails after my feet had soaked b/c the tools were so disgustingly dirty. The acrylic nails popped off after 3 days as if they were 'press-on nails". Called T&T and they said "no refund only fix". Didn't want a "fix" as I was from out of town but also didn't want my cuticles exposed to the dirty tools again. There's way more places to choose from in GP - plus...the staff are treated so terribly there. It breaks my heart. Vanity just isn't worth someone having to be treated badly!

I have never had a more painful pedicure in my life. I told her that she was hurting me and she sliced and diced away. My feet hurt for several days after and if it weren’t for polysporin, I would have had an infection for sure :( Anyway, I haven’t been anywhere since. Post-Traumatic-Pedicure syndrome ????

This is lumpy and uneven as heck. For a new acrylic set and pedicure w no polish was $126.. like ??? I’ve been to cheaper places who did a better job. Extremely disappointed. Don’t come here.

When doing my nails none of them were the right shape and got cut 3 times, the person doing my nails was really aggressive and wouldn’t let my get what I wanted and ended up with really thick ugly nails.

I went there to get my eyebrows waxed and asked them that I prefer it thick and only want a clean up. I naturally have full eyebrows with a natural arch and I left there with straight eyebrows and no shape what’s so ever. I’m not complaining about the service for they took me in right away and the girl was very nice but my results were absolutely horrible and I have very thin, straight eyebrows for my graduation. i even tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and waited til I got home to try and fill them in and there was no fixing them. will never be back.

Went there today to get my nails done and came out disappointed. The nails were "meh" but the costumer service is what really ruined my experience. The guy was rude and didn't say a word to me. He simply pulled my arm and twisted it in the way he wanted it. He didn't ask me to move it all I got was attitude and grunts. When I was done it took him three times to get the colour on there properly and when I left my hands were covered in Polish and there are still blank spots in my nails. He filed my nails/ fingers with the machine so bad it is still hurting a few hours later. I don't know if I'll be going back but if I do I will be requesting someone else. I've been to great nail salons and I know how the service can be. They all just sit around and talk in their own language with each other.

My wife has a horrible nervous habit where she picks the skin on her fingers and lips. We've tried all sorts of things but nothing worked (gel nails lifted too quickly and easily) until she got acrylic nails. She's had one fill already and has anothr one lined up for Saturday. She is so happy with her "grown up" nails that make her feel "like an adult" and is over the moon with the fact that the skin on her fingers and lips are healing. The staff has some language issues as English is their second language, so you probably won't get much in the way of conversation or direction, but their work is great and speaks for itself. The price for acrylic nails is higher than some may want, but it's not prohibitive when you look at the end result.

They filed our toes so hard that they were bleeding, even after we said we didn't want them shorter. I didn't see any tools that were packaged and after they used them on us they just threw them back in the drawers. And my friend came out with athlete's foot. Do not recommend.

Got an acrylic fill done over a year ago with one lady who did an amazing job, best set I had ever paid for. Went back a few weeks ago before the lockdown, and a different lady there seemed much less skilled, and told me my nails didn't look good square shaped. I mean, thanks but I'm gonna get them how I want. Second, the whole pulling my arm and hand around was annoying, I don't understand the impulse it just feels really cold and disrespectful. I felt loathed and unwelcome, and she asked me to pay while my nails were drying which I understand because they were closing but, she told me not to touch them while I was picking a hair out of them and it's like; if you don't want me to wreck them, let me wait for them to dry before urging me to reach into my bag and wallet to pay. Worst set I ever had, didn't even last a few days before they came right off, never had that happen to a set, my sets last at least 2 weeks usually. Also had texture in one of the nails because she didn't brush my nails off properly after grinding down the old set. The place was also quite dusty and unkempt. Do not waste your money people, it's very expensive to get your nails done, so don't waste your time at a hit or complete miss place like this.

If I could give less stars I would. I went in today and made an appt fpr 230. I showed up on time- they were busy, no problem. They asked me to wait a few minutes, I agreed. After a few minutes they moved me to a chair where I waited for 20 minutes when another employee told me 5 minutes more, again I agreed. Then I was asked to come back in an hour. "An hour?" I asked "ok, half an hour" the girl said. I left without an acknowledgment let alone an apology. I get that they're busy but thats no way to treat a customer. Won't be back. Huge waste of time.
